Anyone have success with only 3 follies?

I've been on meds for 4 days and have only 3 follies. I'm feeling defeated! Is there a chance more will grow? I go in again on Monday for a scan.
ME: 41, hydrosalpinx
HUBBY: 39, Perfect!

IVF 1 & 2 BFN
IVF 3 July 2009 BFP! BETA 1: 207 2: 376 3: 932
IVF 4 & 5 July, Sept 2012 BFN

Yup.... 3 follies, 3 eggs retrieved, 2 mature, 1 fertilized and transferred on day 3= 1 baby girl! Stay positive!
