OMG

I was totally expecting to be scheduling a D&C for my birthday tomorrow.

Instead, there is an embryo measuring a perfect 10mm with a perfect heartbeat. Gestational sac wasn't measured (tech says that at this point it doesn't matter) but looked perfect.

There are some splotchy areas in the uterus that seem to be pockets of fluid or blood, but shouldn't matter.

Next u/s in 8 days!

So happy for you Leora.. when is your next u/s?

Guess i am cautiously joining this board. My EDD is April 3 but will probably have a c-section the week before that which is March 27. I have an u/s on Aug 14.. so hopefully we will see a HB. for some reason even when i received the news of my beta being 5, i had a calm feeling that this would work out. Hopefully i don't get burned.

Lauren- how are you feeling? Starting to show? Let's see a belly pic!

Sarah- how are you doing? Are you back home now from Serbia? Have you told your daughter there is a new baby on the way?

So many people should be joining us soon!

I'm feeling good -- throwing up, and exhausted, and my breasts are killing me - but I'm just so happy that things are still going well.

I still feel like I'm 'waiting for the other shoe to drop' - we are still so worried something will go wrong.

I have a RE appt and a RPL appt for Aug 15... still haven't made an OB appt or an appt with the surgeon doing my cerclage (supposed to see him at 10 weeks for an assessment, then we'll do surgery at 11-12 weeks)...

I guess after my next u/s, which is next Tuesday!

Leora - oh, I'm still so excited for you! I still can't believe it. I feel like I'll always be waiting for the other shoe to drop. I keep thinking that feeling will go away, but I can't shake it. Is it bad that I'm glad you feel sick? haha. I just really want this to work out for you!!

I'm still sick. It depends on the day, but last night I vomited ALL NIGHT. I'm also starting to get horrible headaches. I also can't tell if I have yet another UTI or am just feeling preggo, so I'm going back to the OB for a urine check. I keep telling myself it's all worth it. Am I showing? Oh Lord, I look like I'm 7 months pregnant and I'm only 15 1/2 weeks. I guess twins will do that to you.

I'm sorry you are still so sick. Every pregnancy so far, I've been sick until the day the baby(ies) left my body... you might be sick until delivery - sorry hon!

As much as it's all worth it - it still sucks

I was brave today - I called and made an appt with an OB (I didn't like my OB/MFM last time, so I need a new doctor. I made an appt with a different MFM at the same office).

(I have not yet cancelled my appts with the RE and RPL doctor upcoming on Aug 15th... I hope I have to, but I'm not ready to cancel them yet!)

Also, I was at the pharmacy for something else and picked up a bottle of 30 prenatal vitamins. *gulp* I hope I'm still pregnant in 30 days!

Next scan in t-6 days!

Heys girls just trying to geta general idea of when everyone stopped taking there progesterone and estrace... My re was stopping me at 8 weeks but I told her I wasnt ready yet and that I want to continue a few more weeks closer to 10-12 weeks... I am scared to stop the meds and miscarry... please let me know your thoughts I can use any reassurance

I started lowering everything at 9 weeks and was off by a little before 12 weeks. They can tell by your blood levels. I definitely think 12 weeks is enough time. By then your placenta has taken over. The most important thing is that you feel comfortable though
