Hey ladies sorry i havent posted lately, i have been super busy after work but i have been stalking. This morning ive had this lower abdomen muscle thing. Its almost like my musles wont relax. But its been for the past 2 hours??? Getting a little concerned....any thoughts

It's been the craziest road, but I'm here and I'm huge and I can't believe how far along all of you are getting too!

How is everyone? I missed you all.

I'm 33 1/2 weeks and they're scheduling me for a c at 38 weeks because the babies have been head up since the beginning and refuse to move. They're HUGE. They're already measuring at over 5 pounds each. My husband's a giant and everyone in his family births giants, so I don't know why I thought I'd be any different, but this is ridiculous. People gasp when they see me. I'm miserable, but I hear it's worth it

Lauren - congrats! So good to hear from you. Glad the babies are measuring so healthy. good for you! But I can only imagine how miserable you are. I am doing good. Having a baby and a toddler was rough going for a while. But I think we are almost done with the terrible twos for the older one

LYD oh the terribe 2's Kayla is slap bang in middle of them now hope she is out of it by time the babies come (please god) though i doubt it!!

AFM met high risk doc yesterday, everything is perfect so far, 2 babies measure 2 days ahead while baby c is measuring 1 wk ahead so they changed my due date to 28th may not back to see them till 12th jan for full anantomy scan it seems ages away but with xmas hols and new year (we get nearly 2 wks hols here in Ireland!!) i hope it flys by. He thinks as i am small build i might deliver around 28 wks but hopefully i can cook them for longer

Good Morning ladies hope everyone is doing well...

Lauren That is awesome you are almost there and the babies sounding like they are going to be the perfect size when they arrive

Always- DRINK lots of water that may help I'll explain below...

AFM_ Was in emergency room Monday, Sunday night I felt bloated thought it was gas but knew I been going regularly so I was confused Went to bed figuring I would be more comfortable but couldnt get comfortable so I was up every hour started to get more pain as the night when onin my lower abdomen... Woke up had a appt with my regular Dr for routine checkup, told her about my pain she said to call OB to see what he says I was thinking I think I need to go to ER but I called my OB just to make sure I wasnt thinking to much into the pain since this is my fist pregnancy I didnt know what to expect... Talked to the Nurse she asked a ton of questions and then told me she is calling the ER for me to go right there, I got nervouse when she said that but I was feeling the same way I didnt feel right... Got there they took me right in put me on monitors and then iv fluids i was having contractions since Sunday and didnt even know it the GOOD thing is I never dilated so they are saying its not preterm labor but most likely Dehydration or my fibroids... Kinda confused since i drink at least 8 bottle of watre a day but the Dr it does happen so I am now drinking lots more and feeling Great... Wanted to share this just in case anyone else gets those same pains... I go for a follow up with my OB this morning to get there opinion and go from there...

Lauren - your babies are doing wonderful.. Congrats on making it this far.. only a few more weeks to go.

Kynlee - Sorry about the scare hope all other contractions stay away for another 14/15 weeks or so.

Hope everyone else is doing well. I lurk now and then but don't post much. Everything is going good with me an this pregnancy. Really scary that after Christmas i start appointments every 2 weeks. The girl will be here in no time.

Kynlee-how are you feeling? Im so sorry you had to go through that. I have been chugging water today as i cant seem to quench my thurst but have felt bloated all day too. Can you describe the pain you were feeling to help the rest of us in case we experience the same thing. How intense and where was it located?

Lauren-Glad things are going well for you.

AFM: Had fetal echo today and all went great . No concerns at all. My little pumpkin weighs about 1.4 lbs with a heart rate of 142. Back to OB in 1 week for routine 4 week heart rate checks....Im so excited

angel- Im sure everyone is different and to add I have fibroids which doesnt help, but to answer your question on how the pain felt It started off the night before as if my belly was loaded with gas air I couldnt sleep the whole night so uncomfortable then when morning came my lower abdomen felt like I was carrying led and my back was getting pain, as the morning went on I noticed pain on in off in my abdomen and by mid morning was in ER hope this helps... If you are having any discomfort I would let your OB know, we are all new to this and they are there to help us

AFM_ Had my U/S Thursday he has gotten so big weighing in at 1lb 11oz already and he was so active I go for next u/s on the 17th since they are watching me more now with the fibroids growing and mondays scare... Everything is going well feeling great

blargh - I think I celebrated too early. The line on the HPT hasn't gotten any darker, and when I dip a stick in plain water, I get the same faint line. I think my batch of tests is faulty. F*CK.

I'm going for a blood test tomorrow....

Ah leora i am so sorry you got a negative, those damn fecking sticks!! Are they a cheap brand you buy in bulk??? I only use First Response they are so expensive €13 for 2 sticks but sooooo accurate even with very faint lines, i cant imagine how heartbroken ye are but if miracles really do happen you will be back on here in 2013 pregnant with your rainbow baby xxx

Hows everyone else doing?? All set for xmas hols??? I have only 3 more days in work then off for 2 wks...cant wait!!!! Have to admit really feeling this pregnancy now, went shopping yesterday walked for about 1 hr and thought my sides were gonna split think thats the last time i will be doing that!! Think i am feeling more movement, little flicks but not sure, i can usually tell where each baby is positioned by feeling my tummy and sometimes they wriggle away in reaction to my prodding so hopefully thats a sign they are ok!!! Up 14 lbs now, i weigh nearly 9 stone hmmm those yummy hot chocolates must be working!! Other than that everything touch wood is good, sleeping well, getting lots rest, though had to put my poor old king charles down last wk as he was so ill....i still heartbroken and so is my other dog he has never spent a day without him and he is very depressed but thankfully my mam is minding him when i am in work so he is not alone.
