We-I usually don't post on the weekends bc of work, but I had to today for u. As I lay here to fall asleep, I will send a prayer up for you & ur DH. Dear friends,

Thank you all for all of your heartfelt wishes & prayers. I spoke to my IVF nurse earlier this morning and she advised me that I should still go to the office for blood work and u/s.

After driving an hour while crying the entire tine, I am now sitting at the RE's office. Everyone has been very nice. I spoke to the RE, not my RE, but the one on-call. He was also very nice. He did the ultrasound and saw all of the blood in the uterus but also saw a gestational sac. He said that this is what we are supposed to see at this stage in the pregnancy. He said that he will have my Beta drawn again today. If my Beta is still good then we will continue to monitor with additional u/s and Betas in the coming days. He said that although he sees the gestational sac he is unsure if it was higher up and has started to slip down or if it has always been exactly where it is. Only time will tell is the gestational dac remains where it is or skips further down. He said that the blood clots always worry people but it's just a sign of blood accumulation overnight so he wasn't as concerned about that.

Not much else to say other than the RE said he is not ready to up on me yet. He will call me this afternoon with the Beta results and we will take it from there. Waiting for Beta now and then going home.

My Bet today was 4236. At this level the Beta should double every 72-96 hours, my doubling time was 125.46hrs.  Dr. Maxton said it's still a good Beta but did not quite double like it wa supposed to. He reiterated that he saw the gestational sack on the ultrasound however that it was a bit low in the uterus which causes a bit of concern. He said that the bleeding at this stage is typically caused by the blood vessels where the placenta attaches. If the bleeding causes the placenta to detach then a MC will follow. If the bleeding did not cause the placenta to detach then we still have a chance. He is scheduling me for Beta on Tuesday. If I've MC the the Beta will have dropped significantly. If not then it should have doubled. I don't know what to think.
