Help!!! FET bill issues

Just wondering if anyone else has had this problem before. We embarked on a natural FET at Yale and understood we would be charged a 600$ fee for cancellation, well after 10 visits monitoring my cycle they called things off, my follicles werent' big enough. Now after several calls they are telling me they may be charging us 600 per visit, which would be 6000$$ and we understood had it all happened our total which we already paid would be 4700$. Now they are going to call insurance, which said before they would not cover anything to see if they can get them to cover some. I don't get it this whole process is so very stressful to begin with why do they have to make things so difficult. Any help/advice is so appreciated. Thanks!!
