SD, Congratulations on your quick delivery and healthy baby!

AnnaHope, I pray Paul gets in a sleep routine soon and your dogs don't become too much of a handful. Good luck with your brother, I am proud you are giving him a place to stay. I would definately do the same thing for any of my brothers, no matter what the circumstance was!

Ryann, I LOVE LOVE your cutie pies first halloween pictures, enjoy them these are the most precious moments! :D

SD congratulations on the birth of Darius James :D

Crissylove your birth story sounds so similar to mine. I too was threatening to go into labor since week 29 and delivered at 37 weeks and 3 days via c-sec after having 12 bh contractions an hour for a few hours...So glad everything went well

Sunshine we bought a new baby swing today since our old one was not working well at all so I am hoping it will help Paul sleep a bit more at night and less during the day :)

AFM trying to get things a bit more organized. Loving being a mommy to a baby once again. Every time I think I could not love Paul any more it happens and I feel like I love him more and more every day. Praise God for such an amazing blessing. We are finally in that wonderful age when Paul smiles a lot and coos. He is definitely interested in people eating food from a spoon and makes a sucking face when I eat in front of him :) He loves his mobile and his hanging toys and talks and smiles at them for 20-30 mins at a time. He is also really good with his big brother and Christopher helps with him a lot which is really nice. I will try to post more pics.
A question for the breastfeeding mamas....how soon after you had your baby did you start your period? I have had a few days of light spotting that never became a period and otherwise in 2 weeks it will be 1 year since I had one...is this how it is for everyone who breastfeeds?

Hi Anna! :) Your little guy is a cutie pie! I haven't have a period yet either. It's normal. When you slow down on the breastfeeding your hormones will kick into gear and it will start back up.

SD, so glad for you that your sweet boy is here! How exciting! :)

Blair, still hanging in there? Good job hanging in there with the hospital. I know it's tough.

Hi to all of you! Hope you are well.

HAPPY HALLOWEEN EVERYONE :)

SD- Congratulations on the birth of Darius!! Woo Hoo for doing it natural! Can not wait to see pics.

Anna-Paul is so adorable! Love the Halloween pics.

Ryann- Your kids are so cute and the Halloween pics are awesome!

Sorry if I'm missing anyone.

I'm still home resting. Doing ok. Going to hold off on going into hospital until after my appointment Tuesday. After reading up on everything and having everything digest we have so many more questions before I put myself in the hospital for 6 weeks.

SD - HUGE CONGRATS!!! Looking forward to pics of your Butterball!

Ryann and Anna - LOVE the pics! DH didn't see much point in dressing the boys up this year... :( I tried to tell him, but we went with "no". So we hafta wait til next year. :( :( At least I can enjoy some baby festivities through you ladies!

Crissy - Sage is just GORGEOUS! I keep going back to her pics to see her sweet little face. Congrats again!

afm - Brady and Jaxon have the nastiest colds of their little lives! Super congested and snotty with coughs and slight fevers equals two miserable babes and very run down mommies and daddies.

Happy Halloween everyone!

Bliss- How are things going for you? We need a new belly shot.

Klinger- What an adorable little monkey!!! I cant believe shes getting so big.

Stephanie- So sorry to hear that both the boys have colds. I think everyone is going to start coming down with colds..especially with all this wierd weather. Hopefully those little ones can kick the cold and will start feeling better soon.

Kat- Glad you are still resting up at home. You will have to keep us posted on how the appointment goes tomorrow. Best of luck!!

Mellow- I am still holding out. Since my husband has to take call nights from a different hospital I have a feeling that the girls will try to make their debut on one of those nights. Even though hes on call tonight I think we may be safe. The contractions got down to 2 min but I managed to space them back out again. Im really hoping to make it to 34 wks...and anything after that would be great.

Anna- What handsome little boys you have there. Paul is too cute!

Ryann- Those kids keep getting cuter and cuter. Love the Halloween decor!

AFM- Day 55 and had another BPP. Both girls did great and got an 8/8. Im really hoping to make it until 34 weeks which is only 10 days from now. The contractions act up sometimes but we try lots of water, extra meds, and little movement to make them spread back out. Who knows when my girls will be making their debut. Im already so excited to meet them.

Blair I was thinking about you last night and logged on to check for an update on you. So happy to hear you've been able to hold off on delivering. Your doing so good. Fingers crossed you make it to 34 weeks or beyond. Is there a day they have picked that they won't try stopping them from coming? I know my doctors with my first made me stay on bedrest and the meds till 37 weeks, but that was because there was no NICU in Maine back then and if there was it might have been Portland and that was an hour away.

Klinger-Maribel is so adorable I love her costume. Hope you enjoyed your walk last night. It was super cold here in Boston.

I sat outside last night to hand out candy. Wasn't planning on it but Chris bought a few bags of snickers, milkyways, kit-kats etc. I had no choice, you can't leave a pregnant woman home alone 24/7 with that many bags of chocolate. I would have eaten it all within a week. Anyways he is never home for Halloween and didn't realize how many kids we actually get and we ran out after 45 minutes. He's like I bought 5 bags. I'm like ya and I had a bag in the house too and still ran out. Now he understands why I dont waste my money on those small bags and hit Costco for the big bags. I was also being stingy handing out one piece a kid. Felt bad but what are you going to do.

Oh and realized I have 41 more days for my c-section. The time is flying by :)

Just a quick update: I started having bad contractions with crampiing this morning @ 2:30 so I was hooked up to the monitors all morning. Doctor came in around 9 to check me and said my stomach was hard and he thought it may be a placental abruction. So within 10 minutes I was wheeled to the OR for an emergency section. Everything was going sooo fast. Harper Lee was born @ 9:29a and weighed in at 4lbs 9oz. Her sister Emory Blair was born @ 9:30 and also weighed in at 4lb 9oz. They are both looking and doing great and just have a nasal canula in right now. Will post more later
