Christy -Such small bills and they would send a debt collector after you? Is it worth their $11 to pays someone to chase you down? Wow! I hope you had a nice day off, and got to relax a bit.

Chris (to have fun) - Kid's shoes are great! Another 'tiny foot' person. One of my favorite books is a children's/YA book called "Ella Enchanted" by Gail Carson Levine ( you should read it -- it's a different take on the Cinderella story, and very very well done. There was a movie made that was AWFUL, so don't watch that!). In the book, fairies look just like people, but with little tiny feet. So I always say I have 'fairy feet'. When are you starting your FET?

Anna - every fresh cycle, I stim less and less. I did my first cycle with only Puregon (aka Follistim), my second cycle with Puregon and Menopur and my third with just Menopur. This time I'm also doing just Menopur, so I'm expecting the shorter stim time. Last time, it was 12 days until triggering. Today is day 3!

Patricia - sure, I've added the "mommy to an angel' category again. -- do you know when you'll be able to start your next cycle? Are donor eggs/embryos an option for you guys?

Amy (kerpupples) - I'm so glad to hear DH is doing well with the drinking. And yes, you'll be huge with twins!

Laura - 12dpo and negative on HPT is discouraging, but not final. I'm sorry that it's not a big fat obvious BFP though. When is your beta? --- Puppies? So cute, but so messy and time consuming. Give them big kisses from me! I love puppies!

Lydia - yay! A girl! So exciting. (I never care which sex, but I love knowing!)

Lauren - I think it's weird and cool to know the embryos sex before transfer. Like I said to Laura, when she transferred a girl embryo - it's so great if you get pregnant that you know from day 1 what sex the baby is. But if it's BFN or a m/c, it's so much harder - because instead of an embryo, it's a son or a daughter.

Nicole - have fun in Missouri!

AFM - about to take day 3 of stims!

I don't know why, but I'm feeling good about this. I hope I don't come crashing down with a BFN in a few weeks.....

Someone who just came back from maternity leave just brought in her 4 month old son to work - and I'm handling it pretty well (well -- I'm ignoring the baby, even though everyone else is making a fuss, but emotionally for myself, I'm handling it okay!)

Afm-just killed a brown recluse spider in the bathroom! I'm not ok with the fact that we are sharing the house with them. And not that our new place won't have any but I wish we would hurry up and find one soon. We are moving before the baby comes. Oh and my kittens eyes are open today

Lydia- CONgratuations on TEAM pink, a sweet little princess I know you must be so excited!

Blue- Awww have fun in Missouri visiting your family and friends. A bit jealous, I want to go home so bad but right now wouldn't be a good time with the ridiculous gas prices, it's nearly $4 a gallon down here. But my best friend is coming down to visit me in June, bringing her daughter (who is Annabelle's age) so I'll swing by and pick up Belles for her daughter to have someone to hang out with and we'll make it a girl's day out. Anyway I hear Missouri is beautiful, but also known as shopping paradise with Mall of America! lol couldn't one get lost in there!

Leora- I called the customer service number on the bill and handled everything over the phone. Plus she reassured me that it didn't make it over to the collection dept so my credit is fine. I know it was only a 11.00 bill but seriously they should at least call me instead of sending me something in the mail, I mean what IF I had moved and my mail wasn't forwarded, I would of been screwed. Thankfully I avoided that from happening and I paid the $3.00 bill while I was on the phone yesterday too. I also went to my bank and took care of my credit card bill, it's nice to have everything zeroed out for now. Don't know how everything will be in 3 months, most likely when I'm back at the clinic doing an IVF we'll hopefully have a loan and can make monthly payments and then have the credit card for the meds. Who knows where we'll be, but I decided not to worry about things I have absolute no control over. We have to take this one day at a time and make the best out of each given situation.

Ninde- How are you doing?

Kynlee- Sorry I meant to text you back when I got home yesterday but got side-tracked. Dh had so much to tell me about how his coworker's retirement party went at the college with everyone there. He was certainly able to tell who made the decision to cut his job just by walking up and shaking everyone's hand. I'm interested to see how next week goes when he meets with the VP and asks him for his recommendation. Anyway I think the jazz festval tonight will help soothe dh's mind.

Hey Girls, just dropping in to give an update...
I am no 5 days post a 2 day transfer...

We ended up getting two good blasts to freeze to go along with the three 4 cell Grade A emby's we put in

Blood test is April 25th. Ill probably POAS that morning out of nervousness. That will be 11 days after a 2 day transfer, you think that is too early for POAS test to work?

Lauren - I didn't even know this was an option We are just trying to have our first so for us we don't care at this point, just want a healthy baby

Leorira - Did you start sims? I responded to your other thread 2 days ago.

Lydia- Congratuations!!!!

Ninde - Hope all is well!

Sunshine1576 - Just try and stay relaxed (both you and DH). Things usually have a way of working. I know this is easier said than done though.

Christy, mall of america is in Minnesota. We are in the Kansas city area. We are BBQ central!

Leora, it is weird knowing the sex of the baby after mc. After my d&c I found out at least one of the twins was female. My two girlfriends from high school met up with us tonight. They both have little ones. I was able to play and have fun but it was challenging. One of them had 4 mc before getting her girl so she understands.

We enjoyed a lazy day with a little shopping and food. Saw some old friends and now we get to be lazy again.

lol Nicole, thanks for straightening me out obviously I got that mixxed up. Anyway I know it's bittersweet hanging out with the girls and their LOs but your turn is coming just keep the focus on your dream and it will happen.

AFM: my ears hurt, the music was so loud and we weren't even sitting upfront but it was a free concert for us (my bosses' treat) while everyone else had to pay $80 per ticket to see the Jazz Festival so I really shouldn't complain. Next year if we are so fortunate to still be living down here, I'll pack a picnic basket and listen to the concert from a distance out on the beach.

HopeThisWorksM- This is our first too (but 6th cycle). The only reason we know the sexes is because we had to do PGD for an x-linked disorder...because it's on the x chromosome, we now know the sexes. Otherwise, I'd just shove them in

Quick update : ultrasound went well. Saw one beautiful little sac (too early for heartbeat) we are 5 weeks along
On another note my back is still out and I am still in agony but seeing the little miracle today made it all worth it. Next u/s in 1 week

I had went for a different test back in Jan where they flush your tubes with hot water and that was uncomfortable so I am not looking forward to this test... I guess as long as it is quick I should be ok.. what did you take before the test for meds? I got something to relax me but I dont think she put pain meds down I will have to check now...

Cyn- I don't know if my biopsy is the same as yours, All I know is they take a layer of the lining to test it I believe... They are just doing this to rule everything out sinced the Dr cant believe that IVF/IUI hasnt worked for me yet... Especially since we went with Donor our last cycles and the #'s were great... Just crossing my fingers that this comes up with everything is ok and I can try for my FET in May... Good luck with your biopsy keep me posted on what they had to do and we can see if its the same procedure

Kynlee - I have been testing with an Ovulation kit to see when I ovulate so I can go on my 6th day and do the test.(just as if they were putting in my 6day embie... The line has been there on the test the last 2 days but still not dark enough to show its time... I get excited when I see the two lines then remember these are not pregnancy test strips.. (boooooo)
Yes they are doing this test because I have also had 3 IVF Cycles all 3 with BFN. with amazing embryos. I hope to find some answers and you too !! If my test comes first I will let you know how it goes... We hope to do our FET end of May!

Good morning ladies. This board has been a bit quiet. How is everyone?

Kynlee I did not mean to scare you about the biopsy. With mine I took 2 ibproffin 1hour before my test and it helped a great deal. So you have had to have a test where hot water flushes your tubes? Is that a different kind of HSG? I have done the HSG but the water was not hot. Still...unpleasant test. Did you get a really strong positive on the opk yet?

Leora Has work kept you busy? We have not heard from you and naturally whenever that happens I worry about you. How is the stimming coming along? You should be half way done with the stimming right? any sns updates?

LauraN when is your beta?

Hope this works only 4 more days until your beta how are you feeling?

Cyn so you have to do a biopsy as well?

Lauren 319 when is your FET? I think if I could know the genders of my babies I would put in 1 girl and 1 boy in hopes they both implant so that I could be done with IF faster.

Sunshhine sorry the music was too loud. I hate that I guess I am getting old or something but I can no longer tolerate really loud music so I can imagine maybe a picnic basket idea is better. Also that way you get a little privacy with DH

blue how are you? I could really use a lazy day with friends. We were gonna visit my best friend in Wash DC and do the shopping/touristy thing but she got sick with a high fever and we had to postpone

Ninde how are you? I am glad your doctor agreed to let you have progesterone if you want it. I personally think it really helps. They are not checking our levels every day and I feel its just a good security measure. So when do you get to cycle again?

Chris welcome and yea we were gonna cycle again and I went in for baseline and got the surprise of a lifetime. The best surprise ever

AFM the ultrasound yesterday was nice. The RE kept making jokesabout how we got it all backwards. We started with adoption and IVF and then did donor Embies and donor sperm only to get a natural bfp....He just kept saying "unbelievable" Actually last month marked 4 years since we began our infertility journey. Next U/s on Friday the 27th.
