Claudia -I'm going to say team blue too.. Good Luck. Are you rooting for one team or do you really care.

Katie - YEY for stopping BCP's. I will start those up at the end of May. Not looking forward to them. So you will be transfering right around Memorial day? Hopefully you can have a relaxing holiday weekend.

I had to go back to the RE's office today. The first time in 14 months and oh how i did not miss that place. Did a saline u/s and i have a polyp so now i have to do a hysterscopy (sp). This will be my 4th one.. Oh the Joy!!! I'm pretty sure we are going to transfer the boy just because of $$ factors. Though I am hesitant to pick out a name just yet. I guess i am superstitious and think if i have a name picked out, the boy won't stick. I know Im a dork.

Sorry girls, haven't been in awhile.......

Libby,

I am so sorry. My heart breaks for you. I totally get the "there is a dead fetus inside thoughts, I had those same thoughts on 2 occasions, and frankly, it creeped me out. A D&C did help with the closure for me and I hope it does the same for you. The D&C is no big deal, especially after all the "stuff" us IVF girls have to endure. Will be thinking of you.

Katie,

Will continue to stalk you!.

Franny,

Glad to hear you are back on the the road to "crazytown". I knew you would get there when it felt right. Much love!

Claudia,

I am jumping on the "team blue" wagon! Can't wait to hear.

Love ya girls,

Ronda

Hi everyone. Sorry to be MIA for a little while. I've been trying to figure this month, and DH and I decided we are going to wait until next month for our next FET. We are just so so busy this month, and I will be traveling a lot for work, and then we have a trip planned together, and it was stressing me out way too much just trying to figure out dates, and plans, and DH finally said that we should wait because it's just too much, and I shouldn't be stressing out over it. So June it is! And in the big picture it is only a few more weeks. I really wanted to get started now, but it just didn't feel right.

katie Did AF show up?? Have you started your meds? Let me know what's going on!! xoxo

claud Please tell us all the news!!! Oh and Happy birthday!!

Ronda Hi hun!! I hope your training is going well. I hope you will stick around for another month, and keep me sane! Thanks for always checking in! It means so much! xoxo

Chris I can't believe you already had your first RE visit! When do you have to get that polyp removed? Have you decided which embie to transfer?? It will be transfer time before you know it!!! xoxo

Frannie - Less stress is best. The only time 1 month makes a big deal is if the child will be born in Dec vs Jan.. Dec you get the extra tax credits. LOL!!! I will be getting the polyp removed on the 8th and then I think I will start BCP's the last week of May. We are going to transfer our one boy embryo. Not that we really care if its a boy or a girl, it is just more economical to have another boy.

So is it weird i don't want to think about boys names even though i want to transfer a boy? I am being superstitious and think if I figured out a boys name then my transfer won't work. Then every time i hear that name then i will think of my boy embie that didn't take. I know I am a dork. We do have a girls name but we have had that picked out for years now.

Love the new Board name.

Hi everyone -

Franny- I totally get not wanting to get started with a hectic month planned, trying to make time for all the appts and stress.. Seems like waiting an extra month would be the best thing for you. I'll be right here, I wont even be told my beta results until june 5 anyway, boy this clinic enjoys those extra days of torture, lol. I actually didnt get AF, not even a bit of spotting, which was weird. I had baseline yesterday and when I asked about no AF they said that my lining was so thin that they werent surprised that there was no AF. Not exactly a great way to start off, but they assured me that it doesnt matter, so I'll go with it, what choice do I have? They upped my Estrace to 0.20 every 3 days so hopefully this time it rises better. But I'll be making sure to get the numbers each b/w. Love the new name too!

Chris - I think the same way.. it sure would be easier to have another boy especially since we have clothes / shoes that only were worn once, maybe twice because someone grows like a weed, lol. I mean a girl would be nice too, but God willing this works, if its a girl she may be wearing some boy's clothes too. And no, I dont think you're a dork at all. I wont allow myself to think of names either. It just seems to make me nervous - I was halfway through Ryan's pg before I'd let myself think of names, lol. And the last thing I need is any bad name associations. Crossed that your polyp removal goes smoothly and painlessly. Hmm, on this subject does it irritate me that my nurse ( once again!) has e-booked my b/w through the entire month of June - ummm, I wish she wouldnt do this. I feel like she's tempting fate to book me pg follow up appts BEFORE I even transfer. sigh, would she like to book me an OB appt while she's at it, lol.

Ronda - How is our hot mama these days? Wish I had even half of your energy level!

Claudia - How is our other hot mama doing?? I dont want to spill the beans - but CONGRATS!!!!

Love and luck to us all - xoxo

Katie - Wow, booking bloodwork that far in advace.. way to go on giving bad Ibbie jibbies. LOL!! I hated during IVF cycles when they even had it written down what days ER might be. Too many times i never made it to ER..

I know i am doomed that this first FET won't work.. I keep thinking that this time next year i will be on maternity leave.. my mind needs to just shut up.. Yes, i am getting a lot of anxiety about my transfer. The only thing that is keeping me from not going insane is that in my heart, i truly believe that one of my 3 embryo's will stick. And if they don't, you will all see a crazy mad person..

I read too much on the Avery Bucket list blog today.. so so sad.

Hiya girls, just a flying check-in as work is CRAZY!!!!!

Libby,

Hope you are doing ok, and no we don't go on our vaca until September. Really gives me something to look forward to.

Katie,

Your new clinic is totally different than your old one.......will continue to stalk you!. I am doing well, thanks for asking. My trainer is getting ready to up my program again, so I am sure I am going to be one sore puppy for awhile. UGH, but so worth it. Girls are doing well and we got the horse trailer all ready to go this weekend.

Claudia,

GO TEAM PINK!!!!!!!!!!!!! Having girls is great......minus the drama, crying jags, fights, etc. But seriously, sisters have an awesome bond, especially ones that are so close in age.

Franny,

hey hon!. will continue to check back.......guess I can wait until June if you can!

much love,

Ronda

Hi everyone -

Claudia - Mady will be a lucky girl to have a baby sister very close in age. I'll bet they're be velcroed to each other as soon as "Ruby" is old enough to follow her big sis around  Its wonderful that they'll have each other to keep one another company and always have someone to play with too! Uh oh, mama find a good hiding spot for your expensive makeup, lol. Yay for Team Pink!

Franny - Did you go on your trip yet? Have a good relaxing little vaca before getting your FET schedule, cause this is it for you! I know you've got a busy work schedule, but we miss hearing from you ( cause you're special  )

Ronda - Are you revved up from your new and amped up trainer's program yet? You'll get over the temporary time of soreness and have an even more awesome figure to show off this summer! We're all proud of you honey!

Chris - I know you're stressing this FET, but I have enough PMA for your cycle for the both of us, ok? And you're darn right that at least one will stick! I would be stressing my own cycle as well, but have been so busy lately that the calendar is moving along and luckily I havent gotten all wound up .. yet, lol.

AFM - So this out of town cycling takes some getting used to - they usually call me around 8pm my time which feels weird to hear from a clinic so late. So at that time I'm running around in circles trying to wrestle jammies on the big guy and it never fails that they call as soon as I cant really talk, in other words any questions that I had during the day are now gone from my mind and I say "no, no questions that I can think of" .. until I get off the phone, of course, lol. So tonight I stuck my phone in my pocket and kept wondering when they'll call. It sort of reminds me of beta day when you never leave your phone for a second, just not stressful like beta day, haha. Well, no call at all. So I start thinking that she forgot me, that I miss the nurses at my old clinic, and how I'm annoyed to not hear my E2 level from today's b/w appt. HMMMPH!
Then I realized that I'm an idiot and medical-wise no news is good news and checked my email  It is good news! I guess the higher dose of estrace is working so far because the email said that today's number was 861. Yay for that! the last cycle my E2 never even got to the minimum of 300 that they wanted. So at least now I'm a happy idiot, lol. Lining check on Thurs.. and I'm hoping that goes well too..

Love and luck for us all - xoxo

Katie - Your getting so close. I also hate waiting for phone calls. my clinic does a lot with email so I am glad about that. When i am at work i can't have my cell phone and it seems that they always leave message on my cell phone when i tell them to call me on my work phone. GrHHHH!!

AFM - No polps. YIPPEE!! I have a fibroid on the outside of my uterus that always shows up looking funny and that is what the RE saw on the u/s last week. Hysterscope was easy. I lied, the perscribed me valium but said i had to have a driver. well i didn't have a driver and took the valium anyway. when they asked, i just said that i didn't take the valium. Valium has no effect on me, just kind of relaxes a bit. I took some advil too so i didn't feel any pain at all when he put the scope in. So onward now. Waiting for AF at the end of the month so i can start BCP's. June and July are going to go so slow. but i guess that's good cus i love the summer months to go slow.

Katie good luck on your lining check today! I can't wait to hear the good news! xoxoxo Did you decide how many you are going to thaw and transfer out of this big batch??

Chris Yay for no polyps!! Thats great news! Summer always goes too fast so it will be transfer day before you know it!

Libby If you are reading this, I am thinking of you, and I hope everything went ok with the D&C. Check in when you feel up to it ok?? xoxoxo

Claud A baby girl!!! Yay!! I'm so happy for you. my 2 nieces are very close in age, and are the best of friends. It is just sooooo cute to see them together. Your girls will have that special bond too. Plus think of how much you are going to save in clothes and toys!! :D

afm I'm glad I didn't cycle this month. It's been really busy, and I would have had too much stress if I had to think about all this stuff too. I think next month will be good. If I'm doing the math right I will have my transfer right around (if not on) my birthday. I'm ok "wasting" my birthday on bedrest if it will end in a baby. If it's another BFN i'm going to need a birthday do-over!
Other then that I am just trying to get through all these stupid mothers day commercials that I can't seem to avoid, and make me cry everytime. My parents are going to brunch with my brother and sister in law and my 2 nieces and my sister in laws mom and dad for mothers day. My brother invited me, and I said no. Barry and I are planning to go hiking in Vermont instead for the day. I figured if we go get lost in the green Mts. then I wont run into any mothers.

Franny - Going hiking is an exceptional way to not deal with mothers day. Ya know i am a mom now but still don't care about MD. I guess its for all those other years that i was frustrated by my infertility. Hang in there, you will be a mom.

Hi everyone -

Quick post because I'm dealing with a teething, cranky toddler and today I'd like to NOT spend the day wanting to hide on him so it's outside time soon! Lining check went great - its at 9mm and triple striped, so they're very happy with that - me too. I find it funny that my body makes a good "house" yet I have no "building material" to put in there, lol. I cant believe that this FET is almost here and I leave the week after next - when did that happen? I wanted to post more, but have been so tired lately. I'll try to write tonight though..

Franny - Those Mother's Day commercials are nonstop, arent they? I dont feel much when I see them either probably because they hurt so much these past few years. Hiking with your hubby sounds like a great way to spend Sunday! Be careful the ticks have been out of control so far this season. And dont worry about a do over birthday - I'm hoping that this will be the best one yet! Love you lots!!

Chris - Yippee for no polyps! Hurry up AF so you can get this show going already! I'm not a fan of the hot humid weather so for me summer always goes slow, lol. But I will be stalking you as always - xoxo. Ummm, guess I should go since Ryan is now running up & down the hallway making this weird sound sort of 'digga, digga, digga" He reminds me of a cartoon when he does that... - xoxo

Yes, Chris it is next week. This one really went fast!
I start Crinone on Sat, whew that seems fast. I had my last E2 check before FET yesterday and it was pretty good ( for me, lol) was 934. So next Thurs I'll be PUPO. I'll update tomorrow after I get to talk to the RE about this set of embies. All I know so far is next to nothing, so I have loads of questions for him tomorrow. Fingers crossed that he thinks this set has a good history. I've been trying to not obsess over this FET but now the closer it gets thats getting harder to do. Ahhh, I'm sure not looking forward to the 12 days of torture until that beta.

Franny - Where are you??? Miss you..
