I'm sure this is completely normal, but just wanted to check really. I've been having twinges in my ovaries pretty much most days since my failed IVF nearly a month ago. Sometimes pretty uncomfortable but not too bad. I'm sure this is just them settling down? But did think it would have gone after a couple of weeks? I'm not too worried but would be nice to not have them!!
So, just wondering if anyone else has had this for a similar time, and if so how long do the twinges go on for until you feel all back to normal??
I can't really remember how long my twinges lasted but think it was a few weeks. You could always nip back to the clinic and have a scan to see what your ovaries / follicles are doing. Might be a cyst?
Soory I can't be of much more help.
From Sophie-Jane
It can take some time for your ovaries to get back to normal. From previous experience it can be as long as a month or more. It would be a good idea to go and have a scan just as a precaution as Sophie-Jane says as it could be a cyst which is giving you the pains.
Hope you start to feel better soon.
