Deb - your poor brother - best off out of that lot but how awful!
July Ann - you are sooooooooooooo right about the old days - just would not have happened. What are you like not telling DH - no I don't think it's awful. With these tmts we lose the element of suprise for our dh's,dp's etc don't we and never experience the joy on their face when they get back from work to hear the news - does this make sense? This time when you get a pg think how overjoyed he will be - how very exciting! ?Wish I had done those knickers too - stop these newbies testing - sort them out. Left a message for you elsewhere - you know me all over the threads and just want to reiterate that with all my heart I hope you get a ++++++++++ I really do. Will try and hold out until you do with these two - yep two girls they say!
Dagny - hang in there honey you can do this and don;t worry about the sore boobs - don't want to hear another thing on it - I did not have them either and always do before - had sore boobs and ++++++++ and sore boobs and bfn and last time no sore boobs and twins!
Take care
Love

Hi all, I'm new here. Do you mind if I join in at the end?? Just went through my second IVF and I'm testing on July 27th. Anyone testing near that date? Today I am 3 dpt.
Going crazy just like the rest of you. Boobs were sore yesterday and aren't today....argh!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Hi Hope...it's never too late to join a month's buddy group....but July might be better as they've people who are on 2ww right now as well as in the middle of treatment. Can't remember the test dates but there are definitely people around your date. Scroll down and you'll find a dedicated test thread called 'June/July test dates'. Pop a message on there and you're in!
Welcome,
Debra.
Me: 44, DH: 31
Game Over.

Its day 9 on my 2ww and I am still having the odd AF cramps. There are so many of us on the June/July testers thread! I have never seen it so long
I must be more positive but I am finding it really hard.
Hope - Welcome buddy I have added your name to the testers thread, best of luck girl!
Debra - Are you packed yet or are you as bad as me and leave it till the last minute ? hope your brother is OK.
July ann - I hope you are being more positive than I am? I am sure your DH will have a nice surprise when you get a BFP but I don't know how you have managed to keep it a secret from him I am finding it hard to keep it from my Mum and she lives 200 miles away from me!!
Tracey - It seems like you will be other wise engaged in the next few days becoming a Mummy. I hope things go smoothly and you will be holding your bundles of joy before you know it!! How are you feeling today?? Any more contractions??
Love and hugs Dagny xkx

Hi Dagny....4 more sleeps, 4 more sleeps...it's no time at all really!
July Ann - I think planning the surprise is a wonderful thing to do. Very romantic, you really are giving DH something he won't be expecting.
Just to say IVF is all over the papers here today, tabloids going nuts as a young couple, trying for their 2nd ivf baby are now expecting two sets of identical twins! yep...both embroys attached and both divided into twins. They're quoted as being 'overwhelmed'....no sh*t!! I posted a similar story from Texas a few months ago where the couple had 4 boys and named them all beginning with J......
I'm trying to prepare nutitionally as much as possible, even avoiding the merest sniff of wine which is really tricky. It will be much harder next week in the UK too....I must be strong. We're considering trying for August not September. My clinic is closed until next week, when I'll have already left so will have to find out if it's possible over the phone then pray I get back in time to start the meds. We just want to make some longterm plans that don't start with 'If.....'.

2nd - FET Aug 2004 - Twin boys born April 25, 2005!!!
Debra - great story and why are you staying away from wine - dont' want to annoy you - oops but going to!!! On my last two positives I must have had red wine running through my veins prior to tmt - the only two I thought sod it and drank loads - infact so much the weekend before tmt I thought I would need a new liver. Red wine is the way to go I reckon - sorry to throw a spanner in.
Love to all

Debra - Your story of the woman expecting 2 lots of identical twins Thats quite amazing and what a shock for her. How far gone is she??
The odd glass of wine is OK in moderation isn't it?? So you are going to be an August cycler are you? Fantastic and best of luck. It will be your time this time
TS - I am hoping you will still be around for when I test but I have a suspicion you will be pushing like a mad woman or already a proud Mummy. Either way I am so excited for you and I can't wait to see pictures of them in your arms.
How is everyone else doing??
