Recipes Anyone

Post by Sunshine1576 »

My BMI is slightly borderline to where it needs to be...We know being overweight can affect fertility just as much as being underweight can. This week, I am looking for some tasty healthy fertility boosting ideas. I read about the shakes, but I'm more interested in protein-related foods. I would like to research the topic of good fertility foods and maybe we could promote some good recipes on here together.
Cheers,

That's brit for sharing the website. Will also be looking to see if I can find more recipes to promote fertility. I know strawberries are good for folic acid... It's going to be tough, but need to start a new year resolution of no caffeine. Anyone else making some new year resolutions out there? :D

I think you must try to Ham and Cheese Chicken Turnovers. It will take you 30 mins. to prepare and cook this high protein recipe. You just have to Place 3/4 slice of prosciutto and 3/4 slice of cheese on each flattened chicken breast. Fold in half. Secure with wooden toothpicks or small skewers. Heat oil and butter in a heavy nonstick skillet over medium high heat. Sauté chicken turnovers 3-4 minutes per side, or until chicken is barely opaque throughout. Add wine and simmer 5 minutes. Remove toothpicks before serving garnished with parsley. Healthy benefits of this recipe are: Per serving: calories 351, fat 11.3g, 30% calories from fat, cholesterol 124mg, protein 50.8g, carbohydrates 7.1g, fiber 0.0g, sugar 0.1g, sodium 717mg, diet points 8.5. And for Dietary Exchanges: Milk: 0.6, Vegetable: 0.0, Fruit: 0.0, Bread: 0.0, Lean meat: 0.0, Fat: 1.4, Sugar: 0.0, Very lean meat protein: 5.5

I think you have to eat healthy foods and fruits with shakes,
this is best way to gain your weight and fat, you don't feel the need of gym....
