It's been a while since I have posted. I really don't have much time these days. Anyway, we are doing an FET on Friday and I just started the progesterone injections last Saturday. My butt is killing me already. The last time I did the injections until I was 10 weeks pregnant and I had the same experience. Except,I think that it's worse this time. The first 2 days it was 1cc and now it's 2 cc. DH is doing them and I'm wondering if I should go to a nurse and get them? Maybe technique ? I do remember that last time, I went to the office a few times because he was out of town. I think that there is scar tissue from 2 years ago. Any suggestions will be appreciated!
My first suggestion would be for you to request a prescription for EML cream. It will numb tge area. Be sure to read the insert and intructions. If you don't want to do that or until you canwill get the cream, try putting an ice pack on the area for 5-10 mins before you get the shot. Make sure after you get the shot, you rub the area for a bit.

Are you pretty slim? I'm pretty average weight for my height but have a smaller frame. My RE let me use the shorter needles which end helped he a bunch!!
