Alwaysang-I am so sorry about the news, but please don't loose hope just yet. I don't want to get your hopes up but there was a member on these boards that her Beta started off low and then went down a bit and then went back up and she and her LO are doing just fine. Alwaysangel-I can promise you that you haven't done anything to deserve this. I wish I had an answer for you but I don't. I felt exactly like you are feeling a few months ago when i had the 2nd MC. I felt like I was being punished for something o had done, anything. But I realized that this was not the case. I don't know why these things happen but I know that we can't loose hope. We need to have faith through thick snd thin. And I know that's hard. It's definantely easier said than done. It's ok to feel what your feeling. Please know that I am here fir you whenever you need someone to talk to. I'll continue to pray for you.

Anton: thanks. You are right there is abdifference between a trainernpushing us beyond our comfort zone and when it activates an old injurybwhichnis what he did. By the way, you are really slim - why are you trying to lose weight? Are you hot at your ideal?

Leora: no, I dont have time off in lieu of the weekend work. Strictly speaking I work mon to fri but as im self employed my work often flows into the weekend but since christmas its constant in terms of my writingnpresentations and new classes to teach. Tired now! How are you doing?

Ninde, Your trainer should pay more attention to your injury. Before I even got to start with my trainer I had to talk about any conditions or injuries that I have. It is his job to push but he can push in ways that don't create pain or aggravate injuries. Deadlifts put so much pressure on your hips. No wonder you have so much pain.

Leora, I'm sorry about the formula vouchers. I hope that never happens again.

Janis, I felt like crap from the very beginning of stimming. I didn't have any problems, just pain. I hope yours goes away. Make sure to drink lots of water.

I will say more tomorrow. I need to get to bed. Had my weigh in tonight. I'm down 2.5 pounds which isn't huge but it's a loss. I'm sure I have some muscle gain with all of this. I see the trainer again tomorrow. I need to work on the food some more but I have made a ton of significant changes. I'm tired for now. Had training last night. We were in Canada for the weekend for the Chinese New Year.

Had my lining check today and we are good to go. I start the Progesterone shots on the 2nd and transfer will be Feb 7. Yippee!

Sorry I'm not such an active member...

AlwaysAngel - I many times thought like you do now, and asked myself why. I think more than a year ago when I joined this forum after 2 failed IVF's, it was Sunshine who told me that we don't understand/know the reason, and we may never find out. After what I call our 'big' loss (though every loss is, I realize) in July, many people told me that things happen for the best, that God has a plan, this and that. I think of it like I do about the tower of Babylon. Some things we are just not meant to understand.I hope for you and me and all of the other brave and strong women that when they look at their baby for the first time things will fall into place. I don't think any of the losses will be forgotten, I just think we will embrace the happiness we will have in the future, because there is no other way. I certainly pray for the best outcome for you, I have been in the same beta hell quite a few times myself. The only positive thing about it going down fast on its own is that you won't be needing a D&C like I had in December, which is a lot like Leora told me salt on a wound. I am here for you too, one day we will all be here for you when you are truly happy, it just takes much longer than any of us would have liked.

Leora - looking forward to hearing wonderful adventures from your cruise...how exciting and so much deserved. About the vouchers...10 days or so after our loss in July, DH received a telephone call congratulating him for the birth of his first son. It was also some discount I signed up for, tragically enough just the night prior to the hospital stay. It seemed like the most evil joke at the time. DH was in a shop when he got the call and he told me that not bursting into tears right there and then was one of his hardest trials.

Ninde - I think it's excellent you told your PT your boundaries. After all, he's working for you (and your body), not the other way around. It has got to serve a purpose without causing additional damage and things for you to worry about - it should do you good! Be in pain throughout the weekend, I think not

Anton - way to go on the health regime...I am not back in shape at all. I think it's incredible how being in charge of what we eat and how much we exercise is important for us women especially when we feel that so much is out of our hands. After six months' break I'm now back doing Pilates. It's no way near the amount of time I used to spend working out, neither do I pay attention to what I eat like I used to, but it's a start and I think the more I continue, little by little I'll do more because it improves how I feel for myself (not letting in to self petty).

Wehavehope and Kerpupples - wonderful that your pregnancies are proceeding well. When a woman from this group succeeds, it's everyone's success.

BlueEyeDreamer - How wonderful that you're ready to begin! I'm hopeful to follow shortly after you!


I'll try to keep in touch more so I can do more personals too. RE appointment later today, I guess I'll find out more about our next protocol. I find it hard to sleep at night, started worrying about the APS more...many 'What ifs' running through my mind. I am trying the best I can to force myself into positive thinking especially when I'm trying to fall asleep. DH never seems to have a problem, while toss and turn he's snoring already.
