ksbilly - Thanks, we are going to need it. You know, we stay out of all the drama and damn drama came to my door...It will be good, hopefully better for him. Yes, he would be my step nephew. How fun - 2 boys and 1 girl!!!! Congrats!

Ninde - Glad you are feeling better!!! We will do the AF dance for you! :) The boy is 15 years old. My brother-in-law married this gal last year and he is her son. Poor kid's real father passed away when he was little and has had a few step dads, so he is a bit out of control. Has a lot of anger towards his mom. Really all I think is that he needs some structure, positive reinforcement and love. It's strange because he knows we have rules (has to try to get good grades, 100% honesty, respect, the usuall) and the kid was begging to come, promising he would try 150% to do what's right. We will do what we can. He did thank us like 5 times last night. Feel horrible for the kid.

Leora - I did the same thing to my thumb!!!!!! Hitting the space bar kills!!! Soon you will be on your way...all will work out. That's ool you played board games - I love scrabble! I need AA for scrabble...

Morning All! I got the schedule today! So I start BCP today. I stop them on Friday the 23rd. Go in for a baseline SnS on the 26th, then Lupron starts on the 27th, Gonal F and Menopur start on the 28th. If I go the same amount of time as last time (9 days of stimms), then we trigger on the 5th, then ER on the 7th. Then, they will do the biopsy of the fresh and frozen embies on the 12th of April with a 6 day transfer on the 13th...yep, Friday the 13th...hehehehe. My first cycle I went 10 days of stimms, but the 2nd cycle only 9 and we are using the same dosages and meds this time as the 2nd time. So, the dates could move up or down by a day or so. So, if it all goes as I am praying, then we would be due on Dec 28th. Yep, I'm obsessed with looking up that information and I haven't even started the stimms!

Gotta get back to work.

Maria- Glad everything everything checked out just find and that the babies are doing well!! Time sure is flying by!

Cyn- Welcome! You start really soon now! Good luck and lots of baby dust!

akdelp- So glad the spotting as stopped! I know you are relieved! I'm glad you were able to bring him in and help him out. I know he is thankful for that.

Ninde- She was very rude and a complaint was filled out. DH meets with him tomorrow. He will not go back there and no kids should since it isn't pediatrics anyway. Some people! It isn't that we don't want it taken care of but he needs more than a local....so he will get some gas to help at a different Dentist! I am glad you are feeling better!

Christy- I'm sorry your DH feels that way! I'm sorry you feel that way too. Our infertility is because of me not Ovulating. That's the only thing they have ever found at least. Dh is fine also. I never really felt horrible because it's me, but just because it didn't happen for us. If that makes sense. I am surprised I never did blame myself because that would sounds just like me. DH just blames himself because of the money part of IVF. I can't wait until you begin IVF!!

Leora- My appointment had to be cancelled. We were back in the ER with DS early this morning and was there about 3 hrs...They were SO busy today! The fluid in his ear isn't there but said the back of his throat looked like CHICKEN FAT! What a way to describe it! lol. It is what drainage looks like on the throat. So he does have some allergy signs just because of that, but he thinks after his growing spurt right now it will get better. Apparently the tube that runs from the ear to the throat is zig zag like when they are babies, young kids but it stretches as they grow and eventually gets straight. So it may just go away. If not in a couple of weeks they may be draining it. Tomorrow we call the Dentist and see if we can get that taken care of asap. Man I'm ready for him to feel good again. Poor kiddo.

I know all to well when you get into the cuticles! I'm BAD about biting my nails since my nerves get the better of me. Well when I was around 9/10 I got one infected really bad and had to get my nail removed! I can remember it so clear to this day. He just sprayed it to freeze it up and off it went! I'm glad you had a great night, last night. We love playing board games also. How was Zumba? Have fun shopping for your costumes....sounds like a lot of FUN! I hope you'll get the okay to start stims!

Julia- I'm sure you will do just fine! That is also one of my worries too. I just go with the flow so much I don't pay attention! DH always steps up and takes care of things, so I know what they tell me is going to go right over my head! lol. My memory is so horrible! I will forget something just seconds later. It's really scary and a pain in the butt for DH. I will watch videos and read it over a million times before I do it.

Kbillsy- So glad you are feeling better. How excited 2 boys and a girl! I can imagine how excited your DH is!! Have fun getting the nursery together!

AFM- Nothing really going on. Trying to get DS well. :( If the ear doesn't get better he will see a specialist. We would like this tooth out of his before we go to Paris but doesn't look like it. Luckily it doesn't give him much pain. Will call to Re-schedule my appointments next week. Then get DH's going. Still undecided if we want to try here or wait. Will worry about that once we get this going.

Hello ladis, just settling down to sleep and wanted to check in

Christy: I think your question is a tough one. I dont blame dh but I was annoyed at how blase he was about ivf in terms of absolutely lets do it and the same with adoption and he accused me of putting obstacles in the way. I certainly put both off but that was because i was so angry and upset that he would do "anything" to have a baby except sleep with me. Now clearly it wasnt that simple, his sperm count due to the ms is extremely low, they found one live one last time so naturally it wasnt going to happen. But All i needed was for him to acknowledge that i wasnt blocking, I was so hurt and distraught that he had no problem with such extreme measures but never considered how low my self esteem and my correspondingly high levels of anger were. But blaming doesnt help and it sounds like you let your dh know that its no-one's fault as such.

Nicole: how are you feeling today? Has your headache retreated?

Julia: good luck with the injections. I'll be on ppuregon which as leora said doesn't involve mixing

Leora: I havnt watched alcatraz yet - is it bad? Ouch, ouch, ouch on your finger!!!

Kbillsy: wonderful news! That little girl is so luck to have 2 brothers :-)

Akdelp: sounds like you are absolutely right for your step nephew. Sounds complicated but also that you have what it takes and as we say here: good on you!!

LauraN: great news on dates. Im a bit ahead of you and I checked due dates too. If all goes well I'll be due on dec 16 which is my best friends birthday and i would love that :-)

Maria: how are you? All excited for the trip?

Gina: you are absolutely right to complain

Afm: good day. Tomorrow I work most of the day then straight to the airport for a flight to the uk for my two day,s teaching in the uk. Im nervous as well as feeling like its a good challenge. Im one of life's over-preparers and my way of teaching is to learn everything off and not work from notes - im finding that doesn't work too well with two days teaching g back to back and as the two topics are similar (understand ding the dynamics involved in rape and sexual abuse and working therapeutically with survivors) im getting them a bit interwoven! However I hope it will go well. All positive vibes greatly appreciated!!

Ninde- I am sure you will do just fine!! I'll be thinking about you! Hope your flight goes well also.

Kynlee- Glad you are relaxing! I hope the time isn't going by too slow for you. That's great you could freeze so many for down the road! Sorry you're dealing with constipation...maybe that can switch you pain medications. When DH had his surgery that's what he was given and he could even pee like she should have been, so they changed his. Thank you for the good thoughts for my son. He'll get it done on Monday.

AFM- Update on our son and the Dentist. I talked to the Officer in Charge at the clinic. DH didn't want to because it's a big deal for them to get involved. I'm surprised he didn't push to talk with him since he is the one in the military. He was really nice though and after talking to me he realized why we wanted to wait. The Dentist still didn't put the referral in but he got the job done! So Monday morning he goes in to be seen and fix it the SAME day! They can use the Nitrious Oxide also to help. Another base that is right by us can ONLY be used by Air Force. That is so wrong on many levels especially when it comes to kids! My husband even works with the AF here so he should be able to use it. So sad.

Just glad it will finally be done. So here's hoping we get through the weekend and he doesn't have pain. Paris is Saturday and want him to feel good. Luckily it doesn't both him much at all. Just the ear. Soon this will be all over and he can feel good again!

All prayers and positive thoughts for him would be wonderful. He's scared and nervous about this. I would be too and I'm not near 12 years old! Thank you all so much!

Just a vent! Omg can someone get it together!! So DH calls for an update on his paperwork......it got kicked back because of no leave form! No one called so he could have ran in and got it. You would also think they retirement guy that CHECKS OVER everything to see if it's okay, would have said something. So NOW it will be resent tomorrow. He's close and he better sign it and send it on to DC! He doesn't have to start over at least but still! We were really hoping it was already on the way to DC! This has been SO aggravating! I told him he should stop by or all the guy for retirement and tell him about it. That's something he should have caught!

sad news today... Rosie (Alissa) lost her baby girl and baby boy last night.

Kbillsy - it's so great that you are doing so well. Carrying 3 babies must be so hard! 2 boys and a girl? Of course, any combo would be great, but it's so fun to know! Just about 15 weeks until they are here!

Kerri - I love Scrabble too! DH doesn't. There used to be good Scrabble on Facebook - but now they don't let people outside the USA play with people in the USA. I've heard good things about the "words with friends" (or something) app for phones - do you do that? Only 1 week until your u/s!

LauraN - you are on your way! Hopefully, I"ll be really close to you in schedule. I think Friday the 13th will be lucky! :D I've already calculated a due date for late December. Last year, I had a due date of 11/8 and I thought it would be awesome to go a few days over and have a 11/11/11 birthday (I think Chris's son actually WAS born on 11/11/11) -- but this year we could go a bit early and have a 12/12/12 baby - what do you think? :D

Gina - OY! I hope your son gets better really soon!

Patricia - Alcatraz is quite stupid, but entertaining. Definitely not "good", but not bad! You are taking your drugs while travelling? Good luck - that's always so hard and annoying!

Kynlee - so... nu... when are you POAS? Congrats on having some frosties (for siblings!)

AFM - today is Purim, so work is really slow. But that's fine.

I'm kinda bummed about Rosie losing her babies. I was in her shoes just over 2 years ago. It sucks.

Tomorrow will be full of dressing up, hanging out with friends and drinking alcohol. I hope we relax and have a good time. This time last year, I was in the hospital with a bleed at 6.5 week pregnant. Scary times. I was hoping this year, I'd have babies...

Couple's therapy again tomorrow. Hopefully we'll be able to figure out a plan for cycling that makes both of us happy. I don't see how I can be happy NOT cycling now though....

Oh Leora, I am so sorry to hear about Rosie's loss. I hope she is reading this right now and knows we are here for her too if she may need more support. I'm certainly keeping several girls here in my thoughts and prayers. Thank you Leora for being such a good friend to her too, for being there to give her a shoulder to cry on. I know you will be her inspiration to try once again and she needs you to be her rock right now, lifting her up and providing her much support and encouragement. Together we will fight this battle! x

...and Christy, you are right, we will fight together this battle! No one should take this journey alone and I am so glad I found you ladies.

Leora, I am so sorry to hear that about Rosie and her babies. I hoped things would turn around for them. I can't even begin to imagine how difficult this is. Please let her know that we are thinking and praying for her. My goodness :(

I hope you enjoy yourself tomorrow. It's hard having so many situations remind us of bad times. I hope the therapy goes well tomorrow. I would have a hard time not being able to cycle when I was ready also. I hope he will come around and see it will hurt you more waiting. ((Hugs))
