We are having another girl! Yay, sisters!!!! Her name will be Alecia Katherine.

Mora- I LOVE YOUR NURSERY!!! Mine is not totally done yet so I am holding out on the pics. Its so cute and I love the orange. It is the color of my portable stuff in case we have another LO in the future that turns out to be a boy. It is also the color for my shower.

Easley- A baby boy! Yay! So glad to hear from you and to know that things are going well. I will update the roll call early this coming week. Time is just flying by!

Esther- I felt her for the first time at 18 weeks but wasn't sure until 20 weeks. Its magical and I can't wait until you have that first somersault when you know for sure.

AFM: What a time this little girl is giving us! I found out that I have Gestational Diabetes. I barely failed the 3 hour test, but fail I did. I have already had my appointment with a dietician and am checking my blood 4 times a day. All is going well. Looks like I won't need insulin which is good. Had my 30 week appointment today. I am now moving on to the 2 week appointments. I can't believe that its so close. Only 10 weeks to go and so much left to do.

Hi Ladies,

I know some of you, some names are new to me. I decided I would take a leap of faith and join the group! I am currently 6weeks 1 day pregnant I think?? LOL U/S is on Monday the 28th to find the heartbeat and how many beautiful babies I am growing. I am not going to lie, I am worried and nervous but I have faith that God has this under control.

Today has been the first day I have felt pregnancy symptoms. Very achy (0) (0) but not sore, just achy. They hurt if I push on them which I do a lot trying to make sure that something is going on. Have a bit of a sour stomach today, not quite ready to hurl but feeling a little more sick everyday. I am def tired and feel worn out. I lost my motivation to do anything over the past week.

Thanks for letting me join your group! I hope to continue on this board for the next 8 months.

A little late but just wanted to say Happy Thanksgiving......On t-day DH worked but my DD and I went for a run and then skied for a couple runs then came home to hang out and continue getting dinner ready....had a group of friends for our dinner and it was wonderful relaxing and yummy! The rest of the weekend so far we have just been hanging out and making plans for new Em's new room since baby g will get the nursery....we have to build a room but that project is started already so we should be furnishing in the couple of weeks.It is still so surreal that we will be having another DD in such a short time. Looks like it might be closer to Feb 7th but we still like the idea of February 14th so for now we will stick with that!

Jenmink - Congratulations & welcome to this group this is a great group of ladies and we are thrilled to have you here!

Mora/Deft - I love your nursery! Most people who do gender neutral nurseries do green, yellow, beige etc.....but I LOVE THE ORANGE!!! It is so cute! We are going to paint Em's new room purple and she wants bugs & princesses...we found some butterfly stuff so that might be it!

Easley - Congrats on the baby boy! I was sort of holding out that this one would be a boy but whatever it was I would be thrilled.....

Ester - I can't believe how time is flying and you are already feeling your little one.....so cool! What a magical time for you!

Bliss - Bummer on the GD but glad you don't have to take insulin....we have all had enough shots to last us a lifetime! Can't believe you are now on the 2 week appts. I think we start this after our next appt next Friday but not sure.....

Dogz - Congrats on Baby Girl number 2!!! I am not going to lie I was sorta hoping for a boy just so we could have one of each...this will most likely be our last baby. But now that I have really accepted this I am totally thrilled....SISTERS! I had three brothers & no sisters so this should be fun. Also I just realized I probably will not have to buy a thing clothes wise for at least the first 5 years if they are similar sized! Yay! I love your name I think ours will be Olivia Kathryn....

ttcnb - 3 boys!!! Congratulations!!!! That will be so much FUN!

Katie - It's really funny because I thought I was going to be so upset if this one was not a boy. But when they told us our daughter was going to have a little sister, I was genuinely thrilled! I was so surprised that I was so happy lol!

Hey ladies...I had some more bleeding ( a lot more) and was transferred to to a hospital an hour and a half away from home where there is a NICU. I also have been having some contractions. Right now I expect that we will be monitored for awhile but I am guessing there is bedrest in the future.

Baby looks perfect and there could also be a vaginal delivery still in my future. They did give me a steriod shot and another one is scheduled tonight to cause the lungs to mature. So if the worst happens she will be ready.

If somebody can take over my list mistress duties that would be great. You should be able to edit and then copy the original email and just add the updates. Off the top of my head I know we need to update Easley's gender to a boy and also welcome Jen Mink. Unfortunately Ninde also needs to be placed under the "mommy to an angel" heading. I don't know the details but assume it was some time ago. One of the girls on the IVF board let me know.

Dogs...I totally missed your gender reveal!!! Congrats on joining Team Pink. I must have been posting to an old thread and didn't refresh the last session when I created my first post following your reveal on the 18th. So sorry!!!

AFM:

Things are looking much better. The bleeding has all but stopped and the same is true for the contractions. I'm expecting to stay here for a couple more days and then be put on bed rest. Fingers and toes crossed that all continues to go well and that the contractions continue stopping on their own.

They won't use meds to stop the contractions because they feel it is my body's way of saying it may be best to get the baby out, since they still haven't identified a cause of the bleeding.

Silver lining? I got to see her little face and even her beautiful little eyes in an u/s. I think she looks like DH and is the prettiest thing I have ever seen.

Alisa, I am so glad things are better. Wow, the blood pooled around you when you woke up. That must have been really scary. I am glad it stopped and you are being monitored now. Keeping my fingers crossed for you!!!

Bliss - Just catching up on your last couple of days....I am so happy that it looks like all is OK and that she will be staying put for a while.......I am jealous that you got to see her perfect face & eyes! I will keep you in my prayers that your little peanut will be happy and comfy in her little home for a little while longer! Take care and just try to relax and enjoy being pampered for a bit, you deserve it.....

Alisa- I'm so sorry that you had such a scare, but I'm so glad that Evie is looking good. It sounds like you really just need to take it easy now. Just relax and let everyone else do everything for you. I'm thrilled for you that you were able to see her beautiful face!

AFM: We had a 30 week u/s for Grady yesterday . . . he held an arm up to his face for most of it (stinker!), but we did get a few good shots near the end . . .
