My FRER was super light this morning, the lightest of all the three. I'm so nervous I could puke. Only a few more hours. They usually have the results for me by lunchtime.

Blue - keeping my figners crossed for good beta and then good rise for you on your 2nd beta!
Reem - i was on suppositories during my FET cycle - it worked but i did have some blleding. i was on endometrium 3x day. i've been on PIO the rest of my cycles - no bleeding - 1cc injection per day.
WE - that sucks about your being sick so much! are you still on zofran or did you stop because of cosntipation? and did you try taking prenatal vitamins on an empty stomach? everytime i do that it never fails to clear me out - tmi, sorry.
Anton - glad you were able to dodge th ebaby store opening. that was very inconsiderate of her to ask - unless she didnt know obviously. regardless, good job taking care of yourself. any sign from the hubby as to when you may start again? also, BTW there is a woman on the PAT board - Katieb - that's looking to donate her embies. just FYI.

hello ladies I have not been posting much since there is not alot to tell with a natural cycle and I feel I get so lost with all the posts going so quickly. I do have some wonderful news though for my IVF cycle in April. They found a donor who my nurse swears could be my sister & she is going through IVF bc of plumbing issues not egg issues. She is 25 & had children before. We are doing another split cycle we are using my eggs & we will get half of hers. We do have to pay half of her cycle, which was stressing me out. We got a good tax refund from all the medical from last year, but I knew we wouldn't have enough to cover all the cost if they charged us full price for everything. My RE is truly an angel he gave us a HUGE discount. The discount was so big I was speechless which I looked at the paper. I made them go get my RE and I told him okay I am going to hug you now.It was so funny bc he is very shy & conservative. My DH said it was probably a good thing I told him I was going to hug him before I did it..lol. My RE then said I just thought it was time for us to have some good karma. bless him Of course we did do a natural cycle & I am now in my 2ww, but I am not expecting it to work. I guess we will know in 2 wks but if it doesn't atleast we can feel good about April.
Blue-I see it!!!!!!!
Anton- That sounds wonderful what you & your DH do for each other through out the year.
Leora- I am hoping you & your DH is having a wonderful time on ur vacation.
Well, not great news. Beta is only 9.7. It's technically positive but too low. It looks like a chemical to me. I have to stay on the meds until the 2nd beta on Sunday. I'm not thinking there is much hope left. My tests were stronger on Wed than they are now.
Off for now. I am going to leave work and go home to wallow in my self pity.

Nicole: firstly im so sorry abouti dont want to do a polyana on it but it might rise. Going to light my candle for you right away x
Gina: that's a wonderful story and hopefully yours will be the same
Reem: nice to meet you
Anton: that's really interesting about the progesterone. I used pessaries last time but only up to the one and only beta that's drawn. My clinic refuse beyond that because they say there is no real evidence it helps beyond that. I've always been uneasy with that. I'll read the linked article. Thank you for it
Maria: oh this is just not getting any easier. How are you managing to work. You poor thing x
Janis: patience is really tough isnt it?! Everything crossed for you for tue
Amanda: great to hear from you. April cycle sounds great but im also hoping this one will be too
Christy: how are you doing?
Afm: thank goodness its friday!!!

Blue-oh hon, I am so sorry. Keeping you in my prayers.
Reem-welcome, I will add you to the board tomorrow. Unfortunately I'm not feeling well but I promise I'll get to it tomorrow.
Amanda-nice yo hear from you. So glad that your next cycle is coming up.
Ninde-yes, thank God it's finally Friday. I am working bu today I had to go home early. The nausea this morning was intense. I almost didn't make it to work. I had to pull over in the side of the road several times thinking I was going to have to vomit. I finally made it to work and went straight to the bathroom and threw up like 10 times. It was awful. I tried to stick it out the rest of the day but I just couldn't ao I went home. Thank you for always checking up on me.
I know I missed many but I'm truly not feeling well. I will try to do more personals tomorrow. Xoxo...

Blue- Don't lose hope even though I no it's easier said than done. Low numbers don't mean it is over but it sure doesn't make it feel "secure"! I hope it has gone up on your next BETA.
Maria- Praying you will start feeling better. Sorry you've been so sick!
Totally off topic but we got DS a new bed a few days ago. It has to be made and it's from Belgium(American measurements though), which takes 8-12 weeks. We didn't mind the wait since we have to wait for a mattress set coming from the states. Well tonight we go back to the store and that have a load of them in....Not the one we are on the list for but some that are being discontinued......we got his Mattress set for $282, reg $738! It's a Serta with pillow top too, brand new so a great deal!
Gina- Love some good deals! Sounds like you got a good one on that mattress.
Patricia- It's nice to have a Pollyanna around. I'm trying to remain hopeful, but it's hard.
Maria- Yuck. Sounds like an awful day. I hope the nausea goes away soon.
AFM- I find it very fitting that it is pouring rain. My dog didn't even want to walk and I put a coat on her for days like this. I had to put my pants and socks in the dryer.
I'm trying to stay positive, but it's hard when the nurse finishes the conversation with "I'm sorry, I was really rooting for you this time" I would hope that the numbers would go up but since I got bfp on Wednesday and this low number today, in all likelihood the numbers are going down. I will definitely let you know as soon as I know. For now, I am in a fog.
This was our last frosty. So, we are back to the drawing board. We may have some benefits left, but it will take some time for insurance to review to see what all can be put on me and what can be put on dh.
Thankfully next week is mid-winter break and I am off work all week.

Hey everyone. I've been watching the posts daily, actually, several times a day, but just rarely post anymore. So we got the results back from our genetic testing on the baby. We finally had our appointment on Valentines Day with the RE. Basically, there was a problem with the baby's chromosomes 14 & 18. It is normal for a baby with those chromosomal abnormalities to miscarry during the 1st trimester. Occationally it goes farther, even to birth, but rarely if ever do the babies survive past the first week of birth. A baby with those chromosomal issues, if born, have cleft palate, cleft lip, club foot, heart problems, etc. The RE said it was a textbook case of egg quality issues. SO...... various options. He said that we could 1) try out luck at our 1 frostie 2) fresh cycle 3) donor eggs 4) stop. We were able to sit down with the Director of the lab too, that was a great experience, he's a neat guy and spoke to us for a while. What we have decided to do, is one more fresh cycle, and then we are pretty sure that is the last fresh cycle. We would do the ER and then let the embryos grow to day 5, do PGD on all of them as well as our 1 frostie, then, do a transfer at day 6. I think this is the only logical option for us. We have discussed donor embryos and we are just not there, not sure that we will ever be there. Now, we are just trying to figure out where to come up with the money for this cycle and then also waiting for AF to show up. Our goal is to do the egg retrieval no later than April 10th, but looks like we will hopefully do the egg retrieval sometime the last week in March or first week of April. Part of it depends on when AF comes. I've been cramping for a week, so hopefully she will be here soon. Oh, forgot to mention, the baby was a little girl.
Now, what scares me, is the fact that we have never gone past 3 days with a transfer, we do have 1 frostie that made it to 5 days, but it scares me to think that nothing could make it to 5 days. Then, even if a bunch do, then it scares me to not know how many, if any, will be chromosomally normal. We have never done any genetic testing on any except this last one. Unless we win the lotto, this will be it for us, unless we do have normal frosties, then we would exhaust those, but no more fresh cycles for us.
If anyone knows anyone with leftover meds, let me know. We are trying to figure out where about 8K is going to come from right now. I will be on the same protocol as last time, gonal f(or follistim)- 450, menopur- 150, lupron (I guess 10 units like last time), then of course the trigger, then patches and PIO. I have patches and PIO left from last time, and my insurance covers the estrogen patches and PIO, so I'm not worried about those, and those aren't the expensive pieces either.
Sorry no personals, but know that I do read all of the time and pray for you guys all of the time.
