POAS is addictive and us addicts are recruiting!!! :) you ask me and I'll tell you it is never too early!! (Provided you know that super early could be a false positive and false negative. It is not for the everyone, it is like playing with fire. You have to be the kind of person that can deal with the result not necessarily meaning anything and to approach it as something to pass the time til beta day. Also seeing daily pee reports and pics certainly adds a lot of excitement 'round here!

I think I saw my earliest positive at 10dpo (ovulation is retrevial date) so that would have been 5dp5dt. My second was at 11dpt. My chemical didn't turn positive until around beta day and my most recent was a natural pregnancy which miscarried. I had a fairly strong line at 15dpo (I did test at 11dpo for that one and saw nothing). I could be mistaken since some of this was awhile ago but I think that is right. Obviously this is just me and everyone might be different.
Me/DH 36
1 tube/low morph
TTC since 2008 only one spontaneous in 2012
Ivf 1-1/2009 DS
FET- miscarried
Ivf 2.- 10/11 DS
12/12 miscarried (spontaneous pregnant, so cliche minus the miscarriage part)
Now--- back to TTC at home in hopes for a final addition

Hi all! Wow, this board is moving fast....and my brain and fingers aren't moving fast enough to keep up.

Sunshine- You are strong, I would have been peeing all over the place by now. I swear I'm like my male dog marking his territory during the 2ww. I pee on any stick I see  On the PIO's, are you not using the numbing cream and ice? I would not do the PIO's without ice. In fact, I start my butt shots tonight  On my acupuncture, I love, love, love it. My feet have been sensitive lately, but I am so relaxed while I'm laying there.

Horscrzygirl- I think 10 days after the egg retrieval is usually the earliest, but just know it can totally be negative when you really are preggo, so IF you do it, don't freak out if it shows negative. Like I've told the others, when I start POASing, I end up doing it multiple times per day whether it is positive or negative....does that make me completely nuts?

Suzyq- Disney sounds fun...the sleepover, well, that many kids all together, not sure how much fun it would be. Actually, I love it when kids come spend the night. It's usually my friend's kids since mine are 18 and 21....they are fun, but I can't play makeup with them  (especially since they are boys)

BlissfulCS- sounds like your follies are cooperating nicely although I know it's happening slower than you want. That stinks about having to travel all that way for the scan, but place some nice party music(for me it would be 80's music and /
contemporary Christian music) and that always makes the trip shorter. Will you have to travel by yourself for the scan

I will hopefully be able to catch up more later, if anything, while I am all layed up in bed next week I will try to catch up. Gotta get back to work.

So I typed all of that and forget to tell you. My transfer is scheduled for Monday 12:30 CST. I am working on scheduling my acupuncture appointment for before and after the transfer. I've taken Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday off from work so I can lay around and obsess about every symptom I have :D I want to seriously take it easy for at least the first two days and then only light stuff on Wednesday. I have no idea when the beta will be..... I guess since they are frozen, they were 5 or 6 day old, so not sure how that changes things. Anyways, I am sure I will start POASing on Tuesday

Laura~ Yayyyy for your Monday transfer!! Are you really going to start peeing Tuesday? lol
Sdytryingagain~ Thank you for the advice in when you POAS! I still haven't decided if I am joining that club or not yet.
I actually tested out my HCG shot already if that makes sense. I POAS 3 times since the shot and it went from faint line to none. So I am assuming that means if I get a positive now it would be real.. correct? I am just scared to do it now in case it's neg I would be upset with possibly no reason. So I am trying to be strong like Sunshine!! Tomorrow I am 7dp3dt. My beta is on sunday and results monday!!! I can hardly wait!! I work thurs-sat pm so that will help the time pass quickly I hope! feel nothing at all!!!! My boobs aren't even that sore anymore and I am starting to feel "normal" again. I feel like I should feel something, right??? OMG! I'm obsessed! lol

Horsecrzy- I never had symptoms in the 2 WW so keep thinking positive! I saw that you used to compete! I used to also! Mainly showed in western classes but sometimes did speed events and English. Didn't compete anymore once I got married and right now my horse is pretty much a pasture ornament. ;) I would LOVE to get back into it all but maybe one day.

Sunshine- sending prayers your way this morning!!!

Ginger~ So are you a "Ginger", or is that your name? Sorry I don't know why that matters but I am curious. Thank you sharing about not having symptoms either. I seriously feel normal, I know it's early but you want to feel something!! I ride english, but have done some western riding.. Team penning and stuff when I was a kid. Yeah, I fear mine are about to become lawn ornaments pretty soon if I am prego. I actually had to make the tough decision to move their stalls to cheaper less cozy ones to save money for the IVF :( No more fluffy shavings for them! lol

Fellow POAS addicts. I gave in to peer pressure :| I tried not to do it, but I am weak. So this am I did it and it was the worlds faintest line! I thought I was making it so I took it out of the plastic. After about 5 mins it was darker and much more visible. My trigger shot was 12 days ago & I am 90% sure I tested it out. I am still not getting too excited until I get my beta. I am hopeful though. :D

LaureN- Thank you for posting it here! We are thrilled after 13 years I pray this is finally happening. When my doctor called late this afternoon I was crying so hard and kept asking him, really really are you sure??? Michael had a huge grin on his face we both were shocked and did NOT expect this, really after so many attempts and so many tries we finally got some good news. This offsets the car breaking down lol our mechanic quoted it would cost us 1300.00 to get my car fixxed but later on when my doctor called I didn't care about the car lol. I really really feel 2013 is going to be a good year and I cannot wait to see many many more BFPS on this board!!!!!!!
Thank you ladies for all your support, I wouldn't be here today without you to lean on.
Much Love,

Christy- Finally miss sinshine has a little shining on her today! Isn't it the best call in the world? And so surreal. You are going to make an amazing mother. You are so caring and thoughtful and PATIENT. Lol. Congrats, congrats, congrats. Can't wait to be pregnant with you soon (and all you other Mamas too)!

Hosrecrazy- BFP!!!!! I guess POASing worked out for you! Now you get to do the PIO shots for like 10 weeks. Its really not as bad as I made it out to be. Although my first and second cycles I did it and your hips do get really sore. It is so totally worth it though. Can't wait to see a pic of that stick. When is your beta?

Ginger/Horsecrazy- I also didn't have symptoms until the night before my beta. It was so weird. It was like I could feel my uterus grow all in one big moment (ligament pain). I knew I was pregnane (but of course wouldn't let myself believe it because of the drugs). After beta the symptoms came on strong. Fatigue... no nausea.

Laura- You will be PUPO on Monday!

Wow we have a busy week ahead of us ladies. Second betas, horsecrazy's peeing updates, Leora's retrieval and transfer, and of course yours truly. What did I miss?

AFM- Yowsers my ovaries are just a percolating! Scan this morning showed 12 on the right 6 or 7 of which have potential (one small one that can still get in the game). The left ovary has 11 follicles, 2 with cycsts that are probably not good, and 4 that look promising. Largest one is at 16. They range from 13 to 16 except the one small one at 10. I am VERY happy with this. Also very happy that it looks like I found an acupuncturist who can do points at the center before and after transfer. It is very possible I will be triggering Sunday instead of Saturday which will put ER on Tuesday and ET on Thursday. Can't wait until my scan Saturday morning to find out!

So excited to see all the positives. Guess it seems like this could be more than just a treatment, like it could be the real deal. Congrats. I'm also surprised all the embryo retrievals and transfers that are sneaking right up. Good luck!

Hello Ladies!! I would love to join the group if you'll have me! I am in my first IVF cycle. Started menopur on Monday, have my first scan this Monday. ER is tentatively scheduled for 3/16. We are going to wait until May and do a FET. The doctor wants to let my body have a chance to come off all the meds before we transfer. Our diagnosis is unexplained so he thinks this will be the most successful route. So, I have one hell of a wait on my hands! Thought it would be a little easier being surrounded by ppl in similar situations. Hearing about all of these BFPs is sure uplifting!!

A little history: Me-28 DH-32 married/ttc for 5 years, never been pregnant, unexplained infertility. We did one cycle of Clomid with timed intercourse, six iui's with various medications, after no avail, we decided to switch doctors and pursue IVF. We love our new doctor! Seems so much more concerned and involved than the first one! We are really nervous but also very excited that our dreams could be coming true in a very short time!!

Baby dust to you all!!
