My wife and I are wanting to conceive a child but my wife is unable to. She works full time and I am a Full-Time Seasonal worker that also is attending college(done in May). With me going to school and needing to pay high college tuition; it is hard for us to come up with the high up=front cost the agency is asking for. We are willing to pay a worked out amount if wanted and can make monthly payments(would sign a contract for legal issues if needed).
