Kynlee, No problem. It's can be confusing because knowing and having to wait 6 months to actually leave is nuts! lol.

Cyn, what a lovely and peaceful day you had. Good luck today!!! Can't wait to hear how the transfer went.

Had the us. Tech did it this time. We saw 1 heartbeat :(
Both measured 9 weeks. Tech said sometimes u can't see 1 because of the position with twins. We go back Monday to see the doctor and hopefully find out for sure what's going on.

Any idea if we actually have a decent chance of seeing both heartbeats again on Monday? At least one looked good I guess.

Hopethisworks- I'm sure you will see more as they contiune to grow.. Was there 2 sacs?

Thank you all for your wishes!!
The transfer went well!! I was so tired & relaxed last night then woke up thinking OMG what if they don't survive the thaw process?? But then I thought they would call us since they start that process a couple of hours before we get there! & they did!! Doctor said they looked really good & expanded really well! The thing that I thought was odd they ended up transferring 2 5days not my 6days.. Maybe he's holding on to those for next time (hopefully in a couple of years!!)
And because of my tilted uterus it wasn't has hard as the last time to stick them up there. Everything was less swollen he said!! I was also sooooo relaxed they gave me a valium before the transfer so i was feeling good!!!

Nurses called a couple hrs ago & my levels were;
Estrogen levels 508
Progesterone  31
They said its good & to stick with what I'm doing. No changes on meds. Not sure what's normal levels, does anyone know??

I had a good lunch did some light work on my phone while in bed then slept for 3hrs!!

Have a good evening & weekend everyone!! Xoxo
Good Luck to ALL!

Cyn22, not only were there 2 sacks but we saw both heartbeats last week (159) when our regular doctor did the Trans Vag US. They were both around 7Wks, 5 dyas. This week the nurse did the Trans Vag US and one heartbeat was visible (although she did not know how to take some measurements) and one was not visible. Both measured 9 weeks so she thinks either she just can't find it or something may have happened to one of the twins possibly today. We go back on monday to find out what the deal is with our doctor.

Does anybody know if it is possible/common for someone to miss a heartbeat on one of twins with a TransV US? Is it possible that you see it one week and just miss it the next due to the positioning of things?

It's so hard to get caught up with all the new names and stories... I've been following as best as I can, but am so busy that personals are just about impossible.. I'll slowly catch up...

We are having our FET on June 13th - so far everything has been perfect - everything is right where it should be. In 2010 we had a IVF with a blighted ovum and then a FET with another blighted ovum before becoming successfully pregnant with our second IVF in October.

I'm really excited and hopeful this time.... and nervous!

Good morning ladies,

It's about 4am here and I am wide awake. I'm not sleeping much these days. I guess this is my bodies way of preparing me for when the girls arrive. I'm sure sleep will be a thing of the past then. I hope and pray everyone is doing well. I think of you guys daily. I am so delighted for all od the wonderful news on this boaerd lately. I pray that the trend continues and that each of you bring home the baby/ies you do much deserve. As for me, I'm plugging along. Still can't believe we have madevit this far. I don't think the dock and disbelief of being pregnant with twins after all we have been through will wear off until the hirls arrive. The construction is finally done. We now have a 5 bedroom/3 bath + den. Originally the house was a 4/3. Now our oldest will move to the new bedroom downstairs and we will start preparing the girl's room. One of my cousins already bought us the car seats so we are excited. I'm pretty tired these days. By 8pm I sm pooped. My belly is super big or at least I feel that way. The excess weight is a killer on my back but I truly feel blessed. We can hardly wait to finally meet Katerinna Maria and Anna Christna. DH and I just celebrated our 11 year anniversary. I am so blessed to have such a wonderful hubby. We also celebrated his 49th birthday yesterday. We had lots of fun.

I hope everyone has a wonderful weekend. Sending many blessings to all.

Love,

Cyn congratulations on being PUPO and I am not an expert but I think your levels sound good. The rule is at least 300 of estrogen and at least 10 of progesterone so I think you are looking good :) Good luck :)

Hopethis works I hope it was just a bad angle and they will see that both babies are doing well Tomorrow...hugs

Sonya you are getting close :) Brogan is adorable!

Leora how many more days until you can resume?

Kynlee good luck to you with your upcoming transfer

AFM Had us last week and baby is doing well Praise God. Had my pap smear which for me has to be done with my oncologist at the cancer center every 6 months...now just praying that all is still well and I am still in remission...(please God!!) it will take 14 days to get my results so I will be on pins and needles till then. Otherwise I am almost afraid to say that as we neat 12 weeks morning sickness is finally starting to fade :) NT scan sometime next week :) I am not posting often anymore but I am reading every day and you all are in my thoughts are prayers :)

Maria it sounds like you are having a moment of total gratitude - what a nice thing to read! You're right - sleep will be a long lost luxury for a while... Brogan is 11 months old and we've only had one night where he slept until 5 am. We don't mind - we love every moment of it, but we are SOOO tired at times! Congrats on your 11 year mark - my DH and I just had our third - we actually both forgot about it! LOL

Kynlee - I thought for SURE that was a weird phone auto-correct thing - the air conditioning?!?! WTF? Weird. I've never heard of anything like that before! They weren't concerned that the lining was 6.3? I know people who have been canceled for having less than 7mm... will they change your protocol at all? Reimburse you for the cost of the meds/SnS?

HopeThisWorksM - I really hope this is just a fluke, but it never happened to me in either twin pregnancy. I know it's so hard to believe. People will tell you to be happy that you still have one healthy baby - and that is something to celebrate - but there is a lot to mourn - the baby you lost, the idea of having twins, etc. I'm so sorry hon. Big big big hugs. Lots of women here have been through this same thing (Rio, Lydia, Blair (who went from triplets to twins)) - maybe they can help. Also, there is an organization called CLIMB http://www.climb-support.org/ that might have some helpful things to do to celebrate the baby you have while mourning the one you lost.

Nicole - I think the dress will be great. I'm wondering if I should buy an XL and risk it being small, or a 2XL (gulp - that's scary!) and if it's too big, have it taken in. My thoughts are that it's much much easier to have it taken in if it's too big than let out if it's too small! The dress would be bought on eBay! I would never have thought to look there, but a friend suggested it!

Cyn - congrats on being PUPO! I hope the transfer went fine. Don't worry too much about the strict bed rest -- I've gotten pregnant with no bed rest at all. The research shows that it doesn't improve pregnancy rates at all - so my doctor says no need to do it at all! If you are bored, we just watched "This Means War" which was a cute mix of a rom-com and an action/comedy movie

Krys - any news on beta?

Lauren - I can't believe how fast your ticker is going! 7 weeks already? Wow!

Sonya - I can't believe Brogan is 11 months old - so crazy! (Even crazier that I'm SILL HERE, but what can y'a do, huh?) Good luck on your FET!

Anna - I know that PAP smear is stresful - but think of how many there have been that have been fine! Another 2ww though, huh?

AFM - I had a bad day. I've suffered from depression for years, but since being on the new medication for a few years, I've had very few bad days. Last night, I started with a headache, that no amount of painkillers could kill. Then I couldn't fall asleep -- 2 vailums, a warm bath, almost a whole bottle of wine, 2 movies, a whole book - and 5am I finally dozed off. I called in sick when my alarm went off at 6am. I slept until 11am and then just lay in bed all day - feeling wooden and numb

I'm not sure what set this off. Too much baby news on FB (3 births, 2 pregnancy announcements, countless "I can't believe my baby is X years/months old already") maybe, but usually I'm good at not letting that affect me.

We had couple's counseling at 7pm, so I dragged my butt out of bed. Somehow, the talking made me feel better. Then I went to the gym and the Ellen Degeneres show was on (at 9pm - so weird in this country!) so I stayed to watch (I love Ellen!). Then I took the dogs to the park and hung out with people there - after about 9pm, people bring beer and smoke - it's a lot of fun, but usually I'm asleep earlier than that!

Things are stagnant this week -- next Sunday I find out when I'm starting stims again. The social worker, who came 2 weeks in a row, can't come for our 3rd (and hopefully final!) meeting until June 19th because she is on vacation. I just feel really really stuck.

Hopefully the week passes quickly -and the weekend at the in-laws even faster :D - and then it's Sunday again!

Good night all!

Hi Girls,

I’m probably not going to the best writing daily but I will chime in here and there; I do read though, usually daily, and wish everyone happy healthy babies!

Sunshine- Thanks for the welcome back! You will be cycling before you know it!

Leorira – Sucks that you have been feeling that way, but you have a lot of things to look forward to; June 19th will be here before you know it and even before then you will know when you will be back on the stims!! I totally would have called off too if I had a headache like that and was up all night!

Lauren- You will be out of your first trimester exactly the same time of my hell week! When is your next ultasound again?

Hope- Good luck tomorrow, I really hope everything is okay with the babies and you hear both heartbeats!

We- Happy Anniversary!

Cyn – How is being PUPO going?

So, I start Lupron tomorrow, I hate that shit! I have an appointment on Thursday to sign a boatload of consents. When I called to tell them that I wanted my two frosties tested along with the other from my previous clinic, they were kinda weary about trasfering fresh and frozen embroys(given any were fragile x free and survived thaw and biopsy) and then if I did get a BFP they want to know which took ---- mine or DE. Plus, I have to have that one embryo transported from my old clinic to this one….So the nurse was like you can’t just call and say you want all this done, we need to have a meeting and consents need to be signed… Whatever, we will see on Thursday. This will be a cycle full of drama… what else is new!

Did anyone ever transfer fresh and frozen embroys at the same time?

Leora, :( sorry you had suck a rough day. I totally get it. I had one spell while I was away from home on a work assignment. I didn't leave my room for three days, no shower, ate cereal, etc. I was paralyzed. It sucks when that happens. I still get spells but only for one day now. I've had suicidal ideation two different times both of which scared the hell out of me. I got counseling both times. Hang in there. As for the dress, I would get what size you are now. Does the site offer a measurement chart? Yes, it would be easier to take it in over taking it out, but you don't want to have to take too much in. Then you end up reconstructing the dress.

Madame, bummer on the lupron. I remember it giving me a raging headache that lasted for days. I can't take it now because it f-ed with my MS. My dr was bummed because it works so well for the endometriosis. But, the endo won't eat my brain. mS trumps endo.

Kynlee, sorry about the ac ruining your cycle.

Hope, I really hope the tech wasn't trained enough and screwed up the us. I will be thinking of you. If it is accurate, you can take comfort in knowing you have one still going. That is not meant to minimize any pain you may feel at the loss. I would be devastated to lose one even with keeping one. I hope they are wrong.

Maria, your home sounds wonderful. Love the baby names!

Not much new here. Only three more weeks till summer break. Been working out hard and am down another two pounds. I'm getting close to the 20 pound milestone.

Happy Monday (soon)!
