I agree with men and shopping. My DH wore only golds gym shirts when I met him and trying to get him to shopping was a nightmare!!!
and I was like, b/c we kinda run out of options here doc! etc. Well, among other things he told me that first of all in order to do a PGD I firstly need to produce a good number of embryos and even then why waste all that money on that since there’s not any hereditary disease that I should be careful about passing it on and about the endo biopsy, well , besides that my endo lining is always very good and my laparoscopy and hysteroscopy I did back in 2009 haven’t shown anything (all is normal) so why do an endo? Besides is not proven that it can lead to a successful cycle. So his recommendation was to do a Natural IVF cycle. Never heard of that but I have been googling it since Friday I had my appt with him and I found some pretty good info about it and promising. His clinic was actually the first to have a successful natural IVF cycle in my country 
) and when the levels etc are where they are supposed to be for harvesting and your “golden egg “ /follicle is at the right size then an ER is conducted and then an SET is followed exactly the way a fresh cycle procedure is. What’s the catch?! Hmm, 
the catch is that, first we are talking about ONLY ONE egg here, ovulation might natural occurred prior to the egg collection, the egg might not get fertilised, the embryo might not survive to day 3 or 5. And for all those reasons my OB told me that 1 in 3 cycles is successful in all the above (the whole procedure) but I can try every month if I want to. Since no drugs are involved in the procedure there is no waiting in between cycles. I liked that 
until my next AF which will come around the 10th October and then we will have to decide if we are doing this natural cycle IVF. I am IN 100%
