Ghost... Accreta question

Hello ghost...
Been a long time... Had my beautiful baby 10 months ago... She's doing great... Definitely a miracle to have her...

I had a lot of complications... And wanted to ask your opinion...
Here is this story...
Had a DVT after my CS and was on warfarin for almost 6 months... Kept bleeding for 12 weeks and had some hemorrhages in between... Eventually stopped bleeding... Every doctor said the bleeding and hemorrhages were from warfarin...
And kept breast feeding.
After I stopped breastfeeding I started having very strong bleeds every 2 weeks until last week I went for a hysteroscopy and D&C because of the big bleeding episode and they found something in my uterus... They think its either a piece of placenta accreta still attached or a tumor... Waiting on results...

What do you think?
If its placenta... How bad is it?
I know you work with Ivf... But wanted to know if you've ever heard of something like this...
I'm terrified...
