3RD TIME UNLUCKY?

Post by loopylou57uk »

hello everyone, well it looks like a total repeat of last time,i had some brown spotting, from last thur, then tested fri and got a strong pos 105,then yesterday started bleeding light,so rang clinic and had a blood test today, the results should of been around 600,but came back at 750,which is good, but i have been bleeding quite a bit today with a few small clots (sorry tmi) the clinic said to go for another test on fri,i just know whats coming, again, :!: i am so pissed off as we thought we had done it this time,dh keeps saying to stay positive until fri, but its so hard when your bleeding your backs aching and your stomach hurts.
why is it all so shit,
thanks for everything girls, and good luck to all of you on the 2ww,remember miracles do happen to some of us.

Loopy,
PLEASE PLEASE stay calm, your HCG sounds really good, many people bleed/spot during pg. I know it is not easy to wait until fri, but girl you know you can do it!!! I mean would the HCG been up if anything wrong was happening? Did this happen last time, did it go up ?
I am sorry to asking you those questions, I guess we were posting at the same time....

Let me know

Loopy hun...read what you've just written again. They were expecting 600 and you were at 750...that's a fabulously strong number. The bleeding really might be just that, the same kind of bleeding that many others have had throughout their early/mid pregnancies. Of course you're worried sweetheart, and who wouldn't be...BUT the numbers can't lie. They hadn't dropped or stayed the same, they'd shot through the roof. Having another test will be a huge relief I'm sure, I'm glad your clinic are helping you through this scary time.

You know how hard it is to stay positive and focused on getting through the crappy, scary bits...but you must. Until you know otherwise, you're pregnant and right now your most important task is staying calm and relaxed whilst looking after those embies. Let Friday come with confirmation that all is fine, just a little bleeding. I saw lots of replies to your Q. from people confirming they'd had the same whilst pg....it will be the same for you. This isn't the same as last time, then you had much lower numbers before you even started. This is different.

love and hugs
Debra.

Oh Loopy :(

Hang on in there buddy. I know this must feel like a huge shock but it could be something else and your levels are higher than expected. Maybe it's a twin coming away - Oh loopy I am so sorry you have to go through this again, you so don't deserve this to happen.

I am thinking of you sweetheart and keeping everything crossed for you.

Be strong and take care

Loopy - I'm sorry to hear your news ... but like everyone is saying, it's certainly not conclusive and the figures were higher than expected .... surely that's got to be good ?? Hang on in there until Friday - and in the meantime take it easy.

Loopy,

Everything has got to be okay in there - it just has to. Numbers going up faster than expected is an excellent sign. I've also read that many people bleed all throughout a successful pregnancy.

We're all thinking of you, praying and crossing all appendages. Good luck on Friday.

Loopy, Pls try and stay calm - I know its easier said than done. Chances are that everything is going to work out for you and your HCG levels are more than doubling.

Good luck for tomorrow - I'll be thinking of you and keeping my fingers crossed.

Take care

Love and hugs

Oh Loopy

What a rollercoaster for you - I totally agree with Debra - I think the HCG is great and went up higher than expected - last time you HCG was not a good level was it - or am I remembering wrong.

I am going for a twin pg where one has failed to implant properly and the other is just fine. I expect to see the HCG level increased on Friday.
My thoughts are with you......

Love

Loopy....this must be pure hell for you both. Why by some evil, twist of fate this has to happen, I don't know. You certainly don't deserve to have spent this last week in a state of worry and anxiety.

Don't forget you are pregnant until they tell you otherwise, so do some nice positive visualisation. Read again the long list of people who wrote and told you that they'd bled but still been ++ at the end.

Just one more sleep until you know. Not long now hon,
love
Debra
