Ladies I just wanted to pop in and let you all know:



I am cautiously optimistic. My beta is super low at 57. At least I think it is. The doc says not to worry, we tested a little early and he was happy with anything over 50 - and he has seen women go to full term and their first beta was less than 30. So we will repeat the beta on Monday 10/03. Thank you all for your support. Back in constant prayer for my beta to double. For now I am enjoying the thought of being pregnant. I have never had a BFP ever!! I am tempted to run out and get a pregnancy test just to see what it looks like when it is positive! It hasn't even sunk in. I guess it will become real once my beta doubles. It can still go so many ways from here! But for now, I am pregnant!!

God is so good!! Lots of love, will keep you all posted!

Just wanted to drop by and let you know that all went very well. We transferred two frosties which thawed very well, one large well expanded Blast-4BB and one intermediate Blast-2BB. Did want to share photos of our babies. Thank God, they are finally home. Praying that they snuggle in for the next 9 months. Thank you all for your well wishes and prayers. Going to take a nap now.

Hello Ladies!

I had my second u/s today and baby is measuring 7weeks 1 day (I am 6 weeks 6 days). I saw the heart flickering on the screen and it was so beautiful to see, but even better to hear. What an amazing sound! RE says everything looks great and he wants to see me once more in 10 days and then Im going to be released! Nausea has kicked in full force, but it comes with the territory so I welcome it. How is everyone else doing??

Fvrogers: congrats to you!!! How exciting. Go ahead and buy that hpt. I have a whole baggie full. I never thought in a million years I would get so much pleasure from poas.

Afm : scan on Monday morning. I want to see that little heartbeat again and I'm praying the baby is continuing to develop. I havnt had pain or bleeding and I hope that's a good sign. I have had many wonderful experiences in my life but being pregnant is the most wonderful of them and I so want it to continue. So your prayers would be greatly received. And I'm holding a three of you in mine

So sorry I've been MIA! I have been fighting a nasty cold for 2 weeks now! Last weekend, I did nothing but lay in bed.

Ninde- You have been on my mind a lot. I'm really hoping that Monday's u/s shows a great update on your little bean. That's really good that you haven't had any major cramping or bleeding.

mandarae- That is fantastic...you're measuring ahead...that's always good! Yes, isn't hearing the heartbeat truly amazing?! So, you're 1w1d behind me (I'm 8w1d)...does that mean your EDD is May 18th? Mine is May 10th. So sorry about the nausea. I must say I must be 1 of the lucky ones because I've only had more of queasy feeling here & there & no real nausea or actual sickness. Although, so much can happen that maybe I should bite my tongue.

WeHaveHope- Your 2 baby-blasts are absolutely beautiful! I'm so happy for you that you're PUPO! I know you've been waiting for a very long time! When's your BETA?

Felicia- Woohoo!!! You're preggo! Mandarae here started out with 38.6 & look at her bean measuring ahead! I'm praying for a great 2nd BETA on Monday! Also, you had an FET...sometimes those can be late implanters.

greekchick- Great to hear from you! I'm sorry, but I don't know much about fibroids. Maybe it's something you can ask Ghost about? I'm assuming you will be joining the Fall/Winter Board...I will be stalking you!

AFM- Yesterday, I had my 3rd u/s at my RE's clinic. It wasn't w/ my regular RE but w/ the clinical fellow who followed me closely during my cycle & was there for the ER & ET. She told me how happy she is that she got to be involved in my case. Anyways, my cute little buggies (as I call them) were measuring right where they should be for 8w & their heartbeats were between 150-160, so right on target. I have my 1st appointment w/ a new OB next Friday. I decided to not go to my GYN who is obviously also an OB because the hospital he delivers at doesn't have the best NICU & w/ twins & the chances of pre-mature labor, I want to be ready. So, the OB I chose delivers at UConn, which has the best NICU in the state. This 1st appointment will be for my 1st trimester screening...I guess about an hour long. I had my last appointment w/ my RE already scheduled for the Tuesday after (October 11th), so even though I will already have seen my new OB, I will still keep the appointment w/ my RE. Plus, I'll get to see my cute little buggies! Today, I'm 8w1d & I'm still nervous about joining the Due in 2012 board on the PAT side. I just feel we're not out of the woods just yet. Don't get me wrong. I'm extremely grateful & happy for where I am right now. But, I'm just being cautious.

mandarae - YAY for seeing/hearing the heartbeat! Since we've PM'd in the past I've been following your progress and have been hoping for a great update. Congratulations and hope you have a happy & healthy pregnancy!

We have hope: Thanks for your kindness and prayers. Unfortunately when I had my scan this morning, the heartbeat had stopped. There had been some growth but not enough to support the heart beat. The doctor was very kind and I also saw the doctor who was to be my OB. He was also extremely kind. I am having a D&C on Thursday. I couldn't bear having it on Wed which will be my 40th birthday and also the date my Mum died three years ago. That would have been too much. So I'm scheduled in for Thursday morning. We will try IVF again but right now all we can do is grieve this loss. I'll post on the Fall Board too as people there have been very good to me.

Crashing with an update .........

Ladies I just wanted to pop in with my update. My beta today was 290! Ultrasound scheduled for Oct 24th. Thanks for all of your support and encouragement.
