Lyndsey: its very hard when there are no frosties. I've never had any and im so conscious that many people do. But definately the best little ones are put back. How is the ohs.

Jayne: hello here too :D

Tonya: how are you doing?

Suzyq: yes, it definately helps. But im tired and emotional now.

Tamika: how are you?

Cordellia: how are you?

Sorcet: tough 2ww it sounds like. Go gently and although its so terribly hard, keep visualising lots of implantation x

Afm: just home from a long day. As you know I work as a psychotherapist and one of my roles is working with an organization around suicide prevention. We had our annual fundraiser today which is a big charity lunch and I was doing some singing just as something a little different. It went well and its lovely to be part of something that does such good work. And now im sad and wishing this had been a bfp. So I think i need to bring some of my energy inwards and try to just be ok.

Patricia, you just give and give and give. If you can find a way to take some of that love and generosity you have and give it to yourself, you should! I know, easier said than done.

AFM, OHSS is better today. I have drunk lots of Gatorade and had a bag of beef jerky last night (they said protein and sodium, although it felt really odd eating it...). I'm back down to within about 2 pounds of normal, but I still look 4 months preggo.

I told one of my co-workers about what is going on today. She was a donor/surrogate for a family about 3.5 years ago, and she keeps up with the twin girls. I was having a rough day, and we had planned to go to lunch together, so I just told her about everything. We are the only two females that work at my office, so she's really my confidant. I should have told her earlier. I just don't like people knowing my dates, and asking how things are going. I'm crazy, I know.

Today is my DD's 2nd Birthday. I have lots of family coming in town tonight and we're doing a big supper for her, and then going to the football game tomorrow (if OHSS allows), and then her party is on Sunday at Gymboree (like a little kids gymnastics place for those that aren't familiar). I've decided that I need to focus all my energy on her, and be happy. Because no matter what, my life is amazing with her and my DH in it. If I were to get another blessing, it would just be laginappe (pronouned lan-yap, for those of you who don't know Cajun French, and means "a little something extra"). Have a great day!

And now I'm re-reading that with tears because I know how blessed I really am, and I shouldn't take it for granted. My mom took my daughter for the week (first time I've been without her for this long) so that I could rest and recover. Can't wait to see her!!! They'll be here in 3 hours!

Patricia - I don't know exactly what your protocol was, though I remember a couple things that I have not heard of before like the nasal spray. But almost every woman I have talked to have a different protocol. I know my protocol changed a lot between my two fresh cycles. They changed one of my stimming meds, added PIO, different trigger shot -- result was first one didn't work, second one did. I could even tell during the second cycle how much better I felt compared to the first one, it was so clear to me it was going better. Even this time around, I am questioning their practice of not doing hormone tests during an FET and requested that they do a couple tests during my next cycle to make sure I am responding appropriately to this particular protocol.

I mostly mentioned travel simply because there are just going to be a lot more options in a huge place like the states. Even in my small state (which still has more people than Ireland!) there are probably over a dozen clinics I could drive to in less than 2 hours. A few ladies on these boards have traveled quite a long distance to go to a particular clinic. One had been told at her old clinic that she would probably have to start considering donor eggs, instead she switched doctors, got insane egg numbers at the new clinic, and is now pg with her own twins. I know if I was sitting here now and had no baby after my last BFN I would be making a call to that clinic! I'm sure it would be scary to do something like this in a different country, thinking about all the logistics (though at least you already have a network of women to help you!) but I mention it as something to consider.

Jayne: it really is great you have such a strong beta :D

Lyndsey: thank you, I have learned in the past to take support too. How are you feeling?

Cordelia: the nasal spray here is in all the clinics - its the equivalent of lupron or any down regulating injection. What I'll do this time is go to the wtf meetingand see if the embryo quality which was so good makes a difference to their thoughts. But I think I'll go to another clinic and see what they say. It will be expensive but I think I need to do it.to be honest, having to fly to europe doesn't really appeal to me because it seems really stressful in terms of timings and short notice to bet flights. I wonder could I find someone here who as done it, that would help. How are you?

Sorcet: I know some people get a bfp at 8 days but its very very soon. Honestly dont give up hope get.

Tamika: thank you. How are you feeling?

Beta went down to 13.3 so we got a BFN. DH is unsure if he can do this again. I thought and prayed about it all day yesturdy and hoping I have the strength to try again while I'm still young and insurance is covering it.

Patricia- There is still hope. I am praying for you. I do hope you find a solution as to why these embies are not sticking. You are a strong woman. You said your sister I think did 8 cycles. Was she successful? Does her history having any helpful solutions?

Cordelia- Sucks that you have to wait till November. I hate taking bcp. That is the worst part for me. They seem to put 5-8 lbs on me no matter what I do.

Sorcet- Hold out for your beta? When is it? Don't lose hope. I know that is easy to say and extremely hard to do.

Jayne- Those are wonderful numbers. YEA!!!!!!!

Lindsey- Enjoy your daughter this weekend. You are blessed. Wish my mom was close to take my DS. She did when my DDs were little and I loved it. So did they.

Tamika- I was just thinking i would rather have the shots.....lol Tired of the panty liner, mess, and odor. I probably just don't remember the sore butt well enough. Glad your feeling the symptoms. Hopefully just enough not to feel bad.

AFM- Just waiting til Friday for my U/S. Praying they see what supposed to be there for a healthy 6 week babe. Not complaining, but last night I ate a salad and the indigestion was so bad afterwards you would have thought I was having a heart attack. I ate a ton of tums, but no relief. Any suggestions ladies? If this continues I will have to call my RE. I burped so much I could have beat any beer drinking drunk.

Everyone enjoy your weekend. It is beautiful in WA state so I am heading out to do some yard work. :D

Tonya : oh lord I'm just so sorry, I really hoped your beta would go up. Today is a horrible day for you both and I wish I could say something that would take even a tiny bit away but I know there is nothing that can do that. I will keep you in my thoughts and I'm sending you strength. Please go gently x

Suzyq: my sister's husband has a very rare chromosomal issue. They did donor sperm at o e point and of her many cycles she got pregnant once but miscarriages at exactly the stage I did. Oh the indigestion sounds awful. I think phone your re?
