Sooooooo i was a curious little kitten today and went and had my levels drawn today which would be day 23 post ovulation or 18 dys post transfer and my levels were 5640!!!!! i was so excitd to see this!!! Cant wait till our us next week!!!!!

My OHSS has been ok i am just tired and get winded very easy but i can live with that!!

Dallas - good luck! Thats wonderful to make it to 38 weeks with twins. I am praying for that or close. How exciting your LO is almost here.

Moore - Madison was at the top of my name list if we were going to have a girl. I wouldn't worry if BIL has a dog with that name, although Justine is really pretty too. I think a name is only out if a friend has a kid with the name we want where the two of them are going to be friends. We also really like Mackenzie and DH mentioned this to his cousin once, sure enough they named their girl that. So that name is out if we ever have a girl

AFM - OB appt tonight, no changes for the second week in a row. I don't think our LO is coming any time soon.

Crashing for Ester....

My only question with the sit and stand is, what will you do when they're out of their infant seats? Will one sit and one stand? Baby trend has the snap-n-go, which you won't be able to use past the infant seat phase, but a little less expensive than the sit and stand. We ended up buying a snap-n-go when the twins were about 2 months because we bought the EasyWalker Duo, but got sick of taking them out of their carseats to put in the stroller. We are going to use the snap n go through the winter and then the twins will be plenty old enough to go back into the big stroller. We also got the Safety First on Board Air 35 carseats, which a few of the twin mommas on the 2011 board did. Love them!

If you're serious about swaddling we found that the miracle blanket worked best of all swaddlers. Isabella is still swaddled at 5.5 months and can't break out of it!

As far as bedrooms....we have a 4 bedroom and THANK GOODNESS!!! I have heard of most twins sharing a room until at least 2, but Isabella is such a jabber jaw that she wakes poor Dylan up all night long!

I love your name choices (my nephew is Gavin!)!!! I hope you don't mind me crashing with my imput

Thanks for the advice, Ryann! The sit n stand is a double one, so there are 2 stroller seats that it comes with. So basically, the babies can both sit. I'm just not sure when it is ok to start putting them in there without the car seats...I'm assuming once they can sit up on their own. Each seat can accomodate up to 40 lbs.

Hi Everyone - great to see this post & so excited to be a part of it - we have tried IVF 5 times now - and this most recent time we had a positive test - we had transferred one expanded embryo and we are due on my husband's 30th birthday - "baby McFarland's" due date is July 9, 2012! We are beyond thrilled (and still in a little bit of shock! Ok, a lot of shock!)

All the best to everyone on here who will have babies in 2012!!

We're back from Florida; we had an awesome time visiting family. We decided to let the cat out of the bag and everyone was as thrilled as we are.

I've missed a lot of postings, so it will probably take some time for me to get caught up with everyone's progress. I hope that everyone had a wonderful winter holiday and will have a fantastic new year.

I'm doing good... I haven't spotted in over a week and I'm so happy about that. I saw the RE this morning and the baby looks great. I've graduated and I'm off to the OB in January.

Update from Yingz

This morning I had OB appointment and since I still have no contractions and show no signs of labor, OB didn't even bother a cervical exam. Ugr.... She measured the heartbeat and my belly and let me go home. I go back next Friday by then I will be 39 weeks and 4 days. She discussed induction which most likely will occur between 1/13 and 1/19 if I have to go that route. She said the rule is to induce me within 10 days past my due date. I don't know what to think now. I emailed my boss and ask to go back to work next week. DH and I plan to have a daily walk of at least 30-45 minutes in the shopping center after dinner starting next week and see whether that will help make any progress of labor. We'll see. I really don't want to pass my due date as the baby measured 7lbs 7ozs last Friday already. I don't want her to get too big and a painful labor.....

WOooo-Hooooo! My 2nd beta is 845. Thats a doubling time of 40 hours from my first beta. Things are looking good. I think this one is a keeper!

yingz- thanks for asking about me. yes am due the 5th. on thursday i was at 1-2cm dilated. i was hopon got deliver this yr but oh well. Doc thinks its anytime now but he cannot say a day. i dont think i have even passed my mucus plug coz i have not seen it. so dont worry at already 39weeks and look at me. i also dint want such a big baby but am dreadin that. i also plan on walking him down as much as i can. lol good luck and dont skip the line.

Happy Bunny - welcome back from your trip. I'm so glad you were able to share your news with the fam! That is great to hear you haven't spotted in awhile. Congrats on your graduation!

Jen - how are things with you?

Yingz - That's ok that your OB didn't do the exam, it doesn't mean you won't go into labor soon. I knew someone who went to the doctor who was not dilated at all and went into labor that same night. Are you planning on going the natural route for labor?

Lyd - wow, awesome beta! So excited for you guys!!!

nwquiz - you are so close!! That is exciting your doc thinks it could possibly be any day, I don't think my docs feel the same way about me hehe. I have a feeling this little guy is in for a long stay
