A client cancelled so thought I'd catch up now in case I can't later.
Adkelp: Hmmm, what do you think the pain is? If it gets bad will you ring your RE?
Christy: Oh good - a day off! Thats brilliant. What will you do with it?
Nicole: I'm with Christy - you have been through so much lately and it would be worth checking out the spell you had. How are you now? My trainer took my body fat with a scales that measures it - like an ordinary once but takes body fat too. You will love this - he is so bothered by what happened that he went researching it over the weekend and reckons that I have either Polycystic ovarian syndrome (been down that road - I'm borderline), Syndrome x (I think that is a dodgy sounding syndrome) or even better - Cushing's syndrome! Its lovely he is concerned and to be honest I'm comforted as I was afraid he thought I might be cheating which I'm not but Cushing's Syndrome?! Anyway, he wants me to have some blood tests.
Julia: We are a big board arn't we?

Lyd: I had heard that body fat checks can be unreliable but whats with the submerged in a tank of water?! And eh, no thanks! I hope your tests turn out to be just fine. Is it mandatory in California to have them done?
Afm: Kind of tired. Had a 7am session in the gym and they really kill me. My clinical director commented on the fact that I'm much more dressed up on a Tue than on a Monday - I witheringly looked at him and told him that yes, I have far more time to spend putting on a skirt and top on a Tue when I'm not up at 6am than on a Monday when I need to be able to just grab my stuff from the gym and go!
