Hello ladies

Tiger: how did your family day go?! We dont have anything like that here! Typical western european we play everything down!!!

Kynlee: how are you feeling now?

Pocos: have you been able to do anything to help you relax?

Maria: I hope you are ok.

Leora: again, I hope you are resting

Dys: how is your second day of being pupo going?

Nicole: you keep going through my mind as im watching the athletic in the olympics! How are you doing?

Always: I really hope that tue goes so well. As you said so many of you are seeing your re that day!!

Waiting kay: I have my baseline on wed and I will be praying very hard for you for a wonderful scan.

Afm: woke with a terrible headache at 6am, im presuming its the down reg and to be fair its the first bad one I had. I also hadn't had my cup of tea yesterday so that probably added to it.

Ninde-I'm doing ok. Thank you for asking. I remember the horrible headaches I had with the down reg so hang in there. You are so close. I am beyond excited for you. Praying that you this new protocol gives you the baby/s you so deserve.

Boy, this board is really moving fast. I will try to catch up tomorrow. Feeling super tired today. I'm trying to get some last things done before I literally can't move anymore. Which is literally around the corner. We went to the mall yesterday to buy school unofirms for the kids. My poor DH, moved the car three times for me because there was no way that I could walk around the mall. So he dropped me off by the entrance of each of the stores we went yo three seperste times, parked the car, and the picked me up. I love him so much :). The nursery is coming along nicely. He has o ly the dresser left to put together. Everything else is pretty much done.

I will do personals tomorrow, promise. Sending you all my love.

Gina- Atlanta, Ga sounds perfect, question is how did you narrow it down to one clinic in the biggest metropolitian city? :D

Maria- That was so sweet of dh to drive the car around to keep you from walking so much, I hope your feet aren't swollen too much!

Kynlee- Keep the faith as you always say "Thy father I trust in thee" and hopefully all of us, along with your sister keep providing much encouragement. You will make it, one day at a time!

Ninde- You sound so busy but try not to overwork yourself while cycling, do you haave any acupuncture scheduled? About my coworker I told her she is really starting to show, she finds out the gender next week. Did I tell you she would cry if it's another boy? Yes sometimes I want to slap her, she has no idea! She said our boss wants to throw her a baby shower sometime late fall, her baby is due in Jan., boss told her not to buy "big purchases" that we would help her with them and she got annoyed. Said she can't purchase everything at the last second, but there is really no need to make a big fuss over her shower. I say we each go in ten bucks and purchase her a giftcard. I personally don't want to be at the shower because she sees this pregnancy as a big mistake. Said after this baby is born she is having her tubes tied, she has a 4 yr old son who lives w/ his dad. Even at 26, sadly she obviously never grew up and doesn't want to accept responsibility for her actions. She told the other day when she first walked into work that she really didn't want to be here. I said go home then!

AFM: I have a terrible headcold, 100.4 temperature. Might call in tomorrow if not feeling any better last thing I need to do is get everyone else sick. xx

Hi Ladies, sounds like its the end of the road for me. I started spotting, did a HPT and it was negative. My husband and I are devasted, we cried sooo much. I called my parents in Brazil to give the bad news.

I am still going to do the blood test on Tuesday, and schedule an appointment with the RE. This is my second IVF, although I consider it the first one because my first IVF was a total desaster, I had OHSS, couldnt do the transfer, and only one of my embryos survived the thaw for my FET.

I am in so much pain, I don't know if I have strength to try again... Please keep us in your prayers.

Pocos- I'm sorry. Sending hugs to you.

Christy- Your co-worker is an idiot. I hope she will be able to appreciate her baby once it's here. I hope you feel better soon1 I would take the day off work if you can. You need to get better and don't need the stress of your co-worker on top of it.

Maria- Your hubby is so sweet. I can't wait to see pics of your little ones when they arrive!

Patricia- I'm doing well, thank you. I am trying to exercise but not pushing it. I'm not doing any weight lifting, only elliptical trainer. My doc didn't want me to do weights or high impact exercise for two reasons. One is to keep the blood flow going to my uterus and ovaries and not to my muscles. The second is to reduce the risk of twisting the ovary. She did say that she usually doesn't worry too much about twisting ovaries for those with endometriosis like me. Honestly, 30 mins on the elliptical is all I can handle with the fatigue. I also use the sauna after exercise which I like. I'm always so inspired by the Olympics. We are watching it now and have been since it started.

Gina- Good to hear from you! I'm sorry about the family stuff. It will probably never end. Not trying to be a pessimist, just being realistic.

Kynlee- I know it is hard to relax about the spotting. I'm sure you will be fine. Brown blood is old blood. I've been told that many times. Even if it is pink or red, it doesn't mean that you will m/c. The cervix bleeds more easily in pregnancy and sometimes the baby burrowing around stirs things up.

Tiger- How did it go?

AFM- Saw The Dark Knight Rises last night and it was AWESOME! I loved it. It's a must see! I have another u/s tomorrow morning and if all looks ok then I will take the trigger tomorrow night with retrieval on Wednesday. I started the Cetrotide on Saturday. My follies still look good. My right ovary is the star of the show. We have measured anywhere between 9 and 12 on there. My left started with 4 and we only saw 1 good one yesterday. Again, it may give us more. We just won't know till retrieval. I am beyond tired. Plus, we are having a heat wave in Seattle right now and we have been over 90 yesterday and today. That may not seem hot but we have a very mild climate and don't have air conditioning. Cool showers, ice packs, and fans are my friend. I am also feeling my ovaries a lot and am feeling pressure and bloating. I still feel positive about the cycle.

I had to cancel my acupuncture on Thursday because my dog was sick. I don't have another one scheduled yet.

Take care!

Kay- How you doing, did the bloating go away? Everything will be perfect WEds :)

Ninde- I am feeling better today no blood as of yet relaxed in bed all day yesterday... Hope your headache went away...

WE- what a great hubby you have, my husband probably would of said one more store lol...

Christy- hope you are feeling better...

Pocos- I am so sorry you are having a tough day, please dont count anything out till you go to RE for beta... I know how hard this journey is I been through it 11 times and finally got here... It was a tough road but if I get a child through it It will be worth it all... I had OHSS my first cycle and had to cancel so i know the aggreavated feeling it is and I know how hard it is on the body, maybe you can look into mini ivf I read about it but never tried it myself or no anyone that has but its suppose to be less on the body you just dont get as many eggs as a full ivf... I am saying prayers for a miracle, hang in there...

blueeye- thanks for the reassurance... Sometimes I just need to hear its normal for women to bleed... I am keeping my chin up and staying positive.... Good luck with U/S today I am doing the follie dance for you....

Leora- How are things going with you?

Hi ladies

Pocos: oh im sorry you have started to spot and the hpt was negative. Its hard to be hopeful I know but maybe the beta is a little low and needs a few more days? Im sorry though that you re in so much pain x

Christy: oh dear I think im virtually slapping your co-worker!! How are you feeling? It really sounds like you need the day off. I hope you feel better. I have Accupuncture scheduled for wed. Its totally different to usual fertility Accupuncture in that the accupuncturist does up to three hours ata time to balance everythin rather than just the ovaries and he says im in great health which is wonderful.

Maria: I'll bet you are tired!!! Can you rest?

Nicole: I was thinking of trying to do an hour walking a day and then do some elliptical three times a week.I saw the dark knight on sat and enjoyed it too. However, I loved Ted!!! How was your scan?

Kynlee: thank you, my headache did go. You have been through 11 ivfs? Wow!!

Afm: we have a public holiday today. I realised I was quite stressed about different relationships in my life last night. I thought alot and cried alot and came to some painful realisations but I woke feeling at least a little less confused. I got up and went and did a great workout then bought some jeans and some flats. Came home and baked a low cal choc sponge. I know why its low cal, its tiny! About to do some work on my happiness ratio workshop

POCOS - please don't loose your hope! Remember I never saw a positive HPT even with very high beta! If, only IF it didn't work, you know it' s a very difficult road to take but try and move forward as fast as you can. It does become easier after a while to accept, though never more understandable, why so difficult instead of the natural process other couples have. We will support you through this and will be here for you even when your family in Brazil doesn't want to understand.

Always - you are only 6 days after me if you had your 3dt on the 18th, and symptoms come and go. I know exactly what you mean and it makes you worry because you are used to feeling bloated but it's also normal that this will subside after a while. Enjoy the break from the huge belly and aches while it lasts. The only way to know now is the U/S and I'm scared. 2 days to go.

Ninde - oh, good we both have a big day on Wednesday together. I'll remember your baseline too!!!

Kynlee - how are you? Enjoying the happy news with your family must be wonderful!

Tiger - Can't wait to hear how it went yesterday...maybe there isn't even 1 cupcake left to take a pic for us :P

Ninde- Not 11 ivfs a total of 11 cycles... I have done 5 iuis (2 unmedicated 3 medicated) 3 ivf (fresh) 3 frozen... The frozen DS cycle is the one that worked... My DH is very low plus mot. and shape was not good so we swicthed to DS. Now that I am thinking about it, it could be more then 3 frozen Ill have to check but at least 11 cycles... I never gave up I new it was bond to work and it did even if I am having minor things going on I am still hopeful this is the cycle :)

Angel- I am 7w3d and I have had no symtoms except peeing thirsty and sore boobs so I wouldnt worry to much, I know that is easier said trust me I am freaking on this brown discharge and as much as the Nurse said dotn worry unless it is red I still worry lol

tiger- how did things go???? :)

Hey Girls,
Sorry I haven't been by in a few days. Ill do personals tongiht. Tomorrow I should be 19 weeks. I still have not felt the baby :( I know I am probably worrying for no reason but I ahven't seen the doctor in 3 weeks now (my next appointment is next week) and I am just nrevous not knowing exactly what's going on. Im guessing everything is progressing as it should but I just don't know. Wish I felt something besides the occasional cramp or backache jsut to confirm to me that all is well :( This process is sooo nerve racking as we all know too well :)

Hope - hon! This is totally normal, most girls don't feel their babies til they're like at least 20 weeks even if they say they do - when it's your first pregnancy it's not easy to feel when it's the kicks, it just feels so strange and you could even mistake it as gas or the other way around...lol. Pretty soon this will become way easier for you when you'll fell the baby every day. Do you know if it's a boy or a girl? Sorry if I forgot or didn't see in case you are keeping this a secret. Take good care of yourself, you're getting there.

hope- please do not worry, I know its hard not to but my niece did not feel anything till she was 20 weeks. Reading online most women feel it at 20 weeks some feel it early but more closer to 20 weeks... This journey is so tough when you finally get your BFP you still stress till the end... I wish life could be so much easier... Ill be praying the baby kicks soon but I am sure everything is fine... Hugs from Rhode Island

Thinking of you all! :D

Hope- Is the normal practice of obgyn making us wait one month between ultrasounds once we get past the first trimester? That must be emotionally hard though and if it would give you peace of mind to come in sooner I would call him. xx

Ninde- How was the workshop, I hope it brings you some happiness too. It's raining today and yes I took the day off from work. My first time ever to call out of work but I needed some time off to recover from this cold. Dh is glad I did anyway.

Pocos- I have you in my thoughts and prayers today and I know the feeling of everything seeming so unclear and uncertain but please know we are always here for you.

Nicole- No air conditioning why I couldn't imagine esp. w/ all the humidity...But I hope you are finding a natural springs somewhere quickly. How is your furbaby doing today? Yes my coworker is a complete idiot, we thought about writing her up for the stuff she does at work but she would probably appreciate unemployment too much.

AFM: Well it's raining as I type away one of my furbies snoozes right beside me...Perfect day to be curled up in bed.
