hi dagny, my clinic told me they would implant on day 3 to 5 ,i had af cramps around day 6 or 7 i think, and sore boobs, but they kept coming and going ,and by last week i felt totally nothing really just normal, and then on thur i would of put money on af coming, but it didn`t and here i am, just try not to read anything into your symptoms yet, were all different, and i was worried because i didn`t feel the same as last time, so i convinced myself it hadn`t worked but i was wrong, take care dagny,i am always thinking about you,you will get your BFP,pma, and osme more baby dust on its way to you now.

Lou,
Am so so so so so happy for you!!
105 is a truly FABULOUS reading, so no stressing please..I also had to wait three weeks for the first scan was a loooong wait, but very much worth it in the end..
In response to your question on the june cycle buddies thread re. what to eat and not to eat. I've avoided: tuna (high in mercury), seafood of any description except cooked fish (I'm probably very cautious though), pre-prepared salads, undercooked meats, anything that's been cooked and then left in the fridge for a short period (even 12 hours..so no more left overs for work!!), caffeine, soft cheeses (as Debra has already said) and soft ice-cream. Make sure you take your folate supplements, my naturopath also recommended zinc and Magnesium (I had a m/c late last year and apparently the magnesium can help to prevent this).
All the very best
Belinda

HI Loopy,
Am soo excited for you, is very exciting that more of my FCB's are joining me, we just need to get Debra and Wendy over the line and we'll be home and hosed (won't be long I'm sure!!)

Folate supplements are recommended to prevent neural tube defects such as Spina Bifida, you get folate in leafy green vegetables (broccholi etc), but most obstetricians in Australia recommend that you take a supplement as well. Most of the pregnancy formulations contain a mix of folate, Zinc, Magnesium and other essential vitamins and minerals, so probably you're right taking on of these.

I would stay away from the McFlurry's as well, such a shame though, they are lovely, I like to get them swirled with chocolate sauce (the sundae sauce) and the mini m and m's.....mmmmmmmmmm
Take good care
Belinda

Hi, Loopy - hope you're feeling more relaxed now

Folate is another name for folic acid, which will definitely be in any pg vitamin supplement.

love
Debra.
