AFM_ meds on there way heading home at lunch to get them... Nurse said to take when they arrive then take 2nd one before bed then start tomorrow morning as normal one in morning one at night... Hope this isnt a sign that I should wait till next month but I think the Nurse would of said to cancel she said its ok so I am going with it

Hi everyone!

I nailed it girls! My presentation was awesome! I was sitting there waiting for about an hr...other interviews delaying ...it felt like forever! when they called me to go in the conference room, as soon as walked in there it was easy peasy all the way! There where 4 people interviewing me, the head of Admissions/Management, from HR and 2 more from the Admissions. They even applauded when I finished. They LOVED my ideas and they were taking notes all the time. They said will give me a call Friday or Monday letting me know about the 2nd interview and that they want to fill this position in 2-3 weeks tops. The high season for the Uni is June-August and they need that person to have the training in the heat of the job. Oh yeah! I am ready as hell to dive in! They asked me if I mind about travelling, not that is going to be everyday, mostly in Europe and maybe 1-3 times a year India, China. But if there are times that I can’t travel another colleague can fill me in. Sounds good to me I felt SO good leaving that room full of confidence, almost felt like flying! If this doesn't work, I don't know what will! But I have a very good feeling about this one!

I made the presentation last night for DH and he kept telling me how proud of me he is. It was the first time seeing me presenting and he told me that he knew I was good but didn’t expect me to be that good. That was SO sweet of him. Right after my interview I passed by his office and he took me for lunch. He has a good feeling about me getting this job too. We’ll see! You better keep your fingers crossed for me until I get it!

AFM- DH's retirement orders came in, so tomorrow we pick them up (funny you need an appointment just to pick them up!) then start making all kinds of appointments. Hopefully tomorrow we can find out when we'll fly!

Antonina: well done you!! That sounds like this job is yours!! And I've just read your post from yesterday. Every one of your 14 embryos count, you have had life inside you 7 times - you have been a mother, and i hope you believe and know that. I know your little ones have not got as far as showing in a beta or on a scan but you have known what its like to have life form, regardless of how short a time they stayed. I feel that all of our journeys are different and every experience is unique but there is no hierarchy of grief in terms of how long someone has carried an embryo/baby for and then lost. There is no sliding scale when it comes to loss and grief, there is only the experience for that person and it is that that counts in my book. You are a deep, strong ladynwho acknowledges others, their losses, their happiness and their disappointments, you deserve all of that recognition too x

Leora: oh dear, dhs mean well but they sometimes get it so wrong!! How are you feeling?

Christy: we dont do baby showers either in Ireland. How are you?

Cyn: Im glad af came. Now they can get you sorted

Kynlee: did you try the recipe? I made macaroons with a white chocolate buttercream filling at the weekend. Not perfect but tasted good

Hopethisworks: im really glad the bleeding stopped. How are you now?

To-have-fun: I'll be about a month behind you for transfer I think. How are you feeling about it all?

Afm: still got a sore throat my antibiotics finish tomorrow evening so im really hoping that's going to be enough. Im thrilled the news on the board is so good and im hoping its this good in the summer!!! I finish with one of my groups tomorrow, we have now done 25 weeks and thankfully noone has taken the option of suicide, long that may continue.

By the way flew home today when I noticed my Meds came online... and who saw we a state police officier He gave me a $190 ticket This so sucks!!!! But I will try to get it dropped in court since i have a good drivers record...
