:D Fantastic news Dagny on the EC huge number of eggies, I can't beleive there were so many and that you had so much hassle getting them transported. Good luck for the ET. I may not post on here for a while but I will look in on you to see how you are doing.

Loads of luck to you

Hi Guys

Sorry I have been a bit quiet since ET I have felt really ill.

I had a 4 cell and a 3 cell good quality embies put back and we have a picture of them too - Aaaaahhhhhhh :D

Unfortunately the 8 left are a little slow and they are deciding not to freeze AGAIN  I never get any frosties and it really pi$$es me off. They do suggest that it would be a waste of money and gives us false hope for a FET which I agree but a couple of frosties would give me something to hope for if that makes sense?? I am waiting for them to call me this morning to confirm it as they left them over night just to make sure.

The night of my ET I got the worst possible pains in my back and stomach, high up, which had me writhing about in agony. I was screaming and thought I was going to pass out. Pain killers didn't touch the pain and I was up all night crying. The next day I rang the hospital and they said to come in for a scan which I duly did and they found nothing. Spent the rest of yesterday scared stiff the all pains were going to come back and that my embies had been damaged. Last night the pains did came back and I had another night of hell. We don't know what it is but it's making me think that it can't possibly work. I am very depressed and in a lot of pain so forgive me if I haven't been around. I feel sick right now and they haven't even had a chance to embed yet. It will be a miracle if they do.

I must try to catch up with everyone else on the site. Thankyou for all your support girls. This 2ww is dragging already and it's only been 2 days

You poor thing Dagny, sounds like you're really being put through the mill.

I hope it's good news on the frosties, but hey, bet you're not going to need any.

Put your feet up and take it easy, and try and stay positive. There's no reason why those little ebmies won't embed.

Good luck chick.

Hi Dagny, sorry to hear you've been feeling so rough - hope you're feeling much better now. Don't worry about your embies - they are tougher than you think - and I'm sure they are doing just fine.

I never get any frosties either - but Sue's right - you're not going to need any!

Have you managed to watch any of your movies yet?

Love and hugs

Just wrote the whole reply and pressed delete by mistake

Dagny would have posted for you but did not want to steal your thunder so to speak. No funny remarks from you Trace

As for the pains probably the ovaries having a rattle throwing session. Drink loads and try not to worry as the embies are in your womb and haven't a flaming clue what pain you are in. The body has this amazing way of letting them get on with it whilst you suiffer. Remember last time :?:

Put your feet up and watch some dvd's. I have had no knickers at all - miserable lot!

Good luck honey

Hi

Iv'e just heard from the lab and the rest of our embies are not growing fast enough to warrant freezing :( Some have got to 5 cells but by this stage they should be 8/10 or more.

I am really disappointed and fed up that we never get frosties even with good quality eggs. I know I should look at it that we won't need them as this one will work but I just hate knowing that I have to let my 'babies' go

Love a very sad Dagny xkx

Dagny - I'm really sorry about your embies, that must be hard especially with your good eggs.. I wish they could say why as it's just frustrating..?
But, you have 2 lovely embies tucked away now, and please don't think I am dismissing your other embies, as I know it must be hard, but now you need to rest up for those 2 embies now..
I hope your pains are easing - how are you feeling today??
Sending you lots of hugs buddy!

Dagny -

You are in my thoughts and prayers! I hope the pain has subsided. Keep resting and reassure yourself that your two little embies are safe inside. Your positive attitude helps us get through rough days - now it is time to give that P.M.A. back to you!!

Dagny,

Sorry to hear you've been in so much pain. Don't worry too much about it affecting the embies though. Remember what Gem went through went she was cycling with us back in April? She was so ill she ended up in the hospital only to go on and get a +tive!

As far as not getting frosties, I can see where you must be frustrated after all those eggs. Just try your best to focus on the task at hand though and stay positive that you aren't going to need any frosties anyway!

Blimey girl... I just popped by to see how you were getting on and I find that you've been immersed in a whole soap opera of bizarre events. Sounds like you've had quite a time of it. I'm so pleased to hear that you've made it this far of the treatment process and now have two wonderful little ones safe and sound in your womb - i hope the pain has subsided and you can just concentrate on getting the next two tortuous weeks out the way before beginning a happier stage in your life.

I have very positive feelings about you. Things will work out. And don't forget that mild ovarian overstimulation has been linked to a higher pregnancy rate.

I know that whatever the outcome you are going to be anxious and fearful of what comes next - but you really are as strong as an ox and have a bright future to look forward to - so be optimistic!

I will pop by every now and then to see how you're getting on (and to check up on when that Tracey S pops her spogs) but you know how much these websites panic me! I've not started my txt yet as bloody periods are not yet normal. Hopeful for August.

All my love and positive vibes (not that you'll need them)

Dagny,

So happy to hear that you got all the way through ET!! A week ago we were worried you wouldn't get to EC - remember? Your body's been through a lot. It's no wonder you're in pain, though I do so hope it ends soon so you can rest a little.

Sorry about the frosties. It's funny how I also feel about the embies, too. I felt sad when the IVF didn't work because I felt like we wasted the best three!

But they say fresh cycles have a better chance and we're all rooting for yours to be +ve!!!
