The test is darker this morning. Thank god, I thought I was going to faint waiting for the results. These strips say wait 5 min before reading. I am of course watching as it develops, but for the 1st couple of minutes you are staring at white. OMG, I am so relieved. last night I was seriously second guessing myself that this might be the trigger. It hasn't been 24 hours since the 1st test. I took the 1st at 3:30pm yesterday and 2nd at 8:30am. Today is 9dpo.

Lyd, that is definitely a line! You are pregnant!! I am so happy for you! Keep us posted as you continue to POAS. It's so great hearing wonderful news . Your beta is on Tuesday, right? Did you put 2 embryos in? Any twinges?
Things are status quo here...just waiting for tomorrow's ultrasound!

Lyd, are you ok with having twins if it ends up being 2? That is so exciting! I'm so glad to hear you are feeling twinges now too!
We put three in and it's a little different this time because I feel twinges on both sides of my uterus. We are definitely too early to see a heartbeat today (I think), as we are only 5 weeks 2 days pregnant. I'm hoping to be able to see a sac and yolk though! I'll post once we get back

Hi ladies! I just got back from my first ultrasound (at 5 week 2 days). They saw two gestational sacs! I don't know if both of them will continue, but I'm very excited that the sacs were visualized They drew another Beta and it was 5142 today. Our next ultrasound will be Jan 2nd and hopefully we'll get to see a heartbeat then.
Lyd, did you POAS this morning? Hope your line is getting darker and darker each day. I ended up POAS last night just to see if the line was super dark or not and it was darker than the control line. I just love seeing positive pregnancy tests after seeing what feels like HUNDREDS of negative tests.
Have a very Happy Holidays ladies. We leave for Atlanta tomorrow...so excited!

Alexis, congratulations! Glad evthing is there and developing on schedule! And two to boot! How do you feel about twins?!
Yes, my line was darker this morning again. I don't want spam you guys with more pics, but it was darker. If it continues to go at this pace then I think my beta will be in the 250-300 range. And I think there is a chance I'll have 2 sacs as well. I like the idea of having twins - I am just worried about carrying twins. Tings like bedrest with a toddler - how to do that and stuff. I would want to carry the twins as long as possible and get them as big as possible. my DS was born at 8.5 lb and is in the 95% by height. I would love for his sibling/siblings to be similar.Anyway, I am getting ahead of myself.

My test was lighter today. I hope it's because I've been drinking lots and lots of Gatorade - I started feeling very bloated and gained 3 lb of water. I hope it the diluted urine that's making my test lighter and not the fact that this is a chemical pregnancy going down. That would be a serious bummer.

Hello guys, I did end up in the hospital yesterday after all. At midnight I just fell light headed and nauseous and super bloated, like a balloon. So we called my parents who drove over to sleep here with DS while DH and I drove over to the hospital. They gave me IV fluids, checked my blood work and ovary size - although I do have a lot of water in the abdominal cavity they did not recommend draining it because of the risk of infection and bleeding. But I did get prescription for some good pain killers and zofran. Which will come in handy as I am pretty nauseous already.
The upside of the whole ordeal is that I got to find out my BETA, which is 215! Mnext beta is on Friday

LYD, sounds like you've had an exciting last 24 hours...holy moly! Did the IV fluids make you feel any better with the bloating? That sounds so uncomfortable and scary! That is AWESOME news about your beta...yeah!! You'll have to keep us posted with your next beta too on Friday.
I am still on vacation and enjoying my time away from the northern cold weather. I have started to feel a little "off", but I think it's because my heart rate is about 15 beats higher than I'm used to. It's making me feel so shaky, but I wouldn't really describe it as nausea. My boobs are still sore and feel like they continue to grow. Our next ultrasound is on 1/2/12, so hopefully we'll see heartbeat/s.
Happy Bunny/Barbara, how are you doing?
Kerpupples, how's everything going for you?
Neffi and Michele, are you still out there checking? I hope you are both doing ok if so.
I hope everybody has had a nice holiday!

Hi ladies, sorry for the extended absence. I've been enjoying time with the family and haven't really touched the computer at all.
Alexis - 2 sacs, wow! That's exciting. I have a crazy feeling that could be in my future as well.
LYD - super huge congrats on the BFP! Sorry about the bloating - hope you are feeling better. 215 is a great beta!
AFM - I'm up to 4 Vivelle patches and have had 2 SnS appointments. Lining is looking great, triple pattern and about 8 mm with a week before transfer. My estrogen levels are a bit low so they may add some estrace tabs if it's still low after my SnS tomorrow. I'm off caffeine again, though it's a day or two after the clinic recommended. Hope the next week goes by quickly!
