Ghost? or anyone Question on cramping

I am 8dp 5dt, beta is tomorrow. I have been having some pretty wicked cramping since 3dp 5dt. I got a + HPT on 7dp 5dt and the line was dark. Retested today and line is still dark and there. My question is, is cramping normal in the beginning of pregnancy? I am seriously sick to my stomach too, which I am taking as a good sign. This cramping just worries me sick. Need some reassurance from Ghost or anybody on here.

Congrats on your BFP!!!

I've never heard definitively that cramping at this point is a good or bad sign, although many women believe there are implantation cramps.

As always, tell your clinic everything.

Jennifer, I have had some wicked cramping from the beginning and had light pink spotting at 7dpt. Got my first +hpt at 5dpt with constant cramping. I still have cramping daily but it has lessened.
