Trigger shot

<Nozzle37> Help!!! I have been driving myself nuts over this, I gave my wife her trigger shot today and don't think I went deep enough, will this effect anything??? She is taking 1000 of pregnyl, can someone tell me if her med will still work??

was it a sub-cutaneous (into the belly or thigh) or a intra-muscular (into the bum) shot? Did you put the needle in as deep as it went? Was it a pre-filled syringe with a needle attached, or did you choose the size needle?

I'm sure it's fine! But call your doctor!

It was in the bum, I did not bury it all the way, I chose the needle, unfortunately I didnt read the directions like I was suppose to, I was dooms research and found that the medication can be given sub q or Im so I think I will be fine just looking for confirmation

you should be fine.. I took the same drug in the backside of my arm.. a little deeper then the subq and not as deep as the IM. I think clinics are different on where they want you to administer the trigger shot. GOOD LUCK!!!

You should be fine! I always take mine sub-cutaneous in the belly, so I don't see why it wouldn't work if you didn't get deep enough in the bum

Thank you everyone, I don't know if it was ok or not because we got her hcg levels today and they were 51 so they had me give my wife another hcg shot, I'm nervouse because I don't know if this is going to mess up timing or not
