Hello Jassie,
I am thinking to go to Ukraine this spring, more true I have an appointment on the 11th of April in this clinic, I have called them two weeks ago, was not sure if it is a good decision, I have had two miscarriages and a serious break down afterwards. I learned that this medical center has a great psychologist, who helps to become faith and a super skilled embryologist. Jassie, when do you have the first appointment? and if you can tell the package that you have it would be great.
Thanks, have a nice day,
Daniella

Wow, didn't think there is a thread about this clinic, but I am not surprised, that clinic is one of the best in Europe and believe me, my source of information is very reliable 8)
You do for IVF and we are going with my sister for surrogacy program, we wanted to go earlier, but I have no possibility to go in spring because of my study, we go in June for the first visit and maybe will stay there for month and a half in Crimea for vocation and visit the clinic for embryo transfer, my sister goes with her own eggs, so we will be stimulated with medication protocol during our stay at the seaside, it's our own choice, we thought it would be great to have a rest on fresh air and grow healthy eggs
What an intersting idea! I would think about in for myself, I am emailing now BioTexCom managers, just have received the required analysis for my unexplained infertility, have an appointment to my doctor on the 27th of April, give all blood tests, make ultrasonic examination, HIV, hepatitis and so on.... I hope I am ok :? after I send my analysis I will plan a date for the first visit, I expect to do ICSI on my own eggs and with my beloved's sperm. will post my analysis in the end of the month

My hepatitis, HIV, syphilis are negative, thanks God! The rest tests are just ok, normal, I hope the BioTexCom's doctor will think the same.

Good morning everyone!
I am on my medication now, I have a short protocol, so soon may be in a week I go for ambryo transfer, who wants to see my protocol of medication I can scan it and send by e-mail. As I wrote, I had the first appointment on the 11 April. I want to say that I totally loved it there!!!!! The respect for patients is great and I with my husband felt comfortable, the drivers took us to hospital in the morning. What I didn't like in the hospital there was a big crowd, so many people! We stayed there not long, for about 1 hour and the signing of the contract took 30 minutes, we received the medication with us and instruction. The text day we even had time to see Kiev, the center of the city is magnificent.
So please if somebody wants to see the protocol, you may ask me in PM

I am so glad you have your protocol already, Daniella!
We have returned from our trip from Kiev, we are in the program, but I needed some additional tests, the doctor told me I need Karyotype, so we wait for the results, anyway I have my protocol, but it is not active yet. As soon as my Karyotype test is ready I start the medications.
Daniella, have a good cycle, waiting for your puncture news!!

Good afternoon, Ladies! I am so exited I found a tread with my clinic where I made fertilization! I am on a medication protocol, in three days I will do my pregnancy test)))) SOOOO EXITED! I had my embyotransfer on the 11th of May, had an egg donation+husband's sperm, the embryos were of a perfect quality! Sorry, I didn't introduce myself, I am from Ireland, 53 years old, have unexplained infertility.
I decided to share with you my stimulation protocol, so that you could see how it is performed in BioTexCom clinic, what medication is used and other.

Is any of you in a surrogacy program? Does anyone have any experiance?

Thank you for your answers.

Hi everyone,

I am a french gay male in coupe since 8 years. We attempted a surrogacy program with a Ukrainian Clinic in Kharkiv (kharkov) called La Vita Felice. That was a real disaster, nothing worked correctly and they seemed to have one purpose :money and just money. We spent thousands of euros for no result.

Now we are in contact with BiotexCom and we are a bit afraid of having the same experience.

Can anyone tell us about their experience. We will be very glad to receive all your advises and read your stories.

Please forgive my english.

Take care all of you that battle to have children.

Hi,

Thank you for your answer.

I don't want to seem negative but many many articles in french newspaper talked about those people whom surrogate gave birth, could not bring their children back because the french embassy refused to give any paper for the baby (ies).

Does anyone faced any problem with a European embassy ?

thank you in advance for information

Thank you so much for your message.

French newspaper (for those who talked about this subject) totally avoided the little tiny detail about payment. They never give this information. Everyone thought that because only the french embassy refuses to give papers as surrogacy is forbidden in France...

What a relief !!

When you sign a contract, you should be honest whatever it takes. Even if we pay lot of money. having a child in good conditions is priceless.

Thank you so much for your help. If anyone has advises for me before starting, do not hesitate.

Merci beaucoup.

Good afternoon!
Remember me, girls? :P
I am pregnant 6 weeks!!
This is a journey, which I would never forget! The trip was very difficult, I had problems on the Ukrainian border (something with may pass), but we made it through, my medical results were not so good (you can see it in my previous massages), but my husband Mark always supported me. To tell the truth, I was not so good with the idea to go to Ukraine, I thought this country is not so professional for IVF, but I was so wrong! Kiev is now the best place for me after Paris, hahaha :D

Hello girls!
I am 35, from UK, my partner 44, (I am German, my husband is Briton)
10 years we try - nothing. :( Had 2 IVF in Greece - nothing... had a private massaging on facebook with one wonam, she told me that it is a high rated clinic in Europe. It has no much advertising, because a lot of doctors work with this clinic from different countries, directing their patients to this clinic.
I have an e-mail conversation with BioTexCom manager Anna, seems everything fine, answers are informative, everything is great and I go for donor IVF this September. Just had one question to those who already visited this clinic
1) Is this clinic situated in the center of the city? Will it be possible to see Kiev?
2) How did you perform the payment? cash or bank transfer? I know I have two options, but I can't make on my mind what is better.
3) How are the villas, that are given as a place to stay from the clinic? is it good and cosy? How far is it from the clinic?
4) Are there some hidden costs? I take the 9900 package and they say nothing to be paid extra (except one test for chromosomal count, it costs 100euro per person, I know this). Is the transfer, medication, home and food really free? :)
Thanks for the answers, if someone will have time for them I will be really super-grateful

Welcome Kristian!
I can answer your questions, here as you asked
1) Yes, it is in the center, it took for us 10 minutes to the central street by car. It is magnificent!
2) We had also an option, but we brought cash, so that could start the program at ones, we did not want to loose any day. The account lady gave me the receipt for the payment, it was ok, with stamps and official in English.
3) The houses where we stayed are super cosy, with new furniture, very high class, you will feel great! It is 20-35 minutes to drive, depending on situation on the road, traffic and so on. Oh, there is a woman, that cooks Ukrainian food, so tasty!!!
4) No hidden costs! As far as I am already pregnant, I never paid a dollar extra for something, all the medication was free for me, all the medical analysis for me and my beloved were free. We have never paid even for food.
To my opinion it is a normal thing for a VIP package to have all included,
have a nice cycle! :D

Hello everybody,

I have a few questions to you guys who have had a treatment/cycle with biotexcom Ukraine already:
1) Did you all do a surrogacy program or ivf/icsi cycles? As far as I read on their homepage they preferrably offer surrogacy.
2) Do most patients do cycles with own eggs or mostly egg donations - especially within the surrogacy program?

To me: I just turned 31 years, husband is 38 years. We have been through 5 ICSIs + 4 FET, all BFN unfortunately, except 1 biochemical pregnancy which I lost very early...

I have PCOs, but other than that I am physically healthy. My husband has a sperm problem. There are still enough sperms, but mostly they are immotile. Therefore, we needed to do ICSI. I just do not understand why all of our treatments have been unsuccessful. I have done all treatments with own embryos (no donations) so far. I have been hoping that with my age I could get pregnant with own embryos. But I guess I need to switch do donation cycles. What do you think?

I have been thinking about surrogacy also, but am not sure if it makes sense in our case. I am thinking: if the embryos (my own embryos - not donated ones) cannot survive in my uterus, why should they in the surrogate's uterus? If the embryos' quality is not good enough a surrogacy program probably would not make sense, would it? What is your experience?

If I have to switch do egg donation it would probably make sense to get pregnant myself than using a surrogate for it. What is your opinion on it?

Thanks for a reply!
