Is it possible to donate your eggs at the age of 19 in Canada?

I believe that the law dictates that you must be at least 21 to donate.

Good day,
It's not just the law, it's also that at 19 your eggs are not considered to be "mature" enough for donation.

I am planning to start doing morning cardio,
and i'am wondering if it is good or bad,
should i take protein before???
