Hi ladies

Kynlee: that's wonderful news about your u/s, congratulations. And lovely ticket :D

Maria: im glad you have had the injections. How are you now?

LauraN: wow, 40?!!! That's incredible

Hopethisworks: oh congratulations on your little boy :D

Always angel: how are you doing? Im not sure on doubling time but i think someone listed a chart with them before?

Leora: how are you?

Nicole: I'll bet you were pleased with follicle count? How are you feeling?

Christy: I know this is really hard for you, particularly when you had planned to be cycling around now.and its hard to get the balance when there is so much stress and uncertainty. Your faith is an inspiration x

Ker: thanks for that. Can you remember how long you stimmed because clinic told me menopur tends to be lo ger than puragon

Dys: good luck tomorrow for your transfer :D

Tohavefun08: how are you doing?

Tiger: how are you doing?

Waiting kay: so far cycle going fine but im still just down regging. Im a bit wheezy which im noticing is worse after each time I take the nasal spray. Im delighted about your friend and its not self-centered to hope you will both have children together. And it must be very hard not to think and worry about last time. Have you ever done any visualisations? I think they can be powerful.

Afm: had my training session on menopur yesterday. Should be ok but i really wish i didnt have to mix 6 vials - the margin of error really rises!! Also tne nurse said menopur is generally longer stimming g time than puragon - that the average is 14 nights. Anyone find that?

alwaysangel - when the betas start to rise they double times get longer.. don't worry its normal.. This is why clinics don't do a lot of beta tests, after a good rise, the only thing that can truely tell them of a good pregnancy is an ultra sound. your numbers are good. CONGRATS!!!

ninde - i think i mixed 4 vials before.. do you have the q-caps.. those help the ease of mixing.

alwaysangel- Your numbers are fine I wouldnt worry about them, as for the progesterone level I dont know anything on that since my RE dont check mine, isnt that odd?

Ninde- you have to mix 6 vials to give yourself a shot? OMG I thought me switching from follistim was enough to drive me banana's... If you get nervous mixing them there should be a nurse on call that you can reach, dont panic it seems more difficult then it is once you get through the 1st needle. Does your pharmacy have online training?

Ninde- so my donor doesn't have 40 ready or anything, she just has 40 they can see. Like when I go in, before I would atimm, they might see 5-6 on each side, sometimes 10 on one side, then some would grow for retrieval. My donor historically has about 27 eggs retreived. We will see. I will know more after her next appt on monday which will ne stimm day 5.

BFN on hpt this morning. I am 8dp3dt. Is there hope?

I didn't tell my husband because it will make him so sad, I dont want to destroy his weekend, but it hurts so bad. I cried so much this morning. This is my second IVF

POCOS- Dont give up hope, I do not poas because they are not always acurate... If your beta isnt at least 150(i believe ) it wont pick up so you may still be early... I know someone that got a BFP same day of beta and the stick showed negative so again I do not trust those things...

POCOS - don't give up. 11dpo is still early. With being on the IVF boards forever i know so many people are different. Some get positives really early and some even with high betas still show up negative. In my case for my first pregnancy, i had a beta of 20 on 11dpo, i POAS the next day and it was negative. The next day my beta was 86. This go around, i poas on day 11 and it showed a very very very faint line.. the next day my beta level was 5. So who knows why one test will pick up one thing and another would pick up something else. The test that picked up a 5 were internet cheapies i figured i would have to have a higher level for those to pick up. I have heard some people that they didn't get a positive on HPT till there levels were in the 100's and believe me unless you have triplets or more in there, your beta level will not be over 100 on 11dpo.

Good Luck!!!

Pocos - even with twins I didn't get a positive on the HPT until 7dp5dt. Some ladies get a + very early but I don't think that is the norm. Don't despair yet!

Help! I accidentally left my bottle of mini hcg out of the fridge overnight. Grrr. I sent an email to my nurse asking if I need to get a new bottle. Anyone know if I killed it?

Blueeyed- how hot/cold does it get where you left it? Do you still have the insert? It usually says in there what the max/min temps it can handle. It is probably ok.

Pocos- don't give up! I've seen so many ladies that get negatives right up to Beta time and then are pregnant.

Sorry for being MIA the last couple of days! I have been reading along just have been busy, I’m off today though :D

LauraN – So you donor has officially started her stims!!! And your donor’s numbers sound amazing! It is awesome you get to know all this info, I knew really nothing, just got a phone call on the days she was in the office that everything looked good.

Hope – Congrats on team blue!! Did you have any suspicion before hand if it was a boy or girl?

Kynlee – So happy for you! My RE said they will start to slowly take me off the meds after my week 8 u/s. How is you’re a**? Mine is numb and lumpy.

Tiger – Less than 2 weeks before your u/s! How far along will you be by then? Any nausea?

Kay – How is your belly? That is great news about your friend getting engaged!

Always – My first beta’s doubling time was 28 hours and then the next beta’s 34, which is almost identical to yours and we just saw the baby’s hb on Tuesday. Try not to worry!

Pocos- I still think it is really early! Try to stay positive.

Ninde – How are you doing? Do you have to mix one vial each night or six a night?

AFM – definite nausea, I must eat directly after my morning shower or I start getting sick. Then I get waves on and off through the morning. They other day in class while we were reading our novel I just started gagging, just put the book up in front of my face lol…. My boobs are bigger, my husband said, “oh you are finally filling out” I was like hahah very funny! I got a little nervous last night though, I went to a walk and when I got home my husband told me I was super pale and I was seeing spots. I just hope everything is okay in there! My next u/s is Tuesday.

madamex- I think I will start weaning off mine by 10 weeks. My re said 8 is fine but I told her I rather stay on its like a security to me lol As for my A$$ lol I have no bruises no pain I think that cream really helped me out plus I apply heat to that spot instantly for 7 to 10 mins... Have you been rubbing the spot and then applying heat? Poor thing I havent gotten sick yet, sometimes I wish I would so it would feel more real but my RE said enjoy it if you dont so I am trying to enjoy it lol Isnt it amazing to see and hear the heartbeat, I cried I couldnt believe how real it was... You should join me over on the pregnant thread too :) I got pale the other day too and just laid down then I was fine, I think its just cause our body is different now that we are pregnant. Did you tell your family yet?
