Sunshine- I havent lost all hope, not by a longshot. I go up and down. I am going to a dr today for my first visit with him. I am hoping to gain some insight into ways to be healthier and i really need someone to look after me medically i think. I have an establishing visit with a GYN in a month as well. I drink water all the time actually. DH is a water fanatic and we always have it so at least i have that covered. It was per your suggestion of the 3 month egg thing that DH decided we should wait until feb to start a cycle again..thank you for that. I am feeling much better now and am sure the ups and downs are not over but mostly on the up side.

Blue- I am praying for you as well. I know how down you seem and I can only imagine your pain.

Samantha- are you out there? I'm worried for you.

Kala - I have the same issues with BCP. Haven't thought of taking them at night. Did you do that yet, did it help? I work in downtown Denver so the new H&M is all too accessible! They have adorable kids clothes too - I had no idea!

Rosie - no doubt those lines have gotten really dark! I remember that feeling with DD. It makes beta day that much less stressful.

Laura - I had a fear of needles before all this too which is all but gone now. I still don't like the stick part of the SnS, but strangely enough no issues giving myself shots. I've even done the PIO shots on myself a few times. It does seem like it's a mental thing for you - glad the EMLA cream helps! I have to use that stuff for my bikini line laser hair removal sessions. The needle I can handle, but the laser - ouch! The AF SnS grosses me out too.

Bodie - so glad you are released to your OB! Your chances of m/c are now almost negligible - happy dance! Now I wish you no bedrest for that twin pregnancy.

Amanda - that would be so great if your clinic would let you cycle in December. My clinic makes people pay when you start monitoring. How were the hordes at Breaking Dawn?

Leora - lots of R&R at your cousin's! I'll be gone when you get back so we'll catch up next Tuesday - I'm sure you will have POAS by then! I buy the online cheapies too so when you have so many, there's no motivation to wait!

Blessed - do you and DH do bowling anniversary dates? That would be fun! And I am thrilled for you for that beta woman! Are you done until your u/s then?

Christy - so sorry you'll be losing your neighbors. Hopefully they won't be too far away! I say why keep it simple when they are moving - have a last hurrah!

Ninde - HOORAY for AF! Isn't it funny that most of the time women say that it's because they DON'T want to be pregnant, but for us it's the opposite. I say if 2 periods feel right for you until your next cycle, then 2 periods it is. Interesting that they give you nasal spray. I wonder if that is similar to Lupron shots.

Julia - YAY for the menopur! That has LH to help ensure mature eggs for retrieval. I was on it this cycle since it was a concern for me too. Wish I could help more regarding egg quality.

Gina - continuing to send you good thoughts for your grandmother's comfort and well-being.

Maria - hoping your surgery goes well today and gets you some answers.

Neffi - I don't usually do Black Friday but I think I may have to go for it this year.

AFM - Not too busy at work so just winding down before our flight to Vegas tomorrow morning. We'll be staying with my mom's friends who have lived in Vegas for 30 years or so. They live very comfortably so IMHO will be even nicer than staying in one of the hotels. My mother is bipolar so I'm a little nervous (she can get stressed out on trips). But....she's been looking forward to this for some time, so I think things will be good. You ladies all have a wonderful weekend and I will check back with you next Tuesday!

LauraN - I am also starting lupron this saturday, but my stims dont start until Dec 3rd. that's a very interesting protocol you are on that your lupron and your stims are so close together.

AFM, i started up doing hot yoga again. i used to do hot yoga 7 years ago and i forgot how much i loved it. i started up again and i feel great!
i am starting lupron tomorrow.
the staples are out of my head, thank god! my OBGYN took them out for me free of charge - how nice is that!

Kerpupples- Have fun in Vegas! Hope you have a safe flight!

Julia- My Grandmother is going in the opposite direction. She's leaving Hospice and going to the nursing home. I am glad of that but still wish her cancer was gone!! I'm doing a lot better. Finally stopped crying so much about it and my anxiety has calmed down tons over the last week. It's nice!! Hopefully it stays that way until I can see my Doctor. Waiting for my records from our last duty station to come in.

Bodie - my last RE told me your odds go down to I think 5% once you hit 10 weeks, and any issues beyond that come almost exclusively from premature labor. I like that date since it ise earlier than 12 weeks.

Julia: you have been through an awful ordeal, emotionally and unfortunately physically too. I hope the meeting helped. As christy said, it seems healthy diet, low salt, no caffeine, water (which is what you are already doing)all help. Im also taking lots of fertility supplements and doing Accupuncture. 8 of our 10 embryos frrtikised but only 2 made it to transfer. Im hoping the diet and supplements really help with quality so we can get some frosties.you need lotsof time and support to heal and im wishing you so much of that

Neffi: im really sorry but I dont know enough to give any advice on your dosages. Its so damn tricky getting it all balanced isnt it. Your birthmom really sounds very confused. I feel for her as she is so young but your not knowing must be very hard on you. What is black friday?!!!

Fruit: does cd2/3 mean calender day? It will be so great to be cycling with you. Its hard getting back to it all I know but if i didnt have you ladies I would feel so much worse.

Christy: yes jan/feb. I think I'll stick to the same protocal as last time which adds on about 16 days but it worked so I'll give it another shot. Im not sure if the d&c will knock me from having regular af cycles but if it doesn't then when she appears around mid jan (all going to plan) I'll start the protocal then. Did you decide if you will do another iui? And what a lovely way of putting it - a new year resolution

Amy: I just had a look at lupron. It seems to have two functions and the second one which is the one that stops ovulation is the same as what my nasal spray does - so it down regulates us. It seems that bcp is used with it because lupron can cause cysts. It must just be a preference to use the spray here as all the clinics do it. I hope your trip goes really well and you really enjoy it

Lyd: you have a multitasking obgyn and yes I absolutely understand what you mean. When will er be for you?

Afm: good day and I went to see "the ides of march" really enjoyed it and clooney and goslingnwere a bonus a friend of mine bought me a gingerbread house to decorate for christmas. You use the piping icing as cement for the walls and roof and then decorate it with different pieces of candy. It looks so cool! I have told him my ability to follow directions to assemble anything is minimal but ill try!!!

I got home from my surgery around 4:30pm EST. The surgery went well. My RE did the hysteroscopy. He disnt see anything unusual. He mentiones that he notuced a piece of tissue that was liose which he removwd for biopsy. He thunks that the tissue is just part of the endometrium but we wont be sure until the biopsy reaults come back and he did the D&C. Unfortunately, I'm really not feeling to well. I'm feeling quite queezy and dizzy. My throat is a little soar from the laryngeal tube. In in a little bit of pain and I'm having slot of heartburn. Thank you all for your prayers.

Thank you all for the prayers for my son and family. Please continue to pray for us but especially my son. These next few days, weeks, and months will be very difficult. Especialy the upcoming holidays. The memorial has been scheduled for the day after Thanksgiving.
