Hey ladies! Reading every day and thinking of you all often! Being a working mom of two is tough at best, but with this cold I'm fighting I feel totally worthless!!! I had to pop on and tell you that Dylan is the proud owner of his first tooth :-) So stinking cute, but he's a drooly, fussy, stuffed up mess! I took him to the pedi today to male sure he wasn't sick and he's not-just the teething. He weighed in at 15lbs14oz and little miss izzy weighed 14lbs9oz. They are being baptized on Sunday (I'll be sure to post pics!). Oh-and I got Izzy's ears pierced! She got her first pair of little pearls.

Hope you are all doing well...can't wait to meet some new babies soon!

Congrats Blair: I am so very happy for you.

AFM: lots of pain & contractions today, especially tonight. Don't know if it's the real thing or not. Less than 3 days whether or not I'm in labor now. My rash is clearing up a lot, thankfully. I started steroids today. I forgot that they make my ocd act up more, yuck! However, only 5 days of steriods this time. Last time it was 11 days. Owwwww. I know many of you have been through it before, but it huuurrrttts! Sorry I'm such a wuss, but I am no good when it comes to pain! Never have been. I'm worse than most.

Blair: Congratulations!! That is awesome that the girls are home. I know you must be so excited, happy and overwhelmed. :) Enjoy!!! And post photos when you can.

Mamaboo: Woohoo...baby Denver will be here so soon...and what a great size baby you have baked in there. It has been a long and difficult pregnancy for you, but you are about to meet your LO. Great job you have done!!

Alisa: So sorry about the GD. Hopefully diet will be able to control everything.

Rio: So what were results of echo with Lizzy? That is so AWESOME about DS being potty trained. And right after little sister’s arrival? That is great....with the stress and everything he still potty-trained. Clearly you are doing a lot “right” my friend! Keep it up.
(And I think you owe us some new photos when you get the chance busy momma. ;-) )

Ryann: Love every new photo you post!

Kat: Love the drawing from DD....she is quite talented, and very sweet.

Lou: OMG....how wonderful for you that Chloe is sleeping. The way things are going with me and the twins, I won’t be expecting that day until next summer...

Chris: Jacob is so adorable!! Congratulations to you!!!

Nwquiz: So glad to hear from you...wow...33 weeks tomorrow for you! Final stretch indeed. I am so happy for you! So, baby boy is a dancing and bouncing inside, eh? Are you and DH ready for his arrival? 7 weeks or less....I can’t wait!!! And, yes, the ceremony went well. Thanks for asking.

AFM: Well, the ceremony last weekend went well. We had a toilet, but no sink in the bathroom. Sigh. But very nice looking tiles (UGH!). We had about 12 people here as I had guessed. Babies are both growing well--although Sofia is growing at much faster rate than her brother. He seems to have some issues with sucking still. I have tried different bottles with only some success. I have seen a lactation consultant now twice. They are both slowly getting to the point where they can breastfeed, but still are getting the majority of their milk from bottles (of pumped BM). It is exhausting beyond belief, but worth it. When I get Levi to latch on and feed for even 10-15 minutes it feels wonderful. So--continued no sleep whatsoever for me as I pump every 3 hours and feed both these guys by bottle at least as often (Levi often wants to eat after 2 1/2 hours).

Great pictures of Marlo and Paul. They are both getting so big.

Blair - hope the transition home goes well. Congrats! It is so wonderful to take them home. They were able to go home at the same time?

Mamaboo - Good luck - sounds like Denver is coming soon!!

Margi - I understand so well where you are coming from. I thought I was going to be able to start BFing at night to eliminate pumping but then when I got so sick, Hunter has decided he does not want to nurse, esp if he is really hungry. So pumping and bottles are still for me. It does get better. My LO are now sleeping 4-5 hours at a time more often than not so I am getting a little more sleep. It will happen. Hopefully you will be able to BF more. That is an adorable pic of them holding hands.

Alisa - Sorry to hear about the GD. The ladies on this board have great advice for you about diet. Hopefully it will be controlled.

Ryann - Wow, a tooth already!!! That is awesome. I don't know how you do it, back at work. I have to go back on Mon after Thanksgiving - 3 days a week. Not looking forward to it. Good luck with the baptism, that is great.

Kat - Love the nursery and the picture. I am so glad you are doing alright. Continue to take good care of yourself.

Rio - Congrats on DS being potty trained. Lizzy is getting big. I hope the echo results are good.

Ashley - Make sure to take care of that mastitis and clogged duct. You really don't want to go though what I did and end up with an abscess. I hope you are better and things are clearing up. It takes a lot but is worth it.

Chris - Congrats on Jacob's arrival. He is a very handsome young man!!

AFM: I am healing and my wound is not that sore anymore but I still have to change and pack the wound 2 times a day. The babies are growing. They had their 2 month appt. Ella is 8#15oz and Hunter is 8#10oz. They handled their shots great, just slept all day. They are starting to sleep a little more at night - about 4 hours. I have to go back to work the monday after thanksgiving, so worrying about that. They are letting me work only 3 days a week for the month and hopefully and can get Jan that way too. I am luck to have great bosses.

I hope everyone else is doing great. I know I missed several.

Guess what I've been up to?

You'll probably look at my sig and think that we're nuts but due to my age, my ability to stay home and our current financial situation, we decided to go for #2 rather quickly. I didn't post about my cycle because I just can't... It's too hard for me to talk about it while it's happening.

I am stunned... Literally stunned that it worked. Last time, we had a 5dt of two awesome blasts. This time, we got the call that we had to come in for a 3dt because we only had 3/14 still going at Day 3. Although my doctor was optimistic and kind and said that we had a good chance, all that I could hear was "THESE EMBRYOS ARE HORRIBLE, IT'S NEVER GOING TO WORK". We transferred 3 (1 best quality and two "just under that" according to the doctor). I felt really defeated that we didn't get the awesome blast transfer that we had with Brooke. I immediately began to obsess.

Last time, I didn't POAS but this time, I did. I first peed at 6d93dt and it was BFN. I probably read every thread on the internet posted since 2003. Of course, I might have read that 2000 women tested BFN on 6dp3dt and went on to get a BFP but all that I could focus on was the few women who got theirs on that day and determine that the IVF didn't work.

We still have numerous hurdles to face before this pregnancy makes it to the viable determination but I'm going to try to accept the happiness every day instead of trying to calculate our odds for bad news.

Heck, even I think that I'm a little crazy, lol!

When I saw our embryos arresting in droves this time, I felt pretty confident that I was correct in thinking that time is not on my side and that it was best to move as quickly as possible.

Last time, we had 12/12 going on Day 3. This time, we had 3/14 still going... That's a big and pretty scary difference.

Our new DD is July 31, 2012 (Brooke was June 29, 2011). OMG... It's still sinking in how close together those dates are!
