Just wondering if I'm alone. My u/s is not until next Wednesday the 24th. My two betas were 178 and 455. This long wait until the u/s is killing me, and I can't help but wonder if I really am pregnant. What if I've already miscarried and I just don't know it yet? I had some brief cramping and bleeding last week that lasted about two hours. I didn't bleed much, not like a full period or anything, and my dr said that is totally normal and was not at all concerned. *sigh* I just want to really know...

i really never "felt" pregnant till i started feeling the baby move. Then it felt like i had an alien in my belly. i even wore my regular clothes till just a couple of weeks ago. A lot of times i would have to remind myself that i was pregnant. Guess it just doesn't seem real till i started getting the belly. I didn't have any major symptoms. In the first trimester i had on again off again sore boobs and i was tired. 2nd trimester i am still tired and the baby is moving all over. Many times it just seemed like i was PMS'ing and AF was about to come. I know its hard to do but just try and relax and don't stress because of no symptoms. Plus, lots of gals don't get symptoms till after 6 weeks.
Good Luck!!

i totally understand your feelings.. i don't have a single symptom! feels a little tired, once in a while and that's it!
i also had a small bleeding around 6th week and i was scared to death. but everything looked normal in u/s. this no symptom plus very small brown spotting once in a while makes me worried all the time.. i get a little peace of mind after ultra sounds, but will start worrying after few days.. now i am eagerly counting down days for my NT scan next week. i would have really appreciated to see a small bump or some symptom for some reassurance..
I'm also never feel pregnant but pregnancy symptoms differ from woman to woman and pregnancy to pregnancy; however, one of the most significant pregnancy symptoms is a delayed or missed menstrual cycle. Understanding the signs and symptoms of pregnancy is important because each symptom may be related to something other than pregnancy. Some women experience signs or symptoms of pregnancy within a week of conception. For other women, pregnancy symptoms may develop over a few weeks or may not be present at all.
