I wonder could you help me with something? I had my second scan today and I've had 9 stimming injections. 2 of my follicles on the left are 25 and 26.5. The others are between 8 and 16.5. I seem to have about 12 follicles. I am to continue with down regulating nasal spray and stim injection and I have a scan tomorrow. My dosage is 300 of pure on. Am I at risk of ohss with the two large follicles and continuing injecting? Apparently blood work is good.

I believe the indicators for OHSS would be high estrogen levels or a very large number of follies. From your post, it doesn't appear that there is a high risk of it.

During my last IVF I had quite a few follicles ranging from 24-28. At retrieval they got 18 eggs and I didn't have OHSS (actually had no pain at all). My peak E2 was in the 3000s.

During my previous IVF cycle my peak E2 was in the 5000s (largest follicle was a 20), and I triggered wiht Lupron to avoid OHSS...that time they only got 11 eggs and I did feel very uncomfortable 2 days after retrieval and it was hard for me to walk around.
