Just crashing to say that this is great news! With my second pregnancy, I bled for about two weeks during weeks 5-7. The doctor made a lot of guesses why I was bleeding but never could say for sure. The bleeding eventually stopped and my pregnancy is cruising along with no issues. The doctor said that 30% of women bleed during the first trimester and he wasn't concerned at all. Hang in there and do see your doctor if it keeps happening and you need reassurance but please, try not to worry yourself sick like I did.

ugh had more spotting last night so RE wanted me to come in and we found out that I have a rather large subchorionic hematoma but the sac looked great and we even saw the yoke sac so the doc told me to take it easy and that he thinks we will see the heartbeat on Fri. I am so freaked out now. Please anybody have any experience with subchorionic hematomas I would greatly appreciate your stories.

Julia - Congrats on the fabulous heartbeat. Wasn't it great seeing that for the first time? Will you have another u/s before being released to your OB?

I had a hematoma and bled for 3 or 4 weeks early in my pregnancy. It resolved on its own and posed no problem to my little one. My doc told me not to worry about it since they are very common. I learned not to look at the toilet paper when I went to the bathroom and that helped me not to obsess over the bleeding :)

Christy- You have been through so much!! I am glad you and your DH had a good talk even if it wasn't quite planned to do. Glad you are going forward with IVF in July!!

Ninde- How aweful that you are going through that. You should never feel unwanted and I know it hurts. ((Big Hugs))

Leora- I agree!! I'm so glad we are given this opportunity to travel. The countries are so close here it is crazy! 4hrs to France, 6 to Holland and close to many others. Capri sounds lovely! May have to check that out! We are hold off doing much in May, using that month for a lot of savings then picking back up in June.

Julia- Yay for hearing the heartbeat! Glad they didn't see any bleeding either.

Anton- I know I've said this before but your post always brighten my day. It's so colorful and you make such personal post to everyone. Thank you.

Good luck with the interviews. I'm sure they will go well. They would be lucky to have you.I understand getting depressed out the not getting pregnant issue. I will be 37 next year and DH 38 this year. It's scary really. We do have one son and I'm so greatful and happy but we want one more. It has been over 12 yrs now. Just thinking how long seems crazy and like a dream sometimes. I hope you'll get to start IVF soon and that you get your BFP and a healthy 9 months!

AFM- Waiting, waiting lol.

Yep this paperwork has been crazy! All I know is they better sign this part to or it won't be pretty especially thinking it was okay. The Colonel at DH's work called to the place here and they said it wasn't back again....I guess there are so many but really it takes one little signature and it went out electronically!! So the Colonel is going over there on Wed to personally call the place it went to (in Kentucky) to see if they can hurry it up! We already have to wait for orders once that goes through and get everything ready. Ugh.......good thing we started this back in Feb! lol

Annashope- I can't get over how great things went for you. What a true miracle!

Hi Girls sorry I havent been on had a suoer busy weekend... Wish the weekends didnt end on Sunday :)

Leora & Annashop- You didnt scare me :) Just alittle nervous since I figured it wouldnt be that painful :( But it will be ok I been through worse and if it helps with figuring this journey out then so be it :)

Annashop & Ninde- OPK test? They didnt tell me I needed to do that before test... I ovulate on the 14th day past A/F and I was told they test between the 5th and 12the day of A/f.. Maybe this is a different test I am doing? I will definitely take Ibprofin since you mentioned the pain part but I have the rest of that afternoon off so I will stay in bed :)

Cyn- Looks like we may do our FET together in May :) that is when we plan on doing ours as long as all these test come out good :)

Leora- I love camping too, just hate the bugs and there are alot around here... If I want sand we have to go to the beach :)

Christy- Way to go emailing the President, I think it sounded great and I am glad that DH gets to talk to him to see why and get closure with it :)

AFM- Just waiting patiently to get some answers and get ready to start looking ahead for my FET... I had to go through post quickly but I will re-read tonight and catch up on anyone I may have missed :)

Julia: that's truly wonderful. Congratulations. You must be so relieved?

Annashope: drat on the haematoma. I know Maria has one and has bled alot but she is doing fine. Maybe she can give you some thoughts too. How is your back?

Antonia: thank you so much for your thoughts and your personal journey. You are absolutely right about contact. But unfortunately this isnt a phase, dh has felt like this for the last 12 years.- we have been married 13 years. I've tried everything - literally everything. But I'll try and stay positive. I know age can be depressing when the years keep turning and there are still no babies. You have a huge heart and i know you have all the qualities that will make you a wonderful mother. Your dh also sounds like an amazingly kind man and its really lousy this has happened to you both. And I really like hearing about your daily life so please keep telling us.

Christy: im sorry its so tough at the moment. You have had so much tough stuff in the last while and it sounds like you need to be given a break really soon. Im sending you love and light and asking your guardian angels to wrap their wings around you x

Gina: the bureaucracy you guys have to go through is bananas. You must be so frustrated

Kynlee: really good idea to take the afternoon off.

Hello ladies,

Anton - thanks so much for your congrats and support! And I was so glad to read an update from you. I am so sorry about the darn mumps. it does seem so damn unfair. what are your latest schedule plans? i hope you can try again soon :)

Ninde - i am so sorry for your marital situation. when i was growing up my mom was in a similar position - major issues with dad - as far as that was concerned. it finally went away when mom hit her late 50s. but it was tough while it was going on. so sorry for what you are going through.

Sunshine - i hope you can do an IVF cycle soon. i hope you guys can take out a loan as planned. so many people finance their cars - this is a much better cause.

Annahope - i had a SH as well. i was on homerest for 1 week and it went away. i think most of them resolve just fine. but docs do like it when you take it easy while it is going on.

AFM, they werent able to finish my anatomy scan last week, so i am going back for part 2 on wednesday. hopefully the rest of the stuff will all be normal.
this baby so far is tracking a little smaller than my DS did at this time. maybe this is the girl vs boy difference.
my doc is giving me a choice of scheduled c-section (because my first DS ended up being a c-section) or try for a VBAC. my chances of succesful VBAC are 2 in 3. I think i am going to try for a VBAC. if it doesnt work they'll do a c-section. i think it should work - the odds are in my favor.

Kynlee - May is coming quick... getting excited for this cycle! Yeah for May 2012.... Lucky Happy Month!! (Yes I'm waiting as well for the official word once I do this Biopsy)

Annashope - Yes they want to check my lining while ovulating to see why I haven't once implanted on all 3 IVF cycles. I'm doing a Beta 3 integrins test.. Sorry about seeing blood.. but glad to hear everything is good!!

Christy - See things happen for a reason... Hearing that girls problems just started you get back in this cycle..! I pray this cycle works for you both!! (BTW- Good for you for writing that letter to the President.. I would have done the same thing :)

Lyd10 - I secretly wish for boys..I'm a T-Shirt and Jeans girl ( I help raise my step daughter and she was a girly girl.. Big dresses and wanted the big ribbons.. Boy i had to learn alot!! But Girls are fun.. We have get bonding times!!

Ninde - Everything is good with me & the tests. We are Ovulating! lol.. Hang in there with DH and see look into the suggestions the ladies have said. I hope things work out for you!

Leora - How many more days of Stimming do you have?? excited for you!!! I'm really excited to get this cycle going and hoping this natural FET will work.. Really thinking my body needs it this way...

Gina - Hope everything works out soon for you all!!

Hopethisworks- Excited to hear your good news on Wednesday!! Praying for you!!

Julia - Seeing blood is sooo scary.. Glad everything is good with the baby!!

Anton- Everyone is right when they say your messages are a bright and full of love!! Yes I was beyond excited to see the double lines all dark... Kept wishing it was a prego test.. It will happen! But happy to have ovulated right on time (14days from A/F) I actually had my own research before our appointment with why our 3rd IVF didn't work and was going to demand some tests but went into the appointment a turned into a scared cat and emotional..lol.. He then asked when we wanted to start the FET..I told him I wanted to wait a cycle so he suggested that we do this biopsy and see what is going with my lining and the implantation since everything on screen looked normal and blood work was always good. So I am happy about that! I didn't have to get crazy on him.. lol .. Did you do all your cycles from one clinic? My first two were at one and this last one was at another.. I told them I only give them 2 chances then I'm out.. But this time we got 6 frozen lil ones (the first two cycles we didn't have any to freeze) So that was a plus here!! That's why I really think its an implantation problem. Hope to find out soon!!

AMF - Got the call to make the Biopsy appointment for Friday! That will be 7 days past Ovulation.. Not sure how soon I get the results from it!
Good Luck to ALL!

Annashope-I also had, actualy still have a SH. I recall needing heavy like a period the day of my Beta. I even calles my nurse and told her to not even bother having my RE call me with the Beta results because I thought that even if the numbers were good that the bleeding had to mean that it was all over. I turned 19 weeks with twin girls yesterday and the girls and I are fine. We have had two pretty bad bleeding episodes throughout the pregnancy that had landed me on bedrest for ine week each time. And the bleeding really never subsided until about three weeks ago. I also had a pretty large SH. According to my OB it's not ypur typical SH and it is one of the largest ones he has ever seen. But again, even after all of that we are doing great. It truly is more scary than threatening to the pregnancy itself. According to my OB it's just something they monitor and put you on bedrest to try and resolve the bleeding but really it just takes time to resolve. With that said, I know it's very hard not to be afraid of this diagnosis and I know it's hard not to think of something going wrong everytime you see blood but try and take it easy. Have faith that everything is going to be ok. I will be praying for you and your little bean. Please let me know if there is anything I can do to help you through this. Sending you a big hug.

Julia-a's I text you on skype, I am soooooooo happy for you. I will continue to pray for you and your little one.

Maria thank you so much for your kind words of reassurance. You are truly too kind to take the time to comfort me. I will try to relax and take it easy. At the moment things are quiet. I had 1 gush of brown/black blood yesterday that tapered off right away and praise God nothing since. I will keep my faith and pray that all goes well.

Thank you again to everyone for your words of reassurance. I will try to rest as much as I can while DH is home since there is no option of bedrest while he is at work and I am with ds.

Patricia, I feel your pain. Our situation is a bit different but the same general outcome. it sucks.

Julia, congrats!

Leora, glad camping was fun. I don't like camping but will do it if necessary.

Gina, you should write a guidebook on waiting

Anton, lovely to see you here. You are such a delight. Good luck with the interviews.

Christy, I'm glad you and dh have worked out a plan. Go for gold! Everything will work itself out.

Afm, we had a nice trip home. I got to see my grandpa, an aunt I haven't seen in a few years, and my old girlfriends. I ate too much, but that's what vacations are for. Now I have to get back on track. I lost 13.5 pounds during the contest at the gym. We made sure to train while at home. I did 10 miles on Friday and 4 on Saturday. Our race is on the 6th. I had a personal training session tonight. He kicked my butt  Must get some sleep. I'm going to do the next round of the contest hopefully. My goal is to lose a total of 40 pounds. Night night all!
