Leora- Hang in there! Easier said than done of course. From the sounds of it, it is early. Glad your lines are darker. Hoping so much this IS really IT!

ks-fofo- I understand what you mean. DH and I will be going through our first IVF Spring of next year, we hope. It isn't expensive with this Doctor but once you add the medications in there, it drives the cost way up! I am going in there asking for 2 possibly 3 because I am pretty positive it will be our only chance. With DH getting out of the military soon and having to start a new career we may not get that chance to try again, so we want to go full force with one attempt. If we have any left to freeze we may try since the cost goes way down, but still. I know for us putting 4 or 5 back in and all "sticking" we couldn't afford them, so for us that wouldn't be wise. Then again it depends on his new job! Maybe then we could lol. Twins or Triplets we are all for that!

I just get worried because I know the more ivf attempts the more we and the doctors know our bodies and meds have to be changed sometimes. I want this Doctor to go in it as our only chance. If I feel he isn't, I am going elsewhere even if it means paying a couple thousand more.

Afm: you arnt going to believe this - I have another sore throat! Seriously I am usually so well and the last three months have been awful. I've booked a doctors appointment for 3.30 on Monday and I'll keep it if there is no improvement. It could be a viral thing because of the cold sore but im really not feeling g well.

Ninde- Yes I took them today thank you for checking I been sick too so my mind isnt all there with all the meds... Poor thing you have been sick on an doff for awhile... Hopefully they can give you something to get you better, have you tired a Zpak? Ask your Dr for that, that usually kicks everything when I am sick... The estrace has something to do with the lining for the baby...

AFM- Just laying around resting hoping for a miracle Friday

So today I was getting my progesterone shot ready and I forgot to clean the top of it with the alcohol swab, how big of a issue is that? Now I am all worried if something happens??? Obviously I wouldnt reuse that jar tomorrow Ill open a fresh one but wanted to know your thoughts on it today?

Ninde- I really hope you start to feel better soon. Do you take Vitamin C? I am a huge believer in it! I take it daily and rarely get sick, especially being in school I feel I am exposed to a lot. I hope I don’t jinks myself by all saying this though because I have a slight sore throat. I think it is the hot temps outside and then the air conditioners inside.

Kynlee- I think you are totally fine, once my DH swabbed my skin for the injection then totally missed the alcohol area. Don’t worry at all! Think about this too, you are cleaning that lid every day with alcohol, there can’t be many germs, plus the needle is sterile and then you swab yourself. I am sure we forgot to swab the lid now and then too. How are you feeling? I just started getting campy today after my transfer, I wonder why?

AFM- We had our transfer this morning. We transferred 2 early blasts. The embryologist said that if our transfer was this afternoon they would have been full blasts. The one we transferred was an 8 cell grade 1 on day 3, the other a 4 cell on day 3 that just took off. Already have ants in my pants hanging around all day.

Antonia - I hear you on not wanting to share on FB because it can be hurtful to other people dealing with infertility - but I feel like everyone has their 'thing'. Some people are just going through break-ups, so I shouldn't post about my husband? Some people are having money problems - so I shouldn't post about the new thing I just bought? Yeah, I hate the pregnancy announcements and insensitive baby comments, but I know that's MY issue and that other people can't be expected to be sensitive to everything, especially on such a public forum (ie, there are things I don't mind if people post on FB for everyone to see, but I wouldn't tolerate being said directly to me)

Amy(Jayne) - it's hard to say that this is your last try, but in a way, it's reassuring to know there is an end in sight. I hope this cycle works!

Ryann- thanks for your math, but my HPTs are sensitive to 10miu... I don't know what to think...

MadameX - I'm so sorry that none of your embryos made it. But so happy that you are PUPO! Do you POAS?

Kynlee - you too! Congrats on being PUPO! btw - I would set alarms on my phone to remind me to take my pills 3x a day. Also, you can call your nurse to ask, but it's probably not a big deal if you stuck a new needle into the bottle without wiping with alcohol. That's just a precaution against infection.

Patricia - feel better! Summer colds suck.

Sarah - that's a GREAT second beta! Just try to relax until the 16th!

Pocos - I've done anatognist everytime, so no ideas about the Lupron, but people b*tch about it all the time!

Tia - congrats! 6 eggs is great!

Christy - go to sleep! I'll get my beta results in about 4 hours!

AFM- blood drawn. Just waiting. HPT was a teeny bit darker than Friday, but I don't know what to think. I'm on pins and needles.

Today is my boys' birthday on the Hebrew calendar. I can't believe it's been a whole (lunar) year...

Kynlee: I think zpak is the antibiotic arithromycin? I have a a sneaking suspicion this is viral because symptoms seem to be lasti g a day each (other than coldsore which is still here!!) so im pretty such antibiotics wont work. But if the throat gets sore again today I'll ask so thank you Im with Madam x, with all the alcohol in the jar its zapping germs, plus I've forgotten sometimes with the puragon pen and I've been fine. Its an extra precaution against infection yes but you should be fine. Have you some good movies or tv series to watch to help with the boredom?

Madam x: I've been taking soluble vitamin c since last week so I'll keep it up and thank you Well done on your beautiful transfers - they sound amazing. So you are pupo, yay Have you some time off?

Leora: if I knew how to post a picture of a four leaf clover to wish you luck I would Im sure it must be a tough reminder with it being a year since Micha and Asaf's birthday and i will remember them both today. I wish you courage, strength and kindness from others, especially today

looks like the lab f*cked up... sent my blood away instead of doing the testing on-site (which is what they do for hormone tests that are needed the same day). Probably won't get results until tomorrow. UGH.
