I am 4dp3dt with 3 Embryos. My Dr began me on Progesterone Oil shots the day of retrieval and has since added suppositories 3x/day and just yesterday added 200mg orally 2x/day. So, that makes it 3 suppositories a day (100mg/each) and 2 Pills (200mg/each) + one shot in the evening of both Progesterone and delestrogen(.5cc of Progesterone and .2cc of Delestrogen).
This seems like so much and I am starting to have terrible waves of cramps and hot flashes. I know that Progesterone side effects can mimic your AF but unfortunately, my normal AF cycle has always been very painful so this just seems to heighten my symptoms.
Anyone else on this protocol?
Any advice or info would be so appreciated!!

That's a lot of progesterone! If you have a lot of side effects, like cramping you mentioned, then you might ask your RE if he/she would consider adjusting it.
Avoid IVF and surrogacy in Ukraine. Ukrainian centers pay shills to post here under numerous sock accounts pretending to be patients in Ukraine. Centers using such deceptive advertising cannot be trusted and should be avoided.
Thank you so much for responding!! My cramping is getting unbearable and comes in waves...seems to be most intense at night. I do feel like it is a lot of Progesterone too. When I called my RE, he said it was normal and didn't seem too concerned. He told me to take one tylenol to help alleviate the pain a little but I have never bothered because Tylenol has never helped me with cramping. It also only seems to last about 15-20 minutes then goes away and returns a few hours later.
They brought me in to test my Progesterone levels a few days ago and it was 75. RE said he likes to see it between 100-200 so they increased my dose even more. YIPES!! I have been very clear with my Nurse on how uncomfortable I am but will be taking your advice and calling again after the Holiday and seeing if they can adjust it in anyway.
Current does:
200mg of Oral Progesterone/Prometrium 4x/day
100mg of suppositories 3x/day
and .5cc of PIO + .2cc of delestrogen once every night
Thank you again for responding to my post!

I know!! Agreed! My RE wants my Progesterone level between 100-200 yipes! Needless to say the cramping from it is horrible! Especially intense at night.
