Implantation bleeding question

Post by Dagny »

Hi girls

Just a quick question.

Did everyone have the usual implantation bleeding? Like browny pink spotting??

Do you HAVE to have implantation bleeding??

I am on day 9 of my 2ww and as yet had no implantation bleeding and just wondered if you can get a positive but not have implantation bleeding?

Slowly going insane and trying to hold on to any shred of hope.

Any advice or positive stories will be very much appreciated.

Love Dagny xkx

Dagny, please try not to worry. I hadn't even heard of implantation bleeding, let alone suffered with it when I got my positive. I'm sure I've said it before but I had no symptoms at all during my 2WW and didn't feel pregnant until my morning sickness kicked in at 6 weeks. So it's perfectly possible to get a +ve with so symptoms at all.

Take care; we're thinking of you.

dagny, i had no inplantation bleeding, i know it must be so tough
this 2ww and your head is just splitting in two and u are going round
in circles, try and relax, look at it this way, it is out of your hands,
we are all different and react differently to the drugs, i remember
when i had to test i had to pick my mum and dad up to go to the
airport, and i was conviced that it had not worked so did not test
till the following day, as i did not want to be upsent in front of my
parents............i must be the only girl on this site
that has acutally tested late !!!!
we are all feeling for you, alisonn xx

Oh bless you! Had implantation bleeding with Oliver but nothing with the twins and no really symptoms really - had no sore boobs as you know - not in the slightest. Was tired though and early on - very early on in the first week of the 2ww had back pains and af type pains which too early for AF so put it down to ET and then nothing - the day I tested or just before felt AFish but that's it.

Hang in there

Oh girls

I knew I could rely on you lot to set me straight. I feel such a plonker asking all these silly questions considering it's my 4th treatment and I have had a positive before but I just can't remember anything and none of my 2ww's have been the same.

1st - OHSS and in hospital on drugs for whole 2ww.
2nd - Bled before test day.
3rd - In and out of hospital with the runs and de-hydration etc.

So this one seem to normal and I driving myself round the bend

Thank again girls, only 4 more sleeps if I test Sunday night so trying to keep up the PMA for a bit longer.

You can bother us a much as you want - I reckon it's a positive sign. I know how hard it is as I had sort of forgotten what all my others were like and it was my 5th go with the twins one.

HAng in there

Hi Dagny,
just wanted to tell you I also did not have any implantation bleeding with the twins - although I did have some theprevious time when I miscarried. So just goes to show it's different every time. Try not to worry at least about this. I am so hopeful that you will get a positive in a few days and all will be well!

Oh Dagny,

Don't worry, nobody I know who has children had any kind of bleeding. Honestly girl, most worry about having bleeding, and you worry about having none... :D

Take it easy and we'll all be delighted when that big + comes. I've everything crossed for you!

Morning Dagny

I DID have implantation bleeding, and threw myself into a right old panic, but others who were cycling with me also had some while others had none, so there is no right or wrong, as ever with this whole IVF stuff.

Hope you are OK and look forward to seeing your news. I haven't been on here for ages, but will peak in when I can to catch up on everyone.

Lots of Love

Hi everyone

Once again thanks for your replies. I am now on day 11 and my AF cramps have been and gone and that's about it for now.

I am trying to be positive and your replies are really helpful for me to remain that way, thankyou.

Love from a very positive Dagny xkx
