Hello ladies

Leorira: I didnt realise you are 5 hours ahead of ireland. Im so sorry you are having the bleeding, crap, crap, crap. Im hoping that its that bleeding others have had and have been fine. Im rooting for you so strongly
Bonnie: how did you get on?
Adkelp: have you had any more thoughts on what to do?
Christy: ooh great questions and a brilliant idea. And i love your dogs name. I visited yeosemite about 12 years ago and loved it. But strangely i think i prefered mammoth mountain. S looking at your favourite food i understand why i struggle with weight and you dont!! So here are my answers
YOUR BIRTHDAY: 5th oct ( turned the big 40 this year!!)
FAVOURITE HOBBY/SPORT: Singing. Rebounding.
FAvourite food/chocolate: toblerone cheesecake
Best all time movie: Shawshank Redemption
Dream vacation getaway: Hawaii
Favourite book: Stephan king "It"
Lyd: like I said above, I really liked yeosemite (although dh was bitten by some horrendous insects and came out in welts!)
blue: wow, you run half marathons? Im sorry to hear about the nightmares, I get what you mean about ptsd probably resulting from that. I've got some really good contacts in the states around a particular type of therapy that might help if you are ever interested? Its called sensori-motor therapy and its powerful for trauma.
Tess: you are in your summer at the moment arnt you?
Amanda: how are you doing?
Maria: how are you?
Nac: when is your next beta?
Neffi: when is your transfer?
Kerpupples: have you called the clinic again?
Jayne: any word from your birth mother?
LauraN: are you resting up and enjoying being pupo?
Blessed: are you still floating
Gina: oh tnats awful for you about your niece. Please protect yourself around her even if its only through fb.
Bodie: I did another bootcamp today, was a new guy and he was great. How are you doing?
Afm: im off work tomorrow

TThe bootcamp I did was good but my heart sank when i walked into the studio, these were elite athletes who were there and not just that but they were tiny and really trim. Im 5ft 9so I towered over themand outweighed them by stones! But I gave it my best. But the weight is still not coming off despite 2 personal training sessions and a bootcamp each week. My clinic wont let me start the ivf if i dont lose at least 10 pounds which may not sound like much but when your metabolism is as slow as mine its crap. Anyone any ideas?
