kynlee - I had all kinds of cramping & also some episodes of bleeding (a couple quite heavy) the first month or so. Every single twinge and drop of blood I just KNEW it was all over. Obviously, it wasn't. :) There is a heck of a lot going on down there, so cramping can be pretty normal.

Hello ladies, back from my few days away in a lovely little cottage in tne country with my best friend and what a lot of news to come back to!!

Madam x: I dont know the beta calculators but that's so wo derful that your second beta is so stro g. How are you feeling?

Anton: oh P&G are a great company - I really hope you get the job.

Jayne: welcome back :D im like you, this next cycle will probably be our last cycle and that breaks my heart.

Cyn: what a gorgeous holiday :D

Always: 3 day transfers are more common in ireland than 5 day. I had a 3 day and got pregnant. I know I miscarried but that's nothing to do with the three day. Best of luck

Nicole: that's a pain about the end. How are you feeling?

Kala: thank you for posting your beautiful ultra sound photo :)

Leora: you too - that's fantastic. Im thrilled for you. Are you still feeling quest?

Maria: you poor thing. How are you now? Hey - you must post an updated scan photo and we can add them to leora'sand anna's and kala's :D

Tohavefun: congrats!!!

Christy: I read your post about your co-worker. I know she is young at 26 but wow she really has no empathy has she?

Kynlee: how are you doing?

Dys24: ah I see. We dont do estrogen support in ireland.your transfer day is so close :D

Akdelp: hello again :-) they still havnt come back on the eggs? That's nuts!!!!

Tortillachip: gosh, that's awful you went through so much

Lauren: how are you doing?

Im so sorry if I left anyone out.

Afm: back from a few days away, diet starts back tomorrow :D down reg starts on Saturday.

Ninde

***CRASHING***So much great news here ladies!! :D :D

Maria: HANG IN THERE, fellow-twin momma....those last weeks are really difficult, but take it one day at a time..every day, every week helps those LO’s grow! I had a real issue with contractions and ended up on Procardia to keep them in check. Take care of yourself, and definitely push that water, water, water...

Chris: Congrats on PUPO!!!

Leora: YIIIIPPPPEEEE my dear! Beautiful picture. Absolutely beautiful. HB next week and then a healthy 7.5 months to go!!!

Akdelp: Great to see you return! Tell that clinic to get ON IT.

Anton: Ohhh that job sounds perfect. Hopefully they will be smart enough to snatch you up!! Best of luck my dear. Your turn is coming.

MadameX: Congrats on wonderful beta!!!

Sonya: Hugs my friend. Sending you tons of BABY DUST for your next go-round.

Kynlee: I got a dopler. It helped me, but you have to be careful and not obsess over it since you can’t always find the HB. Congrats again to you!! (and yes, cramping is completely normal.)

Lauren319: Hope that you are feeling good! Take care of your preggo self. Congrats on being in second trimester! Yea! Feel free to PM me if you have any twinny questions.

Tortillachip: You are NOT old either...take a gander at my age below, and it is about to click up one next week. THAT deserves a gulp....

Christy: BIG hugs. You and DH are going through a time of it now...things will sort out. Hugs and prayers your way. Can’t wait to be cheering you on!!!! It WILL happen!!!

Anyone I missed, and everyone else whom I don't "know": Best of luck!!! Tons of BABY DUST to you all!

Tia- You are an SLP, too! Awesome. What setting do you or did you work? I work in a middle school, do some SNF on the side.

Ninde- Welcome back! Good luck with the diet and the down reg. This will be your cycle! I know it!

Anton- Sorry to hear about DH's mumps! I didn't know that it affected men in that way. Boy that had to suck big time! Good luck with the job. They will be lucky to have you. MIL knows we are seeing a dr but their English understanding is so poor that explaining this to them would be worse than leaving it alone. Even with Chinese translation, their understanding of medical stuff isn't good. It's not the best situation but we try to make the best decisions for all of us.

Leora- BEAUTIFUL U/S! I'm thrilled for you. HB next and then beautiful baby in your arms! As for the endo, I was officially diagnosed in 2008 through laparoscopy. I saw an endo specialist who was able to do extensive excision surgery to remove the endo and reconstruct my pelvis all while trying to save my fertility. All other drs wanted me to have a hysterectomy because it would have been easier than dealing with the endo. I'll explain the endo below.

Congrats to all of our BFPs and PUPOs! This board is exploding with good news.

AFM- I had the SIS/hysterosonogram today. We did see something in the upper right portion of my uterus that may be a polyp. I will have a hysteroscopy on Friday to take a look and hopefully remove it. It will delay our cycle a bit but not too much. I should get a new calendar after.

Anyone else have endometriosis? My hx with endo is severe invasive Stage 4 endo that totally obliterated my pelvis. I had a huge golf ball sized endo nodule that was buried in the culdesac behind the uterus along with endo on my bowel and bladder, an endometrioma on my left ovary, along with extreme adhesions. The adhesions pulled my tubes and ovaries down behind my uterus and stuck them all together. My ovaries were stuck together with one also stuck to my cervix and pelvic sidewall and the other to my bowel. My rectum was attached to my uterus. It was a mess. The surgeon was able to remove all of it and put my tubes and ovaries back where they belong. My left ovary doesn't respond much to stimulation and is likely damaged due to the endo. My tubes appear to be open but are also likely damaged and nonfunctional.

Well, off to bed for now. I'm working at the nursing home tomorrow.

Nickie, should I call you that or Nicole? I am an SLP and I have my own business. I converted my second garage into my clinic called, Mind the Gap. I work mainly with kids and I specialize in Autism Spectrum Disorders, but I do see a couple adults. I hold contracts with Regional Centers and School Districts. Small world hub?

MArgi- TY :) When did you start using a dopler, 12weeks? Or right after 8 weeks? My next beta is Monday so I figured if that goes well and then my U/S I would look into one :)

AFM- between my 2nd beta and 3rd is a week is that normal? I dont go for beta til Monday and I think that is a long pauyse in between but this is the first time I got this far so I dont know if that is normal?

Alwaysangel - congrats on being PUPO! I had a 3 day transfer before and basically the doctor told me no gym, no sex, no swimming, no bath tub, no fun basically LOL

So, I wanted to know how you are feeling. No signs of OHSS? You had 21 eggs retrieved right? Do you mind sharing your protocol? Wanted to know if you triggered with Lupron.

Thanks!

Pocos- i tend to be a high responder this round was 125 foll and ganerelix, triggered with 10000 hcg on day 11 of stims. The goal was not to trigger with lupron. No ohss to date. I gained about 1-1.5lbs for a day but that was it! They keep my foll dose low to try to prevent ohss.

Kynlee-thanks.

Afm- re always said 24-48hrs of rest after day 5 but now that day 3 do i need 3-4 days? I might hang in bed the whole weekend....i need this to work!! Oh yeah 7 cell was a grade 4 :(

kynlee - On the sex, my RE did say to avoid orgasms because it can cause the uterus to contract. I think after a week it's just a personal choice, like how some women still go running and others won't. We fooled around about a week afterwards and I had some bleeding that totally freaked both of us out, so it was probably a month before we tried again. In the meantime, I felt so incredibly nauseous 24/7 during that month that the idea of anything more athletic than complete inertia was just absolutely revolting to me. So it kind of worked out. That said, the sex after that was fantastic. I have heard it can really vary and some women don't even want to be touched, but I personally was a totally horny pregnant lady right up until the day before my water broke.
