Hep c usually comes from sharing needles. As a health care professional I would strongly urge u not to reuse or share any needle. There are so many other things that you could get from doing this even if you're reusing your own needles. And no washing them out isn't a safe thing to do. I'm not sure why u wrote this post but it's not a good idea to share or reuse needles
