Texxed Kynlee earlier this afternoon, I was suppose to call her but I had my hands were full with my neighbor's little girl. I didn't hear back from her and cannot call her now since it's pushing 11:30 eastern time. But I know today they were suppose to be heading home and they may needed some time to get all settled in, so I'll try tomorrow. Anyway wishing you ladies well. I'm over here wondering if I need a 3rd dog. My neighbors had a mix-lab 2-3 months old who showed up during the storm we had two weeks ago...and I fell in love with her tonight. Hubs thinks our female lab-mix would get jealous since she's an alpha female but this pup looks EXACTLY like Blackjack did as a puppy. They've only had her for 2 weeks and she always associates ringing the bell to go outside to pee. She still needs some crating and will have the teething stage I'm all so familar with but do I need another animal? Ugh but it seems so much less complicated then going through IVF. Anyway FET is next week so maybe all I need is another distraction lol. TTYL Christy

Good Afternoon I just wanted to stop by and give you all an update on how Kynlee is doing. In the iuc, she is still without internet...She was suppose to go home on Tuesday but today I learned she in there with pneumonia. Her levels are off and she's on iv fluids. Her little peanut is doing better then she is...He's being checked for jaunice but from what I gathered all looks good. Kynlee has been in the hospital for 11 days but we hope she's able to make it home by Friday. I'll keep everyone posted. She did ask about you ladies today while I was talking to her today. Let's pray for Kynlee to come home soon!

Thank you sunshine for the update on Kynlee and her baby. I'm glad to hear that the baby is doing well and hopefully they will be going home soon.

AFM- I got my ultrasound finaly scheduled for March 25th. It seems so far away. What I unerstand is they will be measuring their hearts and all that to make sure they are developing well and we should be able to find out the sex at this point. Last night I layed in bed feeling my tummy just trying to feel something in there and thought about how these babies are going to change everything once they get here. It's pretty crazy to think about really.

Question- I have not had any morning sickness but I did get sick yesturday from my DHA vitamin and almost got sick this morning. If I can't push through that can I stop taking for just a little bit and just take a regular prenatal? I'm worried it's going to hurt the development of the babies.

Tawny - I didn't take the DHA vitamin. I just took a calcium pill and a prenatal. Hope time flies fast for you and March 25 gets here fast!

Hi everyone... Just got home from hospital, my son will be there a few more days but he is doing aweosme they said that he is ahead of the game and moving right along so thinking he may be home by Monday So scary what I went through from the start of mild preclampsia to severe preclampsia to pulmonary Edema but I am getting better each day, still scared since preclampsia can stay with you for 30 days but it seems i am making alot of improvement and will be on meds for awhile... I couldnt be happier though with my beautiful son

Kynlee- I am so glad that you're home and feeling better! I had pre-eclampsia but never had to go to the ICU, just had to stay on the high risk post-partum ward for a few extra days. I understand how miserable the magnesium can make you feel. Your baby will be home with you very soon, but it will probably be nice to have a little bit of time to recover at home before taking on full responsibility of the care of a newborn. I know that the babies being in the NICU was awful, but at least I had some time at home to recover before I had to feed babies in the middle of the night. Praying for you all!

I'm so glad your home and doing better Kynlee.

I just got home from the emergency room. I was trying on maturnity pants bent over to take the pants off and blood went everywhere down my leg. Ran straight to the hospital. They did blood test a pelvic exam and ultrasound. She said everything looked ok they were very active they weighed 4oz each heartbeats are 140 & 150. They called it a threatened misscarage and cant do anything. I don't get it at all I feel great. She suggested rest and a call to my doc first thing tomorrow. I guess only time can tell. Hopefully my doc has something for me maybe some encouragement?

Tawny - that's so scary! I had a huge bleed at 17 weeks with my boys and everything ended up being fine - but I panicked! Could they see where the bleeding was coming from? Has the bleeding stopped? (just FYI - "threatened abortion" is a scary term, but it just means any vaginal bleeding in pregnancy. There is a different term if they think a miscarriage is definitely going to happen "imminent abortion")

kylnee so glad to hear you are recovering and your son will be home soon, must have been pretty scary though!!

Twany you poor girl i had lots of episodes of bleeding till about 11 weeks and all so terrifing, still ck my underwear everyday i will never forget the heart stopping feeling of seeing blood. My sis also had lots of bleeds and a big one at 22 wks she now has a 4 wk old boy, rest up, pray and take care xxx

Had another anataomy scan last wk, all 3 still measuring 1 wk ahead (havent a chance to change my ticker) and all over 2 lbs each, i am now measuring 41 weesk and starting to feel heavily pregnant but all in all still feel pretty good i just need them to hang in there for at least another 4/5 wks though i packed my hospital bag just in case. Got the steroid shots last wed and another dose on thurs so hopefully it will help their little lungs.....this is starting to feel real now but i am not ready to have them they are still so so small!!!

Hi Ladies!!
I feel so much better today. I called my OB first thing yesturday morning. He was concerned and so they goot me into a cervical sonogram yesturday and an apt with him right after words. I was not having a threatened misscariage I have a blood clot in my cervics and it's draining. The babies look great and the placentas are far enough away from the cervics that they wont be an issue. I'll be bleeding for a couple of more days but only freak out if it's really really bad. My doc said if I was 20 weeks or more they would have admited me upstairs and called him to see what to do but since I was earlier then that they just mark it as a threatened misscariage. I feel alot better today I have a new outfit on with pregers pants and feel so much more comfertable. Since my pants aren't cutting me off I really look pregnant now all baby lol.

tawny -- so glad your babes are safe and sound! It is so easy to go to bad places in your head and so glad everyone was able to offer reassurance.

gi-- thanks for thinking of me. i'm really well and trying to stay focused on the future. The baby passed last week and I buried him/her in my garden in the back. I try to remind myself to be thankful for my luck in this IF journey.

Tawny- Glad you and the babies r ok... My Niece had the bleed at 20 weeks or so and she has a healthy baby boy Now But I am sure it was scary, keeping you all in my prayers...

Hey Girls.. its been forever since i have checked this site. I have had a crazy few weeks. My water broke at 2am on Feb 15.. went into the hospital. At this point i was 33w2d. Doctors were monitoring me till i could hit 34 weeks since i wasn't in labor. Well the morning of Feb 17th, i started bleeding. The placenta started to detach from the uterus. They did a c-section and my daughter Kaylee was born at 747am 5lbs 18.3 inches. She is doing great but still in the NICU. At this point has gained 9oz and we are just waiting for her to take all her feeding on her own. Cant wait for her to be home, tired of driving back and forth to the hospital I'll try and post pics later.

to have fun- I'm sorry that you had Kaylee earlier then expected but I am glad that you are both doing good. I hope you don't have a long drive to the hospital to see her everyday. I hope she comes home soon. Congrats and good luck!!!
