OH MY OH MY what wonderful news to open the page and see beautiful babies. Like a friend of mine told me dont ivf/iui babies as cute and beautiful as can be? yes they are and will always be.
I makes me so happy to read updates on all those babies and cant wait for my time to arrive.
Rio- yes snow white is pushing on and almost at the end. boy it has been a roller coster ride that we laugh about all the time.
Margi- yes dear we are all so happy and ready but am getting scared every day as the time gets closer. lol maybe its just anxiety and wondering how labor is going to go. so far the plan is to go natural. will see how that goes.
oh well sorry for no more personals got to hit yoga for this back pain.

Maribel is just beautiful and I can't believe she is sitting in the bouncer already. I can't wait to get Paul one of those but I keep thinking that since he does not sit up by himself yet it must be too early. So when did you start solid foods? I really want to start when he is 4 months because he is suck a picky eater. He still only eats 3-4 oz every 3-4 hours. I hear of babies on hear eating 5-6 oz being younger than him so I guess he just isn't a big eater. Paul is 14 1/2 lb now and is teathing like crazy so he is pretty miserable. On the bright side he has been sleeping at night for a few weeks now So anyways any advice you can give on how and when to start solids would be great. I think he is ready. He begs for my food when I eat in front of him and even tried eating breast milk from a spoon and did well
We put Brooke in a bouncer even though she can't sit up unassisted. We put a towel around and behind her for support and she does just fine. We also put something under her feet as she was too short to touch the ground. Also, I think that we have a bouncer by the same make as Amanda (Amanda, it's awesome isn't it?).
I can't believe Paul has teeth already! I believe that Ryann's son has a tooth as well. Brooke is almost 5 months and there's not even a hint of a tooth. What was the first sign that it was starting to come in?
We started Brooke on cereal and pears about a week before she hit 4 months.

Amanda...maribel is gorgeous!!!!
Blair...your girls are gorgeous too! Love the cuddles. Dylan and Isabella were never big on the cuddling!

Blair - I love the shot of Harper and Emory! Beautiful!
Annashope - we did the towel thing like Barbara mentioned to help support her in her bouncer and within a few days she was holding herself up better while sitting in it. Now she spins herself all the way around in it to play with all of the toys. She can't sit unassisted on the floor yet for more than a second or two but she does love to try. And we started solids about a week or so before she hit 4 months. She was eating all the time and would mimic us eating at dinnertime. So we started with rice cereal and add a new food every 4-5 days so we know there's no reaction to it.
Barbara - yes, we love that activity bouncer!! And no teeth yet here either. She's drooling like crazy, literally soaking bibs, but I'm not seeing or feeling anything popping through. My granddaughter Madison just got her first tooth at 8.5 months and had the next 3 come in within a week. Meanwhile my niece got her first 2 teeth at 3 months. So I really have no idea when to expect to see them pop through. P.s. good luck tomorrow with your beta!

Thank you girls so much on all of the advice. I will deff start solids in another week or to. I feel like Paul is ready but am trying to hold off until he is exactly 4 months. I may sneak some rice cereal a week before he is 4 months as many of you have. As for the bouncer when did you girls first put them in? What about the bambo seat? can a baby that is almost 4 months sit in one of those? Paul sits on my lap a lot and of course I support him but my mom keeps saying that if I sit him before he sits by himself then his back will be crooked. I guess my mom scared me a little with that stuff but I see 4 month old babies sitting supported all the time and Paul loves to sit so maybe its ok right? Anyways thanks again for all of the advice.
Barbara any news on the beta?

We've been using the bouncer since just before Brooke turned 4 months. We probably could have done it sooner. We hadn't bought one and we put her in one at a store and she smiled super huge so we bought it and started using it right away.
We've been using the Bumbo seat longer than that (can't remember, but somewhere about 3 months). We just watched her neck to make sure that she wasn't slumping forward and her attitude to make sure that she was having a good time. She loves it.
I've never heard that using seats can cause anything to go wrong with a baby's back - there'd be a heck of a lot of baby's with crooked backs.
I'm still waiting for my call. Even though I POAS before I went in, I still have a fear inside me that it's not true. I really hate what infertility has done to my brain.

So I have been feeling kinda odd the past couple of days. Its one of those feeling that I just cant put my finger on. I am tired and kinda "just dont feel good". I feel like there is some pressure down below, not painful, but I can tell that something feels funny down there when I have gotten up a couple times today. I also noticed a string of mucus lastnight and this morning after going to the bathroom (tmi). Not alot, but a little that made me notice it. I am still having BH of course, Ive had those since 20wks. I am only 32wks, so it is still too early. I have my OB appt in the am, I am scared they are going to tell me that its almost time. Are these any feelings/symptoms anyone else had??
WOW! Barbara that is fantastic beta I am so excited for you. Congratulations!!! Keep posting. Will you be switching over to the 2012 babies side? Thanks for all of the advice we will deff get the bambo seat this weekend but I think the bouncer may be Paul's Christmas present

Dallas- I'm not sure when my actual contractions started but I had BH starting @ 20ish wks too. Even though I never lost my mucus plug, I do know that they kept asking how I felt because that blah feeling could mean you are getting closer. With that being said the OB will be much better at letting you know where you stand. Good luck @ your appt. Hoping those little ones stay in a bit longer, but mine were born @ 32wk5d and they are home and healthy so it will be ok no matter what.
Anna- I think that bouncer for Paul for Christmas is a good idea, and I'm sure he will love it.
Rio- your kids are absolutely adorable!!! Love the pics.
AFM- I can't believe my girls are 3 wks old already. Even though they've only been home a few days the time is already flying by between feedings, changingsn and naps. It really is crazy how fast the days go.
Dallas - Sounds like your mucous plug, but those can start coming out weeks before actual labor and (I've heard) even regenerate. 32 weeks, huh? That's around the time I personally began feeling like I might keel over from the pain and misery. LOL Those little ones are growing quick and running outta room, so IMO the pressure's normal. The feeling of oddness is definitely something to bring up at your appointment though, since us women (especially during pregnancy) are so insanely in tune with our bodies. Hoping and praying all's well and it's just that you're entering into the "somebody just SHOOT me already!" stage of a full term twin pregnancy!
Rio - What gorgeous, happy, lovely children you have! Love the one where big brother's giving baby sis a smooch... TOO CUTE!
Anna - Paul's so stinking CUTE!!! He has a beautiful little smile!
Barbara - CONGRATS MOMMA!!! How many did you put back??? That's a pretty darn good number!
