Beta today was 9.65. I'm glad I didn't bet money on zero today because I would have been so wrong. What else can I say other than I have another appointment for next Monday for yet another Beta. I'm not in control and every so often I am reminded of that. This is one of those times.

We- I am sorry that it wasn't 0 today, although it is so not in our control and I think that is one of the hardest parts of this whole process is the fact that we aren't in control most of the time. But, I am sure that it will be down to 0 by next week. My thoughts and prayer continue to be with you and your DH.

Jen86, I know you must be relieved to see this doubling beta, maybe they implanted late but there is hope! I will continue praying for you. When is your next appointment?

Ninde, I hope you had a wonderful time in London, that seems so far away from Ireland. Always wanted to see both maybe one fine day! Can you tell me a little about some fashion trends you saw? I heard last week is cropped pants with leather boots, hearing what is going on in the fashion industry always makes me smile. They are always ahead of us no matter what!

kerpuppies, I hope dh is feeling much better today. Sounds like the extra day will come to your advantage. Good to hear that the follies are taking off and you are there with the 12mm lining yay! I hope you were able to trigger last night!

Julia, I will continue praying for you, I know the stress and worry that comes with this, very soon you will be PUPO and yes if you ask around you on this forum you will find many have done successful transfers with 3day embies.

Hello ladies. I'm new to forums, but I've been wanting to connect w/ some folks who are going through the same things I am, so I hope I can join you. I'm in the 2ww of my first IVF/ICSI cycle. I'm 9dp3dt and I'm just trying to take each day as it comes. I have a beta on Monday, 11/7 and it cannot come soon enough. I've been pregnant 2ce before, both blighted ovums discovered when there was no heartbeat at the 6-7 week u/s. My husband and I have been trying for 2 years in January and each year we think that the next one is going to be the one!

Welcome pinkboots! Congrats on being PUPO. so, you said this was your first IVF, did you do IUI before or were the other 2 times natural?

Thanks, LauraN. Once was natural and once was IUI. I'm 38 and my husband is 34, so my RE suggested we move on to IVF...clock's a tickin'!

Sunshine-thank you for asking. We will not be doing another FET cycle right away. The issue is that the "Rexurrent Pregnancy Loss" Panel can not be done until a few weeks after my Beta gets to zero. In addition, the hysteroscopy and endometrial biopsy will also not be don until my Beya drops to zero. We would like to have the next FET the first week of January. And we want to be able to have a clearer picture as to why we have had 2 miscarriages back to back.

I am praying that you get your BFP this time around. Sending you all my love.

Yet another SnS this morning. It's getting a bit ridiculous - I've got 28 follicles that they are tracking. I really hope my e2 catches up today. My RN was very kind, gave me a free sample of ganirelix to use this morning so we didn't have to shell out for another. At this point, assuming all eggs are mature, we're looking at 7 genetically perfect embryos after PGD (about half fertilize normally and make it to blast, then about half of those are genetically normal), so I'm really hoping we get a BFP out of this stim cycle! Ladies, please send me trigger dust today.

kerpupples - I hope TODAY will finally be the day of trigger! I also have a big discrepancy between my follicles and my E2 - it happened my last fresh IVF cycle, too.

Today I have 8 follicles between 14-22mm and 4 stragglers around 9-10mm. Unfortunately, my E2 is pretty low for the number and sizes of my follicles. My RE gave me the choice of triggering tonight for a Thursday retrieval or triggering tomorrow for a Friday retrieval. We talked about the pros and cons and he thinks he will be able to get a few more mature eggs if I stim a bit longer, so we decided on Friday for retrieval. I am definitely not feeling so hot - Friday can't get here soon enough!

WeHaveHope - I hope you're at 0 soon. It took forever to get to 0 after both of my losses. The waiting is the hardest part. Sending you strength.

Rosie - Wow, you really seem to know your stuff. My RE didn't give me any info about e2 levels or anything like that. I do know how uncomfortable you are though, bless you.

I'm guessing for any of you who've been thru this before, everything I'm about to type is pretty normal, but forgive me for not reading thru 123 pages to find out. Last week (2-6 days post transfer) I was SO bloated, crampy and uncomfortable...now it's better, but still varying degrees of discomfort. I seem to be tired all the time and just a smidge grumpy. My breasts are large, heavy and tender. I'm guessing that these are all side effects of the progesterone?

I've read that you should "take it easy" during the 2ww after transfer. I go to the gym everyday, but since the transfer, I've only allowed my HR to get to about 110. Is there anything else that I should be doing or NOT doing???? Thanks for any insight, ladies!

They put all 4 embies in today. There was one 9 cell but not great quality. All of them were c grade maybe we overstimulated? I mean I had 21 follicles. Praying this one works. I'm bedrest for 2 days now. Prayers for all if u guys and welcome pink. I'm just not up to personals right now.
